Randy and his crew are always beyond helpful!! Their customer service and quality of work was top notch. Took the time to explain everything and got the job done within the time-frame they promised. Look no further if you're looking for a mechanic...oh and they have a fab shop too...one stop shop!!

They worked on my '98 ML320. The job was go install new AC compressor as well as additional components.They gave me status updates as to the progress of the job, they stayed on budget, and they were completely honest through the whole process.10/10, will use them again.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Randy and Johnny did an amazing job and in record time. It was affordable with the things that had to be done and their customer service was outstanding as well as their work done on the car. Randy had some awesome stories about chipmunks as well. Lol Thank you guys so much and I will be back for oil and spark plugs. Randy is honest and does good work. His prices aren't cheap nor are they exorbitant. His well earned reputation is enough to keep him busy. You can have the confidence that if he says something needs fixing, he's not making stuff up. Moreover, he'll make suggestions such as fix "A" now and "B' is coming due but it can wait another X miles . Also, he is good at estimating how long he will need a vehicle for repairs - not one of those string you along outfits who keep coming up with reasons to keep your car longer. If you are a mechanical dunce like myself, you'll be glad to find a straight shooter who won't take advantage of your ignorance.

The owner is not an honest person he over charge me way much higher than other mechanic. I regret I took my car to this shop. Especially if you are a woman he will take advantage of you he thinks we do t know nothing about car. Nothing but fantastic things to say about this establishment. Randy and his staff are always very professional and courteous. G&R automotive has always been straight forward with me and has also never tried to price gouge, or make me pay for services that I didn't need. I feel comfortable knowing that if anything fails me on my vehicle, I have a a shop that I can trust, and will do the work correctly, and in a timely manner. I will continue to take any of my vehicles only to G&R Automotive for as long as they are in business, and I'm hoping thats forever.Thanks Randy.

I began using G&R to service my vehicle as a suggestion from my boss who uses them for our work trucks (Gleam Team)and his personal vehicle and they quickly became my go to guys for my personal car as well.. Randy and his techs have taken care of me and my VW GLI and always get it back to me in a timely manner and at a reasonable price .they work with Banis towing right next door and make it so convenient to get your vehicle to them and worked on .. Randy always calls me before hand to explain what is going on and what will be worked on along with the price to confirm before starting anything.Great ,honest hard-working company .Thanks guys

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! These guys are very professional and their work is top notch!! I had my lower control arms on my mustang replaced at Casias muffler and tire shop and thank God I took my car to G&R. Randy told me the control arms Casias put on were the wrong ones for my car and the wrong size and were never tightened and very loose. He even took a video and showed me. I am never going anywhere else to have my car serviced, but G&R. The staff as a whole is amazing and extremely accommodating and although I spent more than I thought I would, I now have a piece of mind and feel safe in my vehicle thanks to G&R!! If you allow anyone else to touch your vehicle then your making a mistake. These guys are extremely honest and their work speaks for itself. My car runs perfect and the new brakes they put on are amazing and perform excellent! QUALITY work and like I said, if I could give them 10 stars I certainly would!! Thank you Randy and staff for a truly comforting experience and I look fwd to doing business with you again really soon. Thank you G&R!!Bryan Petersen

Excellent work. I know that if I bring any problem to Randy, I am going to get perfect service and honest answers. Randy's team will not just do the job at a reasonable cost, they'll do it right, every time. I often work on my own cars, mainly for the pleasure, but if I need to take it in for a real pro, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and up front about costs and labor. Have been there twice now and they've been able to give 2-3 fix options both times and helped me choose what's best for my budget and use of the vehicle.

The gentleman who works in the front office I think he's also the owner is a very nice gentleman a very much a mom and pop automotive shop. he was kind enough to help us with two of our cars. We were coming from out of state where we did not have license plates on the front so we got to Texas we had to make a place for the license plates he was kind enough to help us out.

Really honest and knowledgeable. My experience each time through many visits has been fantastic. Randy has found and fixed problems the dealer never could resolve. Wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else,.

Been taking my cars on/off to G&R for about 20 years now. They ALWAYS do great work and their customer service is second to none. I've had trouble with other shops not being able to fix certain problems or saying that the problem is fixed when in actuality it is not. Then I take my car to G&R and they always find the issue and fix it RIGHT! When they say something is fixed, 99.9% of the time it is fixed and done correctly! Prices are reasonable and they will do everything in their power to make sure you are satisfied with the work and taken care of. My Dad had G&R fix a door on one of his vehicles one time that the dealer said could not be fixed/had to be completely replaced at ridiculous cost so he took the vehicle to G&R and they were able to fix it! Plus the work ended up being more involved than they originally thought/quoted, but because they originally quoted a lower price to him they stuck to that price and didn't charge him for the extra work. Now THAT'S service! I will always have my car serviced at G&R. Great shop!

For 30 years, Randy and his family have been taking care of all of our cars and our kids cars. My grandpa referred me to G&R.Most importantly they are people of integrity their. All of the mechanics skills are superior and their prices are fair.

This is my "go-to" place for all things automotive. They aren't cheap but the quality and professionalism is top-notch and they've never done me wrong. On several occasions they could've charged me for an expected repair but found the issue to be more minor and were honest about it. Can't recommend highly enough!

They are not good. They wouldn t even bother to look at my car. I ve also heard they ve done this to other people i know. Also one more thing I ve been told their work is sloppy and very lazy.
