They lied about performing my recall. My issue is still not resolved. The two women service advisors are rude, hostile and condescending for no reason. I ve never felt such a malignant presence. If I ever return with my fleet vehicle, I hope to never encounter their presence. Some of the most disgusting individuals I ve had the displeasure of meeting.I was shocked at the lack of communication coming out of this service department. The service director was great, but the rest of the staff need to be retrained. This is not at all what I expected. After my experience, the audacity to ask me to rate Absolutely Satisfied in exchange for a free oil change. HA! This has to be a joke. Feedback hurts sometimes.I went to North Park Chevy in Castroville and I was treated like a king instead of this trash place!

Came around 6pm to see about a used sedan. Gabriel was the absolute worst. We talked about the car I was interested in, negotiated the price. Took over an hour. It had gotten pretty late so I told him I'd like the night to think it over, but overall I liked the price and he threw what could only be described as an adult tantrum. Went in hard with a raised voice repeating over and over "well what's the problem is the car is if the price is it me is it me" he would not accept my answer of the price is alright I just take more than a second to make a decision of this size. He kept talking over me when I would try to repeat my answer and yes, buy the end of it, it was you Gabriel. I had to remove myself from the cubicle he was getting so upset and irate. I had also dropped off my car to see what sort of trade in value they would offer me. I was honestly afraid to go back to pick it up after having experienced such a hostile person. I did not want to run into him again. I get all call salesmen are pushy, but he wasn't pushy he was aggressive and frightening. I stand my own against people like that, but who would want to have to do that, especially when they're looking at spending thousands of dollars. Not me. I'll never be coming back. Way to stressful. Instead I visited 210 auto credit, where the prices are as advertised, and all the cars come with the full carfax. They were not pushy at all when I asked for the night to think it over and were kind the whole time. That place gets 5 stars. Go to them.

Taken my vehicle here on 3 different occasions for the same problems the first time I took their word that everything was evolved to my surprise after going over things in more detail when I got home THEY WERNT! So again rake to more times still nothing resolved after keeping my vehicle for 1 to 2 weeks each time and the only reason I have taken it back because I can't afford to be taking lyfts for 2 weeks, and yes the 2 woman that are up front, the faces that represent & set the tone for the customer experience in the service dept. are indeed pathetic not a single ounce customer service etiquette! They are an absolute for your dept.

This car dealership is worth your time, the sales person(s) we met first coming into the dealership were THE BEST you could ever come across. We met Daniel and Christopher, they were AWESOME, they treated us with respect, they were kind, considerate, kept asking us if we needed anything and if we were ok. They were there with us thru the whole process, we got all of our questions answered, we test drove the car, we loved how it drove and the car was the cleanest I have ever seen a used car. We loved the car, we loved the process getting the car, and we most definitely loved dealing with Daniel and Christopher. We also loved dealing with Brian in the finance department, he was awesome and funny. I definitely would recommend Freedom Chevrolet if you're looking for a car to buy, the hospitality is the best!

I had a fantastic experience at Freedom Chevrolet when I recently had my car serviced. They were incredibly efficient and completed all the requested services promptly and within the estimated cost . The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I made an appointment for vehicle service, dropped my vehicle off 8 days ago and it hasn t even been looked at. No calls for an update, and when I called the service department I waited 35 minutes to be told they had no idea when it would be seen. Frustrating lack of customer service. Definitely take your vehicle somewhere else if you can.

Had my pre-ownee vehicle serviced here and eventually traded it in for a new vehicle. Great sales staff and their service department is top knotch. Mason is an excellent salesman who will always go above and beyond for you. Brandi is superior in the service department- knowledgeable and honest. Never felt pressured for a decision! Highly recommended!!

I brought my vehicle in because the oil pressure light kept coming on sporadically and my original car dealership said it would take 3 weeks for them to get to it. Chevrolet got my car in quickly and repaired the sensor on the same day. They provided me with a lyft home and back to the center. The cost was amazingly reasonable and the customer service was friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely bring my car back to this service center! This was by far the best service I have ever experienced. Thank you Freedom Chevrolet!

I scheduled an oil change form 9 am. We were told it would be an 1 to 2 hours before it would be ready. My husband and I decide to go do some errands and then come back. I called multiple times to see if the vehicle was ready. Every time there was some excuse. We finally were able to pick it up at 5:30. No apologies. Nothing just pay here and see you. They tried to charge me for an hour of services for tightening bolts to test my battery as they were slightly loose from a tow trucks previous efforts to manipulate the battery. Was told services could not move forward unless acceptance of charge. Took over an hour to get someone on the phone to question the charge and when I started to complain as to why there was a charge for tightening bolts especially as my vehicle is still under warranty, only then was I was told not to worry about the charge moving forward.

Scheduled an oil change at 11am, they told me 1-2 hour turnaround time on the phone. I get there at 11am and they tell me it will be closer to a 3 hour wait. I hesitantly dropped it off, Called them around 3:30 and they said it would be done by 5pm, came back at 4:45pm and they haven t even touched my truck. We re now 6 hours into waiting for a scheduled oil change. I m still here waiting patiently to see how much longer this will take. Was wanting to see how much they would give me for my truck, but after this service I do not want to do any business here. Won t be dealing with Chevrolet in General.

Never got an update in the time frame Justin said I would. No problem it was just the first day. Day 2-4 I called 4 times a day to be hung up on before I actually talked to someone (20+min hold times every time) when I finally reached roger I was put on hold so he could go check in status after 15 minutes of hold, Call disconnected. Called back again and finally jesse got something done. He informed me Justin has been off for the last 2 days and never sent the insurance handling extended warranty request for approval to replace the water pump.

The staff seems nice. The lines in the morning are always long. They always have a few days wait to have your car looked at. When you look at the pricing on the new cars. The signs are upside down or not placed properly. Management needs to fix this. This tells me the employees do not care about how the new cars are presented to customers. The pricing signs are also not placed properly for a customer to see.

3 hour wait for a scheduled appointment oil change is absolutely ridiculous. Will not be returning. I purchased my truck from this dealership and the lack of customer service in the service department ruined me recommending any one to purchase from Freedom Chevrolet. I also won t be purchasing any further vehicles from Freedom Chevy.

Truly wanted to leave a good review. Just moved here from Plano and really need a good local Chevy dealership. My Corvette shifter cable failed leaving me stuck. I removed the center console to try and manually move the cable so I could drive it to the dealership. That did not work out. I contacted Freedom Chevrolet to make arrangements to have it towed in. They created my appointment and told me if I was going to have the car towed after hours to make sure and leave the key and my contact information. Have done this multiple times in Plano without an issue. I paid $250 for a speciality towing company as I was concerned about dragging the car up on a tow truck. The tow truck and I get there about 10 pm. Gates are locked and NO place to leave the car. Wasted tow fee. Call the next day and speak to a manager. He tells me they have people in Houston answer their phones and they have NO clue the service area is locked at night. That miscommunication cost ME $250. The following day I again made arrangements to have the car towed. Was not super happy but if they fixed my car, I would left a 3 star review and found another dealer.Today I show up to pickup my car. The guy was nice. I pay, and he hands me my keys. I walk out to the parking area and see my car is dirty. Grease on the door handle area and car had not been washed. Thick yellow pollen all over. That was a bit of a suprise. In Plano they always drove my car up shining and fully detailed. Not sure if it was because it's a Corvette or they just had much better service at that location. Either way, was not how I expected to see my car. Then I open my door and see the entire console is torn apart, just like I left it. I promptly go back in and ask why. He told me the cigarette lighter had been cut and some other wires had been taped and repaired previously. He assumed I wanted my car back torn apart to address the wiring? I asked them to please put everything back together. They said ok. Finally my car is fixed. Dirty but fixed. Will I go back? Absolutely NOT. There are half a dozen Chevrolet dealers within a hour drive of my house. Freedom Chevrolet delivered well below my expectations.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Really bad experience at the service center. Had an 8am appointment. I arrived late at 8:15 which I did call to inform them. I left at 11:00. 2 hours 45 minutes for an oil change. While waiting, I had to listen to 2 different customers who were also so angry about their service that they were yelling and cussing at a female employee who instead of diffusing the situation was yelling back at them. I heard her call another customer "that old man" and could hear her cussing as she was speaking to other staff. This woman is incredibly unprofessional and does not represent your establishment well. I will be taking my vehicle to a different Chevy dealership and buying my future Chevy elsewhere.

Service department Erica Traylor stays on top of it. I've dealt with her on at least 3 occasions and she ensures you're well informed on what's going on with your vehicle. The only hiccup on my last Service, I requested my truck be washed, (2019 chevrolet high country) I was told they could do so.... and I had it returned unwashed The turnaround time for the warranty work on my vehicle has been good. Not a long wait. Same day to 2 - 3 days. I'm hoping no more repairs are needed. A courtesy vehicle would be nice when having to leave my vehicle there over 3 hours or more .

No stars given this time.Had oil change done and I checked the dip stick before I drove off. No oil showed on the dip stick.So they redrained the oil and filled it back up.Note to self never trust any service technician.Check your oil frequently!

From my initial contact with Freedom Chevrolet over the phone, resulted in them earning my business. I thought to myself that if this is just the surface of their kindness, I am obligated to go deeper in search of outstanding. Just as I imagined, once I met with their service advisor the kindhearted Britney, it became apparent that things just kepp getting better. I became more impressed when I met the voice on the wire. Letting all know this business ROCKS PROFESSIONALISM with PRIDE and DECENCY!2nd Visit seems to be going well, as I expected the Service Writer (Angel) is diligent in working to meet me as well as my families needs by getting repairs to our vehicle completed in a timely manner.

My last post got deleted for some reason. I m very unhappy with the way my vehicle turned out. I came in for an oil change and to diagnose overheating that wasn t very bad, it only happened with idling. They performed a coolant flush and fixed a leaking coolant hose and completed an oil change. I received my car back and now I cannot even drive it without it overheating the problem is much worse. They said that the vehicle did not overheat when they worked on it, but as soon as I left the problem started. I advise everyone to be cautious when bringing your car in for a repair.

1st incident..I was going to be charged for a manufacture recall which I didn't think was right. I had to reach out to a GM who corrected the 400.00 bill.2nd incident... someone went thru my items during an oil change which I had pointed out and the service suggested that maybe the tech needed to access something thru the middle console.... but they also went thru my bench storage.3rd incident... missing 2 personalized tire air valves but I didn't ask for a tire change/ rotation.There's a few more..
