Went one time and I will never go again. Took my truck for an inspection and got out with a big dent on my bumper because the guy drove it into a pole. Couldn't even take responsibility for it. Wouldn't answer insurance calls and left me fixing it myself . I would've left zero stars put apparently that's the only way you can post

I went to purchase a used tire from this shop , the next day it already started losing air . They charged me $60 for a used tire , it became flat 2 days later . Went to a different tire shop and they removed the tire and told us it was really bad . So I got sold a bad tire that didn t work for $60 and now I had to purchase another 4 days later

Highly recommend! I came across this shop on a Sunday, when everywhere else was closed and I received a faulty tire from another shop the day before. I was taken care of immediately with excellent customer service! I'm still very happy with my new tires, too. Thank y'all!

Stumbled across this place with my daughter once when we couldn't keep air in a tire. Most of this type of place don't accept cards, but here did, with like a 50 cent surcharge. I think it was $10 to patch. Unlike another store we went to in the past, there was no poking holes in the sidewall and claiming you needed a new tire. In fact, another time I thought we would need a new one but the tech showed me the tread was still good. (I pick up an unholy amount of debris living on the Eastside, apparently. )I'm writing this now after having my brakes done. It's a bring your own parts deal, and cash only, neither of which we knew beforehand. But the labor cost was super reasonable, the mechanic who handled it friendly, and though there always seems to be a steady stream of people the whole thing was taken care of in maybe an hour, on the outside. I'll continue to come here for my tires and brakes.

My husband had a flat 2 days ago while at work. Took his car here and they were awesome! They had a used tire in great shape for $50. They didn't try to sell him something he didn't need. That speaks volumes about their integrity at this shop. Now we know where we'll go when we need tires! Super fast too! Thanks guys :)

Had to put tires purchased online on my car.They got to it right away, changed out the tires, balanced them and I was on the road in no time.Paid in cash and price was very reasonable.

Had an exhaust done on my 1998 Chevy and it leaked as soon as I left. Ever joint had to be rewelded. They also didn t tell me about the credit card machine being broke until I went to pay. Charged way too much. Was $400 for a junk exhaust system. Would never recommend this shop.

I went to get my inspection sticker and the old guy that was there didn't know what he was doing , he took forever and he only had 2 people, and was rude by the time he got to me

So fast even with other cars. I pulled up, he asked what I needed. I said rotation and air up so all the tires are the same. 10 mins and $20 later, I was on my way.

I went in today to get an inspection. I have use both Flores tire locations for over six years from tires to car repairs to exhaust replacements. When I pulled up the inspection door was up and I exited my van waiting for the guy. Shortly thereafter a guy closed the door, walked towards me and asked if he could help me. When I said I was there for an inspection he said "sorry buddy I'm closed" and went into the main shop and sat down-SERIOUSLY???? How freaking long does an inspection take. Well I can tell you this much it took my business away and i will not be recommending Flores to anyone every again.

Went to have an A/C compressor installed. Job should've taken 2 hours and my car was held hostage for more than 6! Mechanic didn't have all the functioning tools to complete the job. After 3 hours of excuses about getting the right oil for the vacuum pump, they had to go get it themselves. When they finally "finished", not only did I still not have any A/C in my car in Texas heat because they didn't re-install the drive belt correctly, but they didn't say anything about their credit card machine not working until I was ready to go! A complete waste of my whole day. If you need any type of repairs, tires or just air and come across this shop, I would suggest you ride, walk or run past this place as hard and as fast as you can!

Always in and out of this place it has been my go tp for 4 years here in San Antonio they are always nice. They go in get you what ypu need and send you on your way inspections are quick and easy and no hassle...Love it

Have on their building big as day $35 to get brakes done. When I called guy argued with me that it's not there. Then he says it'll cost $45/$55 to get them done depending on what type of vehicle I have. Never once asked me what type of vehicle I have until I asked him if he would like that information. Just rude and unprofessional!

Quick work for a hole in my tire and left in under 10 minutes. Workers are hardworking and nice.
