First Choice was very clear regarding their services. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they kept me informed throughout each step of the process. I delivered my car primed and in less than 2 weeks they delivered! First Choice Body & Paint is the only choice for me!

Andrew and his team were exceptional the whole process. Which was very quick compared to other shops friends have gone too. Customer service was friendly and our car looked better than it did before the accident it seems.

Just want to say thanks. You guys have really helped me in a few situations. I appreciate the flexibility in finding parts and fixing my cars so quickly plus, such a reasonable/fair price. Someone side swapped my car and left small dent and alot of red paint. First choice had good reviews so I took my car there. The mgr got one of the technicians to look at car and instead of charging me over $1000 they told me to get some car and grease remover. So I did for under $10. It took about 10 sprays with wiping but it came off and saved me alot of money. I love honest businesses. If I need any body work this is where I will choose.

The staff at First Choice Paint & Body helped us from start to finish. They explained the process to me as this was my first ever car insurance claim. They worked with the insurance company without issue. Car was completed sooner than I expected. Tip: Get a rental while your car is being worked on.

My 2004 Honda Accord was in desperate need of a new paint job. From the last two photos you can see how the paint was literally a different color and it was worn down to the bare metal along the roof and trunk. The team at First Choice Auto helped bring her back to life and also helped me install some parts that I ordered including front headlights and a trim along the side.This shop was recommended to me by my brother and now I can confidently say I would recommend 10/10....!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service and excellent quality. Quick turnaround - delivered when promised. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to complete the repairs within two weeks despite the insurance company's delays and the more than $7,000 damage. I was in a minor collision with my Toyota Corolla. I had taken my vehicle to a few other collision centers first, but First Choice Autobody was the the most knowledgeable and informative. They explained the entire process to me and worked with my insurance agency. The result was a first rate job and I highly recommend them.

Honest, fair, and great to work with. Andrew and the entire First Choice team are amazing. I'm restoring a classic Mustang and First Choice took care of the body work and paint and they did an incredible job. I couldn't be happier.

Great work! Very professional. These guys make a painful event much better!. They cleaned the truck so well I thought it was the wrong truck at first. Second "oops" they fixed. I highly recommend these guys!

Highly recommend. Fast, professional, personable and friendly. Could not believe the paint match on large scrape/ scratch. Very reasonable price. I am from CA, unaccustomed to San Antonio. I had tree sap all over the hood of my car that I did not notice had been on my car until my roommate told me. I attempted to clean it off myself, and ended up accidentally scratching my car in multiple spots. My car is a lease, and i frantically drove to the nearest Autozone. The worker laughed in my face, was extremely rude, and highly unprofessional. The worker told me i would need to repaint my entire hood and there is nothing that could be done and i need to take my car to the dealership. His customer began to laugh with him as well until I called them out for their lack of professionalism.The moment I arrived at First Choice I was immediately greeted w/ multiple smiles and helping hands by more than one worker. One of the workers informed me that the painter could take a look at my car right away. The painter happily told me he could buff out the scratches- and the best part he could do it right away! The painter was extremely nice, and before i knew it my car was brought back to get worked on. The two workers (i unfortunately did not collect names) were extremely kind. My car was completed no longer than 20 minutes looking PERFECT. You could not see any of the previous scratches, and they even so kindly fixed some prior scratches next to it! i cannot thank First Choice enough for their amazing service. Please come here. i 100% recommend it. (sorry for the tree in the way of the pic) but it looks fantastic!

After many years of owning a silver car and losing it in the parking lot amongst the sea of sameness, I trusted First Choice with my plan. Take all the dents out and paint her PURPLE! Let me scream: Take ALL your car business HERE! Very professional, no upsell. As a matter of fact, he tried to SAVE me money by telling me how I could do some of the bodywork myself. Overall GREAT experience!

I just picked up my 2009 Toyota Corolla on 8/21/19 from First Choice and it looks great, close to new condition. I'm thrilled with the quality of work given the cost of the job.My wife and I bought this car brand new from a local Toyota dealership in 2009. After a few years we noticed that the paint was fading and chipping off. The factory paint job on this car was a failure. By the time I took it to First Choice half the hood was down to the metal and the paint on the rest of the hood could be chipped off with a shop rag! The roof of the car was in similar condition along, with the trunk. I guess this is what happens with Toyota factory paint in the San Antonio, Texas heat!The estimator Daniel Mirelez did a fantastic job of estimating the cost and the time it would take. 8 days later the car was ready the day Daniel said it would be and the price was exactly the same. My family met the owner of the business, Andrew Wittig, and we were really impressed how friendly and down to earth he was. Everyone at First Choice seemed to truly care about us. Andrew even took a picture of us with the car to put on his "Happy Customer" wall.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with First Choice. I had been warned from a mechanic friend of mine that finding an honest paint & body shop, with a good price, and a quality result, would be difficult here in San Antonio. First Choice proved that wrong!

You get what you pay for! I wasnt gonna post this but decided too.I got my 2004 f350 cclb painted. Looks good from 10 ft away. First off... they called my trucks ready. So I go pick up my truck. Some emblems missing and the ones they put on were crooked and in wrong place. See buff marks everywhere. A bunch of buffing compound in door jams...door seal not in place. The guy says write a list and bring it back since they where closing. I live an hr away

If I could give this shop 100 stars, I would! They were amazing! Andrew kept me informed of the process from ordering a brand new bumper for my car to arrival to the shop, then replacing the bumper and finishing! Car looks great! They did a wonderful job!!! It's very hard to find this kind of service in today's world so I am very appreciative of great A+ service when I get it. Thank you Andrew for getting my car fixed and doing such a great job!

Great service and quality at an affordable price. I brought in my 2018 Dodge Ram and had the rear bumper replaced and painted as well as the tail light replaced. Dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon and it was ready Thursday afternoon. Andrew is very professional and easy to deal with. I will certainly use First Choice again in the future.

Just got my truck back after a rear end accident. They took great care of me and my truck, fixed the damage and painted it to perfection and installed my new bumper.I will recommend them to all my family and friends in the future.And you can t beat their price!

Fast, friendly and reliable service. That's what best sums up this auto body shop. Our vehicle was taken in the same day I called asking for a request for quote. It was in and out within three days (as advertised at the quote stage) fixing a scratch, and I'm talking a deep scratch on one of our fenders. The paint had to be blended in with the other factory paint, and turned out seamless and matched perfectly. Great job guys, keep up the good work. You now have a repeat customer.

After being rear-ended at a stop light in a rental car that needed to be returned in 2 days, I called a dozen places but they all had an average of 3 weeks wait. I stumbled upon 1st Choice Paint and Body on Nacogdoches Rd, and man was I fortunate the other places could not get me in.The team (literally every person from the Manager, Corky, to the Office Manager, Alejandra, and even the mechanics were refreshingly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me out of the tight spot I was in. I had been ghosted by the guy who hit me, but not before getting all his info. Corky took his info to help me try to get this guy to pay (obviously not part of a body shops responsibility). Alejandra immediately called multiple places looking for the part I needed. The mechanics looked at my car and said it was no problem and they would get it fixed good as new as soon as they had the part.The part was shipped in from Houston overnight and they had my car in the shop first thing in the morning. They worked expeditiously to get fixed, so I could make it to my 1430 car return time and not be charged extra for the damages. THE CAR LOOKED BETTER THAN WHEN I RENTED IT!!They priced me beyond fair! I was out the door, with a better car than I rented, for only a few hundred dollars!As if all of that wasn't enough, these people and this company embody the type of customer service of the olden days, where they are on a first name basis and treat you like an old friend maybe even family.Corky is highly respectable gentleman who even excused himself to take a call from his dad, because it was just the right thing to do. They had conversations with me while I was waiting, asked about my life, travels, family. Seriously, who provides service like this anymore?!I didn't just leave with a fixed car, I left with new friends. They didn't just repair my car, they gained a customer for life. Anytime I am in San Antonio and need vehicle repairs, this is will absolutely be the place I come to, no exceptions!If you've read this far, then you know how truly impressed I was with the service provided. So if you're in the market for auto paint or body, stop your search now - don't call or look at a single other place. This is where you want to go!1st Choice Paint and Body, thank you for all you did for me. Andrew and the entire First Choice team are AMAZING! They were able to give me a quote over the phone (after emailing photos of the damage), and completed the repair in 2 days. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Not only were they extremely friendly and accommodating, their price absolutely cannot be beat. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Quality work, super fast turnaround, awesome staff, and reasonably priced. First Choice will be my first choice from here on out.

I went to a car wash place and my whole bumper got ripped off. Came to first choice and they treated me amazing. I was in and out n my bumper was put on right away. Great service and good customer service will deff be going in the future for any other issues I may have with my car.

Outstanding work and reasonable to get your car fixed after a crash. They do excellent work. The manager, Corky, is very friendly and goes out of his way to help! Personally, I think he Makes this place!
