Came in for an alignment after doing a lot of front suspension work. They rushed my job and did a toe-and-go (only adjusted my toe angle not a full alignment as I paid for). Car drove straight mostly but steering wheel left really crooked and passenger front wheel camber was left way off resulting in the car not handling correctly. Rear wheels were a little off too resulting in the car crab walking.Made an appointment the next day to get their work corrected at the same location, only to arrive and be told it was a 2+ hour wait (for something that should have been done right the first time). I left due to inability to wait that long . And got into a weird accident later that day by having a rear wheel of a car strike a curb while going around a corner, resulting in suspension damage. Could be unrelated, but I can t help but think if that would have happened if the car actually drove straight after the alignment that I paid money for This is the third strike for 3 different firestones never again am I going to another Firestone if I can help it.Pictures included of how the steering wheel looked with the wheels pointed straight.

After a frustrating accident I was met with a smiling, caring person in charge. I didn't get his name but he covered checking out the car with an alignment to make sure after getting new tire that my car would run fine. I had a slight bumper damage and it was fixed up and away from tire temporarily. Thank you so much.

Nothing but issues after I brought my car in, I don't recommend. Save your time and money and take it somewhere else. Brought my car in for tires and keep in mind the reason I came in here is for the reliable service that I have received from firestone from other locations across Texas for the last 20 years I know its more expensive but I belive in qaultiy over any bargin. Talked to there sales rep and says I need a alignment plus the tires told them sure and can yall fix my ac as well gave me a price of 2100 dollars told them to do it np paid and scheduled a time to get done took them 8 hours to do work when I got my car back I never had a issue with alignment to begin with but all of a sudden now my car shook when I braked and I would her a thump when I moved the steering wheel to the right then left. I'm very busy and tried to take it back, and it is my only vehicle. Also my tire pressure light came on took it back with in 6 months or so and scheduled a appointment and they had my wife waiting for 3 hrs and when she said if they where almost done with it they told her that they hadn't even looked at yet we decided to just cancle at that point she had to leave brought it in 6 months later and that's today and was told that it's the struts and something else. Never had a issue with car shaking when I braked before or the thumping noise when I asked why wasn't that brought up when i had alignment done he said it that it was fine a year ago and that it just happened i wasnt going to argue with the guy oh and the wind shield wipers that they supposedly replaced as well apparently wore out in less then 3 months that's when We had our first rain and saw that the windshield wipers where never changed out and the manager said they had been and it was due to age that caused them to go bad and the tires that I replaced has a gash on it from hitting a curb isn't cause for warranty replacement because it's not a safety issue and is just cosmetic the manager is very rude and does not explain anything this location lacks leadership sercice and pride not worth the high price tag for work done

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now. I have gotten good service. Today i can in to get a air pressure tire alert that i have not been able to get rid of looked at. I got there at 3:30 pm and they said there was enough time to get my car looked at. It would take about 1 1/2 hours. So i decide to just wait in the car. It get's to 6:00 pm and i ask the guy if they are still going to be able to look at my car. He said give me a second. He goes out and parks my car up front and comes in and says no we will not be able to look at it then handed me the keys . I asked him you seen me sit in here for the last 2 1/2 hours how come you didn't tell me this sooner. He just said sorry and walked away. The lack of care is what really upset me. I've been a customer on Firestone Complete Auto Care for over 15 years in multiple states and have never had this happen to me. I will not be using this business in the future for any mechanical repair needs. If you want to waist time and and feel not valued then this location is for you. They don't care about you at this location.Post UpdateI had multiple layers of management reach out to me about my situation. Everything is resolved and i am satisfied with the outcome. I look forward to continue getting great service from this location in the future for all my automotive needs.

We had already taken our vehicle to a small shop down Culebra to diagnose the reason for our staying wheel jerking at low speeds. The small shop told us it was brakes, so we replaced the front brakes with no change in drivability and they charged $45 for this service. Next day we call Firestone, make an appointment. On the phone they say that they will test drive it to get a better idea of the issue. I'm very happy about this because having a mechanic actually experience what's happening is way better than me explaining it. So, they inform us that our tires are falling apart from the inside, we replace 4 tires and Bing bang boom, problem solved! This experience just further solidifies that everytime we visit Firestone, we walk away feeling confident and safe, not wondering if we're being ripped off or anything unsavory like that. We immediately recommended Firestone to our roommates because they are trustworthy and fair. 10 stars out of 5.

Very disappointed. In past years I had a positive experience with Firestone, but the appointment system is a complete mess. Over the weekend we literally had 3 different Firestones tell they are short staffed and that making an appointment doesn't really mean you have made an appointment. This is despite getting an email confirm that you are good to go.This is not acceptable and not a good way to earn customer loyalty.Why have an appointment system that actually does nothing for scheduling. If we did this at my job our clients would be livid.First and last time we deal with this now that we know they are not dependable.

Abel was awesome! His customer service skills were top notch. He gave me a "worst case" wait time estimate of 90 minutes. I was all finished up and back on the road within 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier!

Mike is Great! I drive 35 minutes past 6 or more Firestones to get to Mike's Store. I am not alone. Please feel free to fact check me. The number of customers that used to go to the Firestone on Fort Sam went down. He is down to earth, knowledgeable, courteous, and a people's person.

Waste of time. The guy is telling me he wants to keep it overnight for a tire swap. Overnight!? I told him that s a no can do, I need to the car for work, he said he will get it done. came back 2 hrs laters and they are barely taking it into the back after I ask them what s going on. Then he tells me it s only going to be 10 minutes. 30 I minutes later he tells me they don t have the tire. Completely wasting my time. Plenty of local business near by on Culebra that values customers and time.

I got 2 nails in my tire and came here for them to take a look at. Abel who was working the counter was very helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he was able to find space to squeeze me in for the day. It was a long wait, but I was impressed and surprised that he was able to stay in contact with me to update me on the status of my vehicle. I could tell they care and work hard at what they do there, which is why I will definitely be coming back here for my car care needs.

I regret to say that my recent visit to Firestone on Culebra Rd was rather disappointing. I sought assistance for a tire leak on a Sunday, but regrettably, the issue wasn't resolved as I found the tire at a low PSI of 20 the next day. The front desk representative exhibited a lack of communication and customer service skills, and the mechanic's appearance suggested a lack of alertness, negatively impacting the service quality. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking reliable and attentive service.

Bought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, they broke a bushing on our car , they had the car for a week and we had to have to have our car towed to a real mechanic to see what they did it sounded like a bucket of bolts !! When we were there another customer gave us the 1800 number for corporate she had the same issues !! Mike the manager very unprofessional he even cursed at my husband because my husband was venting on how the car was running, no problems with the car at all until Firestone worked on it !!

I was told it would cost $250 to change my third brake light assembly, so I went to O Reilly s bought the part for $90 and did it myself in the parking lot in 10 minutes instead of waiting 2 hours for them to do it :)

Cannot say enough good things about Mike at the Culbera location in San Antonio. He has been extremely helpful and has made sure our vehicles are well taken care of! Excellent customer service!!!!

Friendly staff but always a long wait for any type of service whether you have an appointment or not. I'd highly recommend making one but you'll still be waiting for a couple hours for an oil change.

Scheduled to have breaks checked at 11 am. Appt confirmed. My car sat in the parking lot for over an hour. Don t waste your time here. Will have to block off an entire day just to get a simple thing done.

I went to this business to get my tire repaired. I asked before dropping it off the wait time since I was a walk-in. The guy told him roughly 2-2 1/2 hrs. I was good with that. 2 hrs went by then 3 and no call yet. So i went back to Firestone to see if they are at least working on it and my car is still sitting where I left it. The guy told me oh, we are about to get to it, I was like no I will take my business elsewhere. He tried to put it on me saying well you are a walk-in. I told him I understand that but don t give me a time frame then. I will never go back there or recommend this place.

Mike and Colby went above and beyond to help me out with my steering pump issue. Mike from the moment I called inquiring part costs was welcoming on the phone and when I was heading to my appointment things didn t line up on my arrival time but he had no issues helping me out even though I was late. He was informative and seemed to really care about my issues. Colby was really friendly and gave me good advice on car care in the future. I value their skills of the trade and being able to do a job I wasn t quite confident enough to attempt myself. I will be coming back to this location.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took my vehicle to this Firestone location because another Firestone told me they could not locate a certain air conditioner hose that needed replacement. I hooked up with Brandon and he told me that's ridiculous. He found the part in less than 3 minutes on his computer and ordered it for me. After the part came in, they put the air conditioner line in and all is well. Thumbs up to Brandon and his crew!! I will definitely return to this location for future car repairs.

Great customer service. I spoke with Mr. Abel Diaz and he was able to fit me in the same day to get my repairs done. Other shops could not diagnose the issue but he was able to Firestone was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. By far one of the best customer service received since we moved here to San Antonio. Mr. Diaz made my visit spectacular and they are now my preferred reliable mechanics. Thanks!

These gentlemen did an engine swap for my daughters car. We were presented several options with no pressure on our choice. The work was impeccable. We were kept in the loop the entire time. I appreciate the time and effort that went into meeting our needs! This day and time, to find a business that stands behind their work, and goes over and above to meet their customers needs is quiet impressive. Thank you to Mike and the boys for helping us out. I can't recommend them highly enough. You get what you pay for. With all the other problems in my world, my mechanical needs wasn't one of them. Thank you!!

Very sweet guys. It's rainy and cold out and I'm pregnant and I felt bad asking them to take time to help me just put air in my tires but they were so nice about it. I fully realize it's not a big deal but it meant a lot to me. I had called another place first and they didn't even ask what I needed when I asked if there was a wait they just turned me down. Firestone did have a little wait but they took the time to see what it is I needed which was a super quick easy fix and then took the time to help me without wait. Great customer service.

Had recently purchased a car and brought for an oil change, brake check and inspection. Had been driving for weeks zero problems. Go to pick it up and they tell me the car checks out perfect and I'm good to go. (This car had been serviced every 5k miles at acura and was a 1 owner. Inspection was done recently as well) I try to start the car and it wont even start (this is in their parking lot). They check it and claim error codes were coming up on the computer. They reset it I start the car drive 30 seconds and it dies. They keep it overnight and claim the pcm is bad and will cost 2200 to repair. I had it towed to acura for them to diagnose it. Also my invoice says the check engine light was on which is ABSOLUTELY false. I brought it in without any lights on and had been driving for weeks no problem. Will be escalating this

If I could put a zero rate I would. Poor customer service along with rude. I purchased 4 new tires last week along with warranty. I went in today (Sunday) to get a flat repair and they informed me that they only do flat repairs Mondays thru Friday. They should have said that before I got the warranty. Be aware people. Do not buy anything from Firestone they lost my business.

I have been through hell and back with my A/C. Just replaced almost everything from an unnamed shop to return my car with my ac not working properly. Firestone literally took my car and diagnosed it for $10 and found the problem. They had the best customer service and had my Tahoe blowing snow in a couple hours. They didn t try to upsell me on anything and were as professional as can be. Definitely recommend!

We left our commercial vehicle around 12:30pm for tire/balance, alignment and to replace the TPMS on the tires a service that wasn't done at the moment of the tires purchase at another Firestone location. I never got a progress call, we arrived at 6:40pm since we were told the vehicle was going to be completed by 7pm the same day. To our surprise the alignment wasn't done, one of the service consultant named Rocky told me that if I want to have the service done I have to leave the vehicle overnight and that It was going to be done first thing in the morning and promise to deliver it by 9am next day. Also, he was told me that the TPMS system was repaired and it was in need to be driven around for the system to auto calibrate thing that I found suspicious and make me believe they didn't even touch the system at all. Then another tech came in and explained to me that they removed all the stems from the tires and replaced the stems and that by doing that system was going to be fine, but it needed to be relearn. At that point, I knew they didn't perform the repair of the TPMS, and I took the decision to take the vehicle with us and walk away from that location. They send a Master Tech to do the relearn, and he state that one of the sensors was bad and need to be replaced. That was the one of the reasons we took the vehicle for in the beginning so I was right, they never did anything with the repairs. Then Ricky told me that to repair it was going to cost me another $99. We stopped the vehicle from our schedule to perform maintenance on it and we waste time and money in this location. I will make sure this post makes it to Google and to let others know about my experience today so others don't have to deal with this like we did.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
