Fernando is GODSEND!! I rushed over to the location before it closed so I can pick up my vehicle and he waited for me. He was super understanding from start to finish and communicated with me very well. we had a slight issue with processing a gift card but he was able to get it fixed quickly and allow me to be on my way. Their customer service was outstanding, and I would not go anywhere else in the city of San Antonio to get my car done! Thank you Fernando for all your help!

Got my appointment the next day. Also had all 4 tires I needed in stock and put on in a timely manner.Received 100 00 dollars off with a special promotion.I've been with Firestone for 10 years now Great service, kind peoplw.

Waste of time. They do NOT want to do state inspections and come up with random excuses to steer you away. I was told you can only show a physical copy of the insurance because he isn t a cop, which I ve never had an issue with. It was obvious they didn t want anything to do with my vehicle if they weren t going to get a full service out of it

The staff was absolutely wonderful and they helped me to replace all my tires. I was told it was going to be an hour but was actually done within 30-4mins. Their customer service was above and beyond!

Ridiculous management! What a joke they make of this company! Sales associate was on this phone laughing as the issue was being explained not a care in the world. After calling multiple times for status updates and not being able to pick up my vehicle same day for a minor issue, management has the nerve to say they had been trying to contact us for approval on a fix under $150! What a boldface lie! Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want some bull excuses and under qualified management working on your vehicle!

The young man working was kind to us as well as those after us. It was nice to see he spoke a second language to help customers that didn t speak English and he multi tasked well as he was the only customer service associate at the front desk.

Waiting room is very dirty , both restrooms are extremely dirty no paper towels or soap , mens room has a broken toilet seat. Came in for an oil change was told the wait would be an 1 1/2 before our truck got in . There are no other waiters here. Not impressed with the service or the staff / facility . I used to work at a Firestone myself and made sure the night before that everything was clean and ready for next day . When giving a customer a waiting time I would explain why the wait was so long . Just over all not impressed. Wont stop at this location again.

You're in for a treat at this location. I've witnessed in the past customers complaining of services, but I never paid too much attention. Now I know; They will disregard a customer's request, and do what they want to your vehicle. Unprofessional and poor customer service is their standard, while serving up a bucket full of excuses!

I just took my truck there to get an alignment and when i got my truck back they cross threaded the lugs on my tire costing me money to get a new wheel hub I didn t figure this out till later trying to rotate my tires.

There always friendly and helpful. Honest with the work that needs to be done. I stopped getting oil changes anywhere else. I just like their work. Appointments are must though. Oh and they're pretty fast and pretty decent pricing. You're gonna pay for good work

If you like your vehicle don t bring it to this location. I brought my car in for a new tire. I came back that afternoon waited an hour for an update only to be told that my car won t start and they didn t know why. It was closing time so they tried everything to get me out of there with explanation and no vehicle.They are terrible at communication. As I was waiting another customer got upset because they didn t tell him that the service he needed couldn t be done at this location after the customer was told it could be.They killed my car blamed me. I was out of work for a week with no vehicle and had to end up buying a car at the worst time ever to buy a car.Save yourself the headache and money and stay away from this location.

Would not take my car that needed to be repaired quickly with just a belt replacement. Was on hold for more than a hour for a simple question, very rude and cold customer service and was not willing to help in any way when the shop was somewhat empty but told me there wasn t an open bay.

If you need tires this is the location to go to! Giovani was such a huge help today worked with me on getting back on the road after having a full on blowout! I have lifetime warranty alignment that I routinely take care of here and now it s the only place I ll be going for tires as well!

Giovanni could not look at a slow leak because he is too busy. Under staffed. Only 2 mechanics in the back and 1 was only available. Sad they lose business because they font have enough people

Not a good place at all if I can I would give it no stars... I was told by some friends this is a good place i can trust my belated husband car with them I'm sorry but that was a lie... My husband took really good care of his car cause he had just bought it 5 months before he passed away and I brought it to Firestone on zarzamora and military Dr and they gave me my husband car back with the bumper hanging off and then said it was already like that, when really it was all in one piece when i brought it to them... I took it to them the first time and they never noted that it had damage to it and when I took it 1 week later again all of a sudden it has damage yea right I don't even drive this car i have my own i use for everything ... Yall don't go there anymore cause they'll damage yalls vehicles and noted to cover them selfs and blame the customer not good company at all will never come again and I paid for a year money lost and more being lost cause now I have to pay out of pocket to fix my late husband car for what they did.. all this time trying to keep it in one piece for my kids for someone else to damaage it not cool at all..

My friend Crystal has an issue with one of her tires. And they took care of it but it cost her over $100 to get another tire. Not sure if that was a good thing or not. Considering she has insurance on it!

I come here for the convenience. Staff is always nice and informative. However, everytime I get my inspection done I always need either the rear wipers or front wipers?? It's almost like they just HAVE to find something to charge me on.

What was supposed to be a 3 hour job ended up bn close to 8 hours. Tech left job unfinished. I didn't find out till I got home. Supervisor should "ok" job b4 releasing vehicles back to paying customers. Don't go to this store. Instead Pedro on Pleasanton rd has much, much better service. I'm stuck with the $1100 bill for terrible service with the zarzamora location. Never will take any vehicle to them. Manager is scamming customers!

I took my vehicle in for AC repair and brakes. I was very pleased with the service. I knew the repairs were going to be expensive, but was more worried about the time it was going to take to get it done. But my vehicle was ready the very next day. They were all very honest and friendly. Even when I called to check on my vehicle, I wasn t put on hold, the gentleman who answered my call knew my name, my vehicle and the status. I appreciate u all guys. Keep up the great work!

Awesome service just have to be a little patient at first. Great deals on tires within minutes and upfront honest pricing.
