I went yesterday morning for a front-end brake job and my technician Javier Ruiz was very friendly and took care of any questions I had about the job. While I was there I decided to ask about some new tires for my vehicle and sure enough they had a special going on so I decided to get some new tires. Overall I was very pleased with the customer service and very clean place. I would highly recommend Javier Ruiz for a technician and I was super please with the job he did. Thank you Fire Stone!!

Where to start. I recently got my oil changed by the gentlemen working at this location. Despite making an appointment and being on time, I was still asked for wait an hour and a half. Not a huge deal. The guy working on my vehicle told me I was next. Great, almost done. 10 minutes later I still see my car sitting in the lot and the individual who was to do the work was just sitting there. When I got up he must have seen me because he quickly got up and grabbed my car.As I was speaking to the gentleman who made my appointment he casually mentioned that I can check to see if I qualify for a Firestone CC. He told me it was a soft credit check. That was false as the check re-elected on my credit score. So that was another pain point from this appointment.Once my car was completed I drove off the lot and figured that was the end. Hardly. As soon as I woke up the next morning I noticed a huge pool of fresh oil under my car. I ve never had an oil leak previous to this experience. I have included a video for reference.I was asked to bring my car back in but at this point, I don t feel it is in my best interest.I know these companies have little tricks so that customers are basically forced to come back and spend more money but this is insane.Avoid this location as you will end up spending more than you bargained for.

Had tires rotated, balanced and aligned. Absolutely no issues, fast service and everything was done correctly unlike Pepboys. Definitely recommend.

This is on behalf of my 70 yr old mom. Setup an appt for oil change, no problem. Front desk guy stated it would take about 2 hrs. Ok, no problem, we had errands to run. Returned 3 hrs later only to be told that my mom needed a new battery. She told them her battery was still under warranty, then they changed to we don t have the test result, it got lost, so we need to retest . Ok, no problem. Tech ran test & stated she needed a new battery & that they could have it ordered/installed in 1 hr. What!? We couldn t wait the extra hour so I asked talk to the manager (I know, Karen, behavior) so desk guy went into bay area to get manager . I clearly heard are they gonna order the battery or what? & he never came to talk to us. Guy couldn t be bothered by customer who wanted to know why it took 3 hrs & zero phone call to my mom about her needing a new battery. Looking at the other reviews, seems that a little undercover boss or something needs to happen at this store. My mom is a loyal Firestone customer, but she doesn t have a store where they live, so she would go to this store when they visit. Never again

They just want your money. Why is that you making me come more outta pocket for one specific thing that I need replaced which is a headlight replacement? Why are you trying to make me get a full vehicle inspection instead of just replacing what I asked. I don t need my whole car checked so stop trying to take more of peoples money and then have the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else just because I denied getting a full inspection. Money hungry people smh I don t recommend this place.

Tried to schedule a appointment never got the confirmation email so I called and the scheduling man told me that they close early on Sundays mind you I called at 12 pm the close at 5 ..all I needed was a check up because Im hearing a sound coming from my engine all I can say is wow don t work the weekends of you don t want to

Very upset the way I was welcome in there I was a walking I understand that but I brought two vehicles to get service the first one he didn't tell me anything he told me there'll be 2 hours before they service it I go get the other vehicle then he tells me there's appointments that are coming in and mine would be pushed back further than 2 hours so wasn't too happy about that then when I go get my first one he starts telling me about air filters the outside air filter and the cabin air filter which my pickup don't have a cabin air filter which was a lie from the person there at the counter I showed up there's a guy mowing the grass instead of working on cars and two guys are going to lunch at the same time together I don't understand that they worry more about cleaning the the property and and going to lunch instead of getting the car

I scheduled an appointment at this location for the first time, and I was under the impression that if you scheduled a time, and your on time, a stall to work on my car will be open. That was NOT the case. I have been here 2 hours, and my car still has not been taken in. When asking the attendant, his response was terrible. I will not be returning to this location again.

Took my jeep in. When I got it back later that day, I noticed jeep was starting to over heat. When I looked there was no engine coolant. The receipt says they checked engine coolant but obviously they didn't. I've not had any problems with the coolant. before. Do not bring your vehicle here. There is a reason it has such low rating. I had to find out the hard way.UPDATE emailed people below a few days ago. No response back.

Happy with the overall services performed. The prices were fair, staff was honest and friendly. Defintly Recommend.Update:Returned for services and definitely happy with the services rendered. Overall will continue to recommend for everyone. Be prepared to wait if you have major services that need to be completed.

DON'T go here anymore. My husband brought in our Jeep to get an oil change here 11/5, and once we brought it home, the engine started over heating and leaking coolant when it never had the problem before. Then we bring it back this morning 11/6 and the manager says he thinks he knows the problem but won't check it until tomorrow and of course, it'll cost us. Uh, no, Mr Manager guy, y'all should fix what you broke but even then, i still cant trust you anymore. Don't trust these guys at all.Please make sure they taken care of everything prior to your departure. Ask for the video footage of them fixing the car from above and beneath the car.

The job was to do an oil change on the wife's vehicle. Wife left there thinking the job was complete. The engine was knocking so she checked the oil. No oil. Returned the vehicle and they claim there was a little oil and then poured in a quart of oil.No sir, this is not over. They failed to do the job and the vehicle is damaged. It was running 100 percent until they removed the oil and handed the keys back.

Will not be going to this place again they said they replaced the front axle. A few days later it started leaking bad so I took it back and they said it was the transmission. So I took it to a transmission specialist and they said it was the seal of the front axle they fixed the problem no more leaks. Paid over $2000 dollars at Firestone.

Wnt to get my car inspected. They transposed numbers on my license plate. Tried to get it renewed on line. Not happening. Went back after I found their error. Went to tax office to renew it and then told my Vin # was incorrect. Wth..had to go back. Never again will I go back...very bad service. So much wasted time over 3 days..

Women beware! Went to get an inspection done, good customer service at first. Waited about 30 minutes, car was done. Was told I had a bad battery and gave me a sketchy battery read receipt. Left and went to a trusted tire and battery shop, got a second opinion that my battery was perfectly fine. This place willing tries to scare their customers just so they can make a quick sell! What a disappointment, would not recommend or come back.

Went in to get a patch and stood in line 15min just to ask a question as i was never acknowledged! Then told go outside and pull car up to get air. A car pulled in front of me and got air, and as they pulled out i pulled in. The guys (workers) again NEVER acknowledged me but made eye contact with me multiple times but never offered me air. I was almost tempted to get the air my damn self but i sd F it and drove off. And worst part is the guy seen me pulling in to the cone for air bcuz he was in the process to put the air tube back in its proper place! I will NEVER go here again not even for air!

Do not use this. My grandmother, who is 84 years old brought a battery back that was under warranty and they charged her $80.00 for labor, just to change a battery. That's very sad

I will never again use this location. They wanted to charge me over seventy dollars to simply change bulbs for headlights so I could pass inspection. I said no...I failed...went to autozone bought bulbs and changed them myself...I went back to this location same day and asked to have it inspected again. I overheard two mechanics speaking about me and looking over at me while I was at the counter. One of them was the guy who tried to gouge me over the phone. They passed my car without even looking at it. Never again. This was not the first time I was over charged and under served st this location and I will not be going back.Services: Electrical repair, Oil change

They made me buy a tire when they could have fixed mine. Then they changed me for leaving the old tire when I took it. I told them to put it in the car and had to ask for it at the end. The representative made sounds when I went back and told him about another tire.

The Firestone on Goliad Rd. really provided the best care for my 2008 Tacoma. They ran a complete diagnostic listing everything the truck needed. The services were completed in the afternoon. This is why I continue to go back.

Took my husband s car in to get it serviced they checked off that the coolant was addressed and okay. Everything seemed fine until the car notified him that the engine was overheating. I checked it out when he got home and noticed that the canister was completely empty. I called Firestone and told them what happened and said it might have been overlooked and asked if they could add the coolant that was part of the service they claimed he received. We got there and one gentleman said they needed to run tests to see where the coolant is leaking. I said no, take the top off and look inside or just use your flashlight and look through the CLEAR and EMPTY canister that says coolant. He seemed baffled and annoyed that a woman knew a thing or two about cars. He still proceeded to tell me a test needed to be run. I said I would like the technician to add a quart to the canister and see what the car says. He said the technician could do that ONLY if we do the testing so he can find the leak . We went along with it. After two hours they called and said they still can t find a leak (no shock there!) and that we could come pick it up. My husband said the technician also agreed with my original claim that it just needed coolant. He added the coolant and we were on our way. Definitely won t be returning since such a simple addition of coolant could have saved everyone the time wasted.

They advertise as a COMPLETE Auto Repair Shop but when I picked up my Car after being told repairs I had asked them to do were completed but when I got there the mechanic said they couldn't properly diagnose my 1998 Lexus for the "Complete" tune-up because they're computer didn't go back to the Year 1998 only to the Year 2000 so they couldn't diagnose the misfire in my car!!! Complete Auto Care, that's Fraudulent Advertising. They still charged me $838.00 for this lousy work!!!

Always do my state inspections here... fast service for the most part but once in a while they're busy and it may take an hour for them to get to me... I don't mind but if you can't wait it's something to consider for a simple inspection
