Comprehensive assessment of repairs needed and applied all possible discounts. Detailed each item listed and discussed the functional importance of each repair. Worked diligently to provide a complete repair of my vehicle. Every associate was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

In 2021 I took my vehicle for an alignment and received the best service considering it was a lowered car. The mechanic adjusted my aftermarket parts to spec and car had no problems.Two weeks ago Oct. 2023, I took it for another alignment and they left my vehicle with almost no adjustments and was told very rudely that they don't work on aftermarket parts, and that should've never been done on my car.Came to the San Pedro location and was told that all Firestones should adjust parts if they make the alignment better.I don't know what happened to this location, but I don't recommend it.

If I could give it 0 (zero) stars I would. Made appointment, got confirmation. Drove 15 minutes to get there and the guy tells me someone called and left me a voicemail that they couldn't work on it until Monday. There are 4 problems with that.1. I had no missed call from today. Zero2. I had no voicemail from them.3. I brought it in on the weekend because I need my car for work.4. The guy didn't even apologize for the confusion.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIMEVERY UNPROFESSIONAL

They seemed to not want a long-time customer to experience great customer satisfaction. My daughter's 2011 Honda CRV had an emissions check engine codes... The various evap sensors and even the fuel pump was replaced at a whopping $1250 at the Firestone in Houston, TX. The check engine light returned and since she attends school in San Antonio, she took it in for a diagnostic. The result was a gas cap failure, they wanted to charge for the diagnostic fee. After haggling with the manager to include asking for the regional manager, they finally relented and only charged for the cap...

Got a nail in my tire. The same tires I bought from these people. Instead of honoring the warranty on these 1 yr old <10k miles tires they claim this is unrepairable and want me to buy 2 new tires for the tune of almost $400! They are shady and I will take my business elsewhere. You should too.

I needed to get the vehicle in quick for a battery after buying my car from CARVANA. They took it in when I gave them little notice, got everything covered by my extended warranty, and had it ready in less than 2 hours. Totally painless and quick experience!

My wife and I have been Forestone customers for over 40 years ever since my brother-in-law, who became district manager with the company. But never again. The poor customer service at this location is to leave again. She had an appointment for an oil change which lasted over two hours.

I stoped by early this morning to leave my care for an oil change and Texas Inspection. Told me that it would be ready in an hour and 30. I walked home since it s 7-9blocks. Came back after almost 3hrs and my car was in the same spot - not moved - not touched. The gentleman could care less and handed over my keys after expressing my disappointment. What kind of business is this? They are that busy that they can care less on losing long term customers?

Had a flat tire recently, took our vehicle to this location. Screw was clearly in a repairable zone. I was told it was not repairable. Tire was replaced. Then on the paperwork it stated, I declined to have the tire repaired. We ve had multiple questionable experiences here in the past as well. Overall disappointment in the integrity of this location collectively. Don t plan on taking any vehicles here again.

I had a nail in my tire and they said 3 hours, they called me 30 min later and said it couldn t be repaired but I could buy one new one for 190. I said no that I would go buy a used tire temporarily. When I got back in my car to go to a used tire place, I noticed two winning scratch off lottery tickets were missing from my center console. I m not giving this review about the outrageous price of the tire but the theft. If they steal that, what else would they take

Ive spent a couple thousand with Firestone on tires and services and never submitted a review, the service was excellent and my guy treated myself and my family as part of the firestone family. This particular store has driven me to write this review to hopefully save you the hassle.Everytime ive come in to have them honor the contract (warranty) it has been met with forced detention for hours. Multiple hours in time out, appointment or not, to have them look at the nail in the tire (deep in the tread) and say "oh its not in the center center so we cant fix it. your tire is trash" and then offer for me to buy a new set of tires bc you cant replace just one.This store has lied about tread depth.This store has lied about brake oil being dirty... they clearly took dirty from the undercarriage and rubbed it in oil with their finger and presented a dirty piece of paper as their proof and stuttered when I told them my other store just did the job a couple months ago.Ive resolved that I will never get my tires balanced and rotated and any nails I get will be taken care of by Costco.I have settled that this company is in breach of contract and if anyone wishes to file a class action I will gladly include myself.I have concluded I will never do business with Firestone ever and I will tell everyone I know not to use them due to my experience with this store.

This is a business and they make money on the more a customer spends.I m a business owner and I communicate VERY clearly, if I don t it can cost me thousands. In this case it cost me hundreds more than necessary. I asked for 3 tires to be replaced, then I changed my mind and explained I don t have time for 3, just replace ONE under warranty, I got a reply with:Them okay, just the one under warranty? Me Yes Them okay They proceeded to do all three and charged me for 3.I then had to spend 4 hours (instead of one) asking them to undo and refund for just the one.I went ahead and took my truck to another shop for the other two.I don t recommend Firestone for any type of work. They aren t honest and don t follow instructions.-Sam.

I am a little disappointed. And it sucks cause they really have taken car of my car. But went in to get a tire fixed cause of a leak they patch it for 29+ dollars and less then an hour later I have a flat. So your telling me my leak is worse now. And if I would of waiting for the. To see if there was another leak ummm didn't u check that already before u put the tire back on. Now I could be driving and boom flame run off the road accident or death in my future. Bad feels all over.

I ve had to come here twice and both times it was last minute without making an appointment (nail in my tire) and they always take me in and get me out in a timely fashion. Service here is very friendly and very efficient.

Took my truck here today for a tire rotation & wiper blades. Made an appt for 10am. Despite arriving early, it was still over an hour before they pulled my truck in to the shop for work. I understand it was Friday and things happen, still frustrating. That being said, the guys there were very friendly & professional. They discovered an issue w/ my brakes, and took care of that as well in a fairly timely manner.

Staff here, across the board, have been very good to me and my vehicle. It can be tough to find a shop to trust. This specific shop (can't speak to other locations) has earned my trust and created a loyal customer. Five star service!

They were quick, the attendant who helped me was respectful but the owner not so much. I was offered super easy fixes such as changing my battery for 300 dollars. I can do this myself. I went in for a quick tire plug cause my jack broke. Well the plug is leaking so they did it wrong. Only reason I'm giving one star is they moved at a reasonable pace until I turned down the upsales.

I've been using my company's work car for about a week now and recently had to have my husband jump the battery. Our employees HR recommend Firestone for service. I was assured that a new battery was placed after an hr and a half wait. Monday morning comes and my " new battery " is dead, to find out it was never replaced that Fri i was there, but yet charged for a new battery. Firestone did correct this issue, but I will not be back.Service: Battery

Something simple like a state inspection can be a hassle to get done. Bryton was super attentive and the Store manager as well. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. That's hard to come by these days! I highly recommend this outfit! Thanks!

Very unprofessional. At 5 pm I was told if I didn't get there in 20 mins he couldn't help me. I got there and 3 other customers came after me that was serviced. They changed my tire and put the spare in the trunk. I ask why they said it goes under the van. Okay and. He asjed me I wanted them to put it back. Yes. So I was told I had to wait again for them to finish everyone else before he could do his job that I already paid for. Terrible service. I would have gotten 4 new tired but they didn't deserve my business.

Employee who rescheduled my appointment didn't t put me in the system, Bryton lied to me saying that it would only take an hour/hour and half to get my car problem diagnosed. My car sat in the parking lot for 3 hours. Terrible service and the employees don't care.

Have to leave a bad review unfortunately. My car has a simple problem - somewhere there is a phantom power draw coming from my vehicle. The main technician could not figure it out instead they made me change, the BATTERY, the ALTERNATOR, the STARTER even when it did not need Changing. They replaced all these parts and said they couldn t find the issue. I definitely do not recommend this shop at all. Be prepared to shell out 1k+ only the have your vehicle return to you without getting fixed! Super sad why open a shop if your techs don t know nothing about the specific system? I personally asked them if they could fix this type of issue. They affirmed saying they could but still took on the job and went ahead confirming they could fix it by replacing the parts.Never recommending Firestone .

I sent my 18yo daughter to have one of our cars inspected for registration. She called me to tell me it wouldn't pass because the battery was failing, and it would be $169 to replace it. I had her put the employee she was dealing with on the phone with me, and she confirmed that it would not pass without a new battery. I asked what the battery has to do with the state inspection and she replied, she didn't know and would have to check with the service tech. It turns out that the service tech passed the inspection but the person behind the counter was telling my daughter she needed a new battery. How many people are being coerced into buying services and products that are not part of the reason for the visit? This wasn't merely a "heads up" courtesy. She had my daughter convinced she needed a new battery to pass inspection.

Great service personnel, had a rental that needed oil change and a service. Had to wait for hertz to approve which they already knew it was going to be a while. While I was waiting they had another customer that they were letting him know what was wrong and instead of charging him for expensive work they told him it was his battery that was so bad, they charged him to clean it and waived the other fees. They asked if I wanted to come back later and hopefully hertz would have approved it. Came back 3 hrs later and hertz still had not approved but they just worked on it and would bill hertz once they approved it. They took a risk just to get me back to work. Again great customer service and mechanics

Just got home from an oil change. Had an appointment with them. In an out in approximately 1 hour. Overall great experience but to my surprise they marked my washer fluid ok when it s been completely dry for a while. Now it makes me wonder what else they actually checked. Fair to say my trust in them dropped a notch (it s always the little things)

Trash for being brand new!!!!My family and I have been coming here for years, I called the day before an made an appointment for brand new tires on all 4 wheels. We get there at the appointment time and they have no clue why we re there/ didn t save any information from the phone appointment. We spend 30 mins consulting with the front desk girl who literally had no knowledge of anything.. on top of that we waited 4 hours for the tires to be placed on and hardly saw Anyone working. we came here since it was brand new and we expected better.

This is an excellent repair shop. The guys go out of their way to help you with repairs. They are also very knowledgeable on car repairs and have a level of care for their work that I appreciate. The facility is very modern and has a nice waiting room with good zmarvek movies playing and water filter to fill your water bottles.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Horrible service. Came for oil change and was asked to make an appointment and come back. I did and came back at my scheduled time. They did not even touch my vehicle for 30 minutes. Most place advertise ~10 minute oil changes start to finish. This place probably won t touch your vehicle for about an hour. Told them I wanted my keys so could go elsewhere and they asked if I wanted to reschedule as if I d be dumb enough to trust them twice.
