If you want a great auto shop to go to that does it all, COME HERE! Wanted to leave a review, my spouse took in my Ford Explorer in on Monday morning, March 4 2024, as a walk in. We had noticed some issues a few days prior to this that were unfolding really fast. Joey and his team were really great! We had a very busy week ahead and left with no stress and they fixed everything and additional things we knew we had issues with but put off. They fixed everything same day and pricing was very fair. We will be back for future car issues and vehicle maintenance. We appreciate the quick care and professionalism. Thank you again!

Finsanto is a great shop. They send you pictures and explanations of any problems they find and give you no pressure options. I trust them way more than the dealer now. Had numerous problems at the dealers. Finsanto has been good to me and way closer as well. Thank you to everyone at Finsanto for being so kind.

I had my vehicle worked on from a shop that is no longer in business, the owner sold the business to one of the competitors out there, which I returned to but just gave me a bad impression with just throwing out prices before EVEN asking about my problems.Also had a mobile car service person work on my vehicle to just make things worse.My last resort was to come to Finsanto Automotive Repair Shop.I read their reviews one read, "If you love your baby bring it here"Thank you ALL for your wonderful customer service first also for making my vehicle back to a normal, safe driving condition.Much appreciated

I ve been here twice, once for a starter and then again for a shorted ECU from squirrels chewing my wires. Both jobs were understandably a bit pricey but it is competitive/comparable with other mechanics.Third party financing options helped especially 0% if you re able to qualify.The service advisor and the technician that worked on my 2010 tundra sent pictures then went above and beyond to ensure transparency.

This shop is amazing! Highly recommend to anyone needing anything done on their Vehicle! Joey was awesome. He keep communicating with me throughout the whole process and they were so kind as to hold my car on their lot till I got my income tax to do the repairs so I didn t have to keep towing it back and both.

Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Their customer service is top notch. They will drop you off at home as long as it's within a certain radius and pick you up; so, you are not wasting time waiting at the shop for your services to be finished.Their online system allows you to select the recommended services after a full inspection so that you know exactly what work is being completed and how much it will cost.I have been going here for almost 5 years now and I have never been disappointed with the work.

We had battery trouble at 8 am Friday morning. I brought my car in without an appointment and left it with Joey. He promised the car would be ready by end of day. He was better than his word as I was able to get my car at 3 pm same day. And to top that, Joey arranged for me to get a ride home and back to pick up my car after it was repaired. I will always be a customer of Finsanto because of this excellent service.

By far the best shop!! Back in March our engine had issues while on vacation from Colorado and they helped us within 2 days so we could get back to Colorado for the warranty!! Josh helped us through the whole process and was so kind!! Today, 11/16 I called because once again our truck had issues while on vacation and Josh was so kind and walked my husband through how to fix it! I cannot express how thankful I am for these guys!!! They are so worth the time and money just for the knowledge and kindness alone!

Had to make a new review on Fins. I had made an appt last week about some recommendations that needed to be addressed with my car. They told me it maybe a 2 day job as well. But on monday when I dropped the car off, I got a call same day that car was ready!! picked up the car which they washed and man my car is running like a champ. i said man that was fast !! They were ready and prepared and called my warranty and took care of a big job!. I trust my car with them, they have great services from start to finish. Thank you fins for helping me thru an emotional time in life with my vehicle. I appreciate it.

let me start with a Wow Factor! My back passenger brake was making a crazy sound. I didn't have much warning on this. It happened twice and by the 2nd time it was sounding bad. I took it by Finsanto because a friend referred them to me. I thought why not. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and then walked out to see what was going on with my back brakes. Well, my rotor was looking pretty scratchy and it needed TLC. I walked in and went over the price and asked them to fix it and look over the whole car and all brakes, since I haven't changed them in five years. I was offered a ride home and within 30 minutes was sent a text explaining my other 3 sets of brakes. This was not just a phone call trying to upsale or tickle my ears. They followed up with pictures via text of my brakes and rotors. This alone made me feel comfortable and perplexed because I've never received this from any other shop. I agreed to having all 4 replaced. I felt my car was going to be there for a few days and was already in the process of thinking my next few days out and when I asked how long will they need the car, I was told a couple of hours. I almost fell off my chair. 2 hours later I get a call that it has been completed. Their customer service, cleanliness and promptness has left me with a smile and I will be taking my company trucks to them in the future. You have gained a customer and I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know that may need help with their vehicle. Thank you guys. I hope I don't see you soon but if I do, I know that I will receive the same service.

Recently had a 60,000 mile service performed on myToyota Forerunner. I was very pleased with the courtesy, efficiency, professionalism, and cost that was shown. I will definitely continue to use Finsanto for future repairs,etc.

Finsanto Automotive did an outstanding evaluation of an air condition problem with my vehicle. They conducted research and made recommendations on how best to get the vehicle A/C unit repaired. I feel like Finsanto went above and beyond normal car service expectations to help me get this vehicle repaired in the best way possible. I highly recommend Finsanto Automotive for any auto service repairs needed.

Body shop owner here... We used Finsanto to have an axle, shocks, and leaf spring replaced on a customer's vehicle and they did not disappoint. We received excellent communication from Joey throughout the repair process and quality repairs from the technicians. We now refer all customers needing mechanical repairs to Finsanto.

I went in a few weeks ago for a wheel alignment. Cost was pretty much what I would expect for the service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. In the unfortunate event that I need a serious repair done, I would seriously consider Finsanto. They seem like good people.

From start to finish, Finsanto staff were thorough, kind, informative and patient. I didnt realize how bad my brakes were until they showed me how worn down (and unsafe) my car was.I stumbled upon Finsanto, but now I will go every time my car needs attention. Great job! Had a catastrophic engine failure that required an engine replacement on my 2012 Hyundai Genesis sedan. I was expecting to be without my car for a month or more. Finsanto got me a replacement engine and advised 5 days shipping. The team at Finsanto had damaged engine removed and the replacement shipped and installed within 11 days. I was flat out amazed! In addition the professional staff kept me in the loop and informed every step of the way. I have used Finsanto since 2009 and see no reason to go anywhere else. I especially like that they are a family owned and operated business and they treat their customers like family.Thank you so much to everyone at Finsanto for making a very stressful situation as painless and quickly resolved as possible. You have a customer for life in me.11/23Needed an oil change for my 2012 Hyundai Genesis, drive through places screw it up half the time as my filter setup is non standard. Ive had 3 done other places and had to return immediately as the car was leaking oil right after the service due to improper filter installation.This time I went to Finsanto, no appointment, was in and out in 30 minutes at same price as the drive through places.Thanks again Finsanto, as always, Y all Rock !

Finsanto Automotive is absolutely the BEST auto shop I ve been to in San Antonio! My husband had his truck serviced there, so when I got an estimate of over $1k from Red McCombs Ford for replacing a part on my Escape, I went to Finsanto for a second opinion. Imagine my surprise when Joey (Cabello, operations mgr.) told me the module did not need to be replaced at all only reset for a little over $100! Finsanto is only a few blocks from my home in Braun Station, but even if you live further away, their fast, reliable service is absolutely worth the drive!

Let me tell you how AMAZING THEY ARE HERE . I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the highway late afternoon! I had to tow my car somewhere but everywhere was pretty much closed. So I took a chance and just went with a mechanic shop close to my home.I had the tow service drop my vehicle off here and I left a note.The service here is NOTHING like anywhere I ve taken vehicles. They want you to feel comfortable so like for me they had to explain everything! Walked me through what was wrong and how much to fix it. No hidden fees, very transparent and kept me informed the whole time. I had a problem with my C6 Corvette shifter not shifting out of park. I went to two local chevy service centers and they would not help. So I found Finsanto while driving bandera rd., spoke to the owner and they immediately said they would take a look. They replaced the shift knob with a gm part i purchased online, no problems since. Also just to note: their shop has all the latest equipment and is the cleanest I've seen. Highly recommend!!!

I had a couple of fasteners that had fallen out in my underneath front splash guard. I took my car into Finsanto and the guy pulled it in and replaced them foe no charge. I really appreciate their help. Excellent customer service. They performed the job while I waited and it only took 15 minutes. Joey Cabello the operations manager was very helpful. I appreciate their excellent service.

I brought two cars in for some major repairs and they had me informed from step one and gave me updates throughout the process.They even had suggested some items that were optional and I was able to pick and choose which items to move forward with and which to wait on for the next visit.Excellent staff and leadership, very knowledgeable and educated me along the way.I would definitely recommend this shop all day everyday.

I came in for an AC issue with my Mustang GT, I didn't wait long for Frank and his team to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle. Had my rack and pinion replaced on my truck. They diagnosed the truck and told me other things that are wrong it. Have had it back for 3 months and everything has been great. Have a 3 year warranty in case anything malfunctions with the rack and pinion as well. Would recommend!

I appreciate the transmission replacement service provided, but I noticed we were charged a $200 diagnostic fee. Typically, other shops waive this fee when they perform the repair. I m not sure the reasoning behind maintaining the diagnostic fee despite the substantial 7k cost of the transmission and installation?

Came in because needed a quick battery replacement for my car keys and Finsanto was able to help me! I also been coming to Finsanto for the past year for my oil change and other car maintenance needs. Their service is always top notch and they always take care of me! I have been going to Finsanto for my repairs and routine maintenance for a few years now. Every time I go, they are very professional and knowledgeable.
