Went for an oil change and paid almost 200 dollars on service for the driver to pull my car and drive into a cart damaging my bumper. I was told I would be refunded in 10 days and still no refund. No one answers the phone. Can't even give me a courtesy call.

Doesn t even matter if you have an appointment that s just to check-in/ you will need to wait for any cars ahead of you / and how are people that came after me leaving before me waited for 3 hours to get my car back ! and they didn t even do what they said they were gonna do waste of time& no communication with the owner or even a reply back on the text, I will try another Honda Deslership

I think this dealer have to change service manager guy he harassment my wife several times now is time to make report to PD and Fernandez Honda will be responsible for this ,they have to hire someone more professional, I will remove this Post when they take action on this person

I've been going here for a long time, and most of the time, I use the coupon on their website. So, I would let them know when I pull up. Today, I was told that in order to use the coupon, I would have to make the appointment through their website. That was new to me. The fine print on the coupon doesn't state this only to present the coupon to the service advisor at the time of write-up. I won't say her name, but it didn't make me feel confident about the service advisor. I, in the end, I was taken care of. I know that sometimes you have to educate your customers, but if that is the new rules, then that sucks.

Had my oil change done quickly and without incident. The only thing I noticed that they forgot to do was attach the sticker info for your next oil change on my windshield. They also informed me of my overdue 50K mile maintenance on the car. They didn't push getting it done through them, which is a plus. I would've done it, but we're not local. I'll get it done at home instead. Overall, I like the service they provided.

FERNANDEZ HONDA has been my one and only go-to establishment taking care of my 2003 CIVIC, for many years, assuring me it is ready to go and SAFE to drive. This past September of 2022, normal oil change, cabin filter and a new battery were taken care of. An Automobile Status Report was given to me and Geoffrey, Service Rep, explained what's most important to begin with...Unfortunately, after investing $3392.58 spent on necessary up keep, leaking and major repair which began January 2, 2023, is STILL not fixed. In February my car was brought back in for some Issues ranging from carelessly dripped goopy substance (that ran down front left headlight) and new battery was dead and unable to charge. I bought another new battery (w/ slight discount). Next (frightening) issue presented itself when my manual gear shift began popping out of gear while driving. Towed in to get fixed.On March 6, 2023, brought my car in for front end leak and to completely clean left front headlight. Hopefully this will be taken care of this time and the ONE STAR gets upgraded like ALWAYS BEFORE all of this hooey. (I am praying and trying to be positive.)

I was in and out less than an hour. I was shocked. Also it s a very clean and updated place. Loved it and will be back to service my fit

I have been meaning to write this review since last year when I bought my civic from them. I have never had a better buying experience! From Vince and George in sales, to the gentleman who assisted me during finance process they were all so helpful. I called ahead and by the time I got there they had exactly what I wanted pulled up at the door for me to test drive! I was in and out from test drive to getting my keys in literally a couple of hrs. Before I left George made sure I knew how to use all the features in the car. I can't for get to mention the service team as well they always get me an appointment right away and always kept me informed. I am moving out of state but I will truly miss everything about Fernandez Honda!

From start to finish this group was super professional and courteous. My salesman Joe was more than willing to go above and below to ensure my experience was top notch. He ensured my wife and I had our new vehicle in and on time for our date night. Couldn't be more thankful for his support. Would highly recommend moving forward.

Bought my vehicle from here a few years ago. Loved the experience as much as one can possibly like the car buying experience. I go back for my oil changes and I especially loved when they offered sweet bread in the morning s. Due to covid I understand that has stopped. However they really try to make you feel cared for here.

So I have a 2017 Honda Pilot. It has 50000 miles on it. I've had it serviced here because I bought the vehicle here. At about 25000 miles the breaks start making a clicking noise. My wife gets oil change and tells them to check the brakes. They tell her everything is fine. The truck continues to do it. And everytime she would get a service done she gets them checked and everything is still fine. The truck starts to have vibration. Thisbis before the 36000 bumper to bumper coverage the truck has. We get it checked again and they say truck is fine. One of the lady service reps tells my wife that if she doesn't trust them to take it somewhere else. We take it in so they can check why it is still shaking They do a alignment. But find no other problems. Take it in today the rotors are warped but brakes are still good. I try to explain that this was probably the result of a maybe smaller issue. That became this big problem. And they kept backing up saying that it wasn't. That they had no records of them checking the brakes just one time on their computer. Went all the way up to the service director. Explained to him the situation and he kept saying that i wasn't telling him nothing. Which made my blood boil. I was trying to be civil but he is very unprofessional. I'm never taking my trucks there again. Make a note to yourself. If you are taking your vehicle there. Make sure they write down on the service notes everything you are taking your truck there for. I mean everything. Because they will not. And thats the way they get away with not being liable if something breaks on your vehicle. I will no longer do business with them in the future. I will find a Honda dealership that has better service reps and managment.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

Only a few minutes after inquiring about a vehicle I was contacted about making an appointment to see the vehicle. Three short hours after seeing the vehicle and signing papers I had a beautiful new (used) Chevy in front of my house. I didn't expect the process to go as quickly as it did but I'm very happy, the people were amazing and my new car is a wonderful addition.

Had a tune up done & had 2 new car keys made for our vehicle. Work was fast however, when they gave me the keys only 1 worked. This should've been checked prior to giving it back to me. The other key wouldn't even go into the ignition slot. Went back inside and they apologized. They didn't have another key & told me I'd have to return in 3 days because they had to restock & cut me another key. Went back at the appointed time they assigned me (l was actually 30 min late) and the key wasn't even ready. Said it would take 5 min but it actually took 20 minutes wait time which wasn't too bad but still. It should've been ready since they told me what time to come pick it up.

5 months of waiting for a part , I email them and no response. I am accepting that this business is a total failure and just wants to make money off of their customers. I came here ever since I bought my car here for any type of maintenance and they provided excellent service. My last visit, I did need electrical and body shop maintenance. They installed some fenders under the bumper to "keep it in place." Job was done very poorly, they charged me about $600 just for fixing the bumper, which technically just had to be clipped back in place. The fenders they installed fell and damaged mu bumper two weeks after installation, took it back to see if I had any kind of warranty, my advisor said that happened due to a hard impact which he could never find proof of. So I ended up paying almost $4,000 with no type of warranty on their poor work.Services: Electrical repair, Body & Trim

So I d like to start saying out that initially* I loved this dealership because of my experience which is why I had continued to go back. I came back from the Army and bought my first car here as a referral from my mother. I returned 7 months ago and bout another vehicle. The motor had been knocking. I took it back and they have bounced me around to other dealerships and told me I d have my vehicle back within a day. I had no communication and no vehicle. I got my vehicle back a week later. Not fixed. Had to take it back two days later since I wasn t off. Then had no communication until a gentlemen named Elias started to handle my vehicle. He was decent on communication but I went another week without a vehicle until they gave me a rental but still had no progress tracking on my own vehicle. Then they finally said (After an additional 2 weeks) they couldn t do anything more and to take it to another dealer. I brought back rental and they said I damaged it but they haven t gotten back to me on the fact that they scratched my vehicle. I take very excellent care of my vehicles as I am in management for a car wash. Very displeased and overall disgusted in the customer care and integrity of this dealership.

The experience was Awesome. I received the A1 Maintenance message in my car yesterday. I immediately called for an appointment & I was set up right away & I drove to the Fernandez Honda Dealership for a 1:30 p.m. appointment. The service tech Eli came to assist me right away. I waited inside. The maintenance was done within 45 minutes. Great job! TY!!

Well put it this way, this is the 4th car we bought here. Only had an issue one time with the finance person. Other than that, we have always been treated fairly, unlike at other dealerships. Antonio Reyes was a pleasure to deal with, he made sure I was happy with my purchase. If I ever decided to buy another car , I will always try here first, top notch customer service.

Went in for oil change special I received. The remodel looks nice and I was in and out pretty fast. Service advisor took my coupon and car. Outstanding service was very helpful, the one too the first pod to the left when you enter through the door.

My appointment was at 7 a.m. for a battery replacement. I was the first person here. It's almost 10 a.m. and my vehicle was just released to me. Everyone that was here within a hour of me arriving has left. I get my vehicle back and the radio (which is the computer of the vehicle is not functional) is not working. During my wait in the lobby no one tells me what is going on. This is the fist time that this happens and usually the service is par on and they are usually considerate and mindful of your time. All good things must come to an end.

Purchased my Honda here and it was a great experience - no high pressure sales and did my pricing research prior to shopping and Fernandez Honda hit the "very fair price" mark!!! Service department is impressive with very friendly and helpful staff!! Nice accommodations if you wait for you vehicle - totally happy with this business!!!

Bought my 2017 Toyota Corolla here with the help of Mr.David Cruz! I was super satisfied with his customer service and integrity. I could immediately tell he did not only care for his sales. His priority was his customers well being. I m a full time college student with a part time job and he guided me to make the right choice that would benefit me and not stress me out in the future. Will definitely be coming back when I m ready for an upgrade!

This is probably the only business I had dealt with in this town so far that truly deserves 5 stars. Did oil changes with them twice already and very satisfied with their professionalism. If you own a honda I recommend these guys and you'll have a ease of mind knowing they know your car better than other auto care service providers!
