Excellent customer service! Used them thru GEICO insurance. They set expectations on how long to take to fix your car, when I came I hit a deer and there were 6 cars in the same situation. Their communication is top-notch. They advise delay and if there is any part still to come. My cat was super clean when I picket it up and the car was intact and in perfect condition before the accident.

I was in a minor accident that required to have my car repaired. This facility by far is the best autobody shop I have ever taken any of my vehicles, too. The customer service and workmanship at this facility is outstanding and beyond reproach. My service technician gave me weekly updates sometimes more in regards to the progress with the repairs being done to my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle and in-depth explanation was given to me as what was repaired. They guaranteed their work gave me a detailed explanation as to the repairs. Would highly recommend this place and it is very clean and they provide outstanding service.

Hands down best collision center, done business with them twice now ! Always updating with text along the way throughout repairs, great knowledgable mechanics Mikes family does detailing too so I was able to get a detail while my car got repaired and it was *chefs kiss* I picked up my car and felt like I had just bought a new vehicle! and customer service is top tier !! Definitely recommend!

Had the unfortunate luck of being in a hit and run.I was directed towards this repair center and am so glad I did.Michael was very open every step of the way with keeping us in the loop on the repair timeline. They handled my insurance claim easily as well.Our car came back looking brand new and they even detailed the inside afterward. 10/10 would recommend every time that anyone I know needs the help.

Got in a car accident & did some research online since the person who was responsible auto insurance was paying for damages on our 21 Toyota Corolla let me just say they went above and beyond! Damages weren t severe and it took them less than 2 weeks to finish. Kept my fianc� & I updated every step of the way, also. Very pleased with our experience with them and very highly recommend!

Where do I even begin!! Mike and his staff exceeded my level of customer service and vehicle repair. If I could, I'd give them 10 STARS to the 10TH POWER! The level of communication was top notch! My car was stolen and recovered, the first time dealing with insurance and shops, It was the only place that would accept my car almost immediately, and the shops that were closer to me would take it after 2 weeks or just wouldn't. Mike kept me informed the whole time until my car got restored completely. The repair took a lot of time, not because of them but because the parts were not in stock due to the high demand for Kia\hyundai parts. After a couple of weeks, some minor adjustments came up and they fixed them. I'm pleased with their service and staff. I would definitely recommend them.

Dropped my truck to get fixed and they were very respectful and quick. They set a time frame and stayed within that time frame. They also stayed on contact with me regarding the progress of my truck. I highly recommend this place for getting your vehicle fixed!!

I had extensive damage on a new vehicle I recently purchased. This shop did an absolutely outstanding job with the work, it seems just like new to me. They did all the repairs with amazing timeliness and quality. Furthermore the customer service was outstanding, they kept me updated on each part of the process and provided me with accurate timelines for each repair. When I had to bring it back for a quick minor repair (a small part we were waiting on had arrived) they still took the time to wash it and vacuum it out for me! Excel took great care of my vehicle after an accident. The repairs were done to perfection and while my car was in the shop, they accommodated my request for extra work including new tint to my rear window and extreme detailing. They maintained constant contact with me and provided regular updates. I could not be happier. My car looks brand new again!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

My experience with shops was always negative until I brought my car to Excel. They were friendly and made sure I was kept in the loop with the time frame/ details I needed to know. Micheal was the main guy I talked to and he was very helpful with my questions and concerns. I felt my car was in good hands. It's good to know there are shops that are genuine out there. My daughter used them for vehicle repair after an auto accident. Their customer service really stood out, the owner takes pride in his business and work. It has been a while since my daughter used them but as I was searching for service today I remembered them for their commitment to our satisfaction. This is one of a kind shop owner is very professional and very honest person.stayed in communication with me providing status updates each stage of my repair. My Toyota Tacoma was vandalized and was completely destroyed. The shop repaired and made it look like it was brand new or better. I'm actually embarrassed to be giving this place a five star rating. They deserve a 10 star rating! I've lived near this place most of my life and I remember when they were building it. I thought to my self then ohhh just what this neighborhood needs another automotive related generic business. Lmao. This place is anything but generic. From the outside this place doesn't stand out from Any other collision repair shop. Looks average. But the second you step inside!Wow! Amazing! I actually couldn't tell I was in a repair shop. Feels like your in an upscale bank waiting in the lobby. Then I really get impressed, with the customer service. The way we were treated and attended to was 1st class. I honestly can't say enough to do this place justice. But if your reading this don't go anywhere else.

Immaculate customer service. Completely transparent about availability and scheduling. They will not beat around the bush. I d highly recommend any repair shop that s not just trying to get you hooked on a contract. Great customer service.
