Depsite some of the reviews I decided to give the shop a try. I just moved here and was in need of some repairs to my car. The experience, and customer service that I received was the best I ve received in san antonio. Ive reached out to other mechanics who don't answer the phone or over charge for repairs. This shop gave me a reasonable price, had good communication, and showed me that they cared about me as a customer. They ensure your car is to your standards before leaving their shop. They were able to fit me in with exceptional availability. Being military and moving around a-lot its hard to find places you trust but thankfully this is one of them. Thank you for your help guys i appreciate it greatly.

Disappointed with the service. Paid $85 diagnostic fee and nothing was diagnosed. The reset the check engine light and explained might have left gas cap loose. 1 day later engine light back on. Why would I take it back when they couldn t fix it the first time. All i am getting is a response from this review what I should get back is my $85 sent by cash app back to me for services not performed. My car is fixed thanks to SA European.

I went many places previously to fix my car but the service I received here has no description it was excellent. Knowledgeable staff who know what they are doing and good pricing. Great and fast work. Other places could not help me with my car but Eurotech did. Good family energy. I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE!I wanted to like this shop because of the reviews. Sadly, I think most of the reviews are just from friends and not customers.I had a terrible experience here that I want to share with you. I've had AC problems with my BMW and brought it here to be fixed. The first time I left it there, I left it there for 6 days. I was given my car back and charged for labor and the AC was still not functional when it was hot outside. I brought my car back another 3 times and was still left with a broken AC, even though I spend $1600 on parts and labor. They kept trying to say that the brand new AC compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. It gets replaced and still has the same issue. On top of that, their communication is terrible. I was promised a military discount, and that was not honored on my first (expensive) visit. I was told there would be replacement parts ready on the day I'm dropping my car off, and they didn't even attempt to get them. They literally had my car for 80 working hours and couldn't fix it. These guys don't know what they are doing and will cost you a lot of money. I decided to cut my losses and take my broken car somewhere else that treats me right and will actually fix my car.Take my advice and go somewhere else.

Best European auto mechanic in Town, always honest and straight up about any issue our vehicles have and we have a fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles as well as Chryslers and Cadillac vehicles that we bring to Eurotech when ever we have mechanical problems as we run a limousine service and we need service at times the same day with clients in need always on our punctuality which means our customers are happy in turn we are ecstatic! Your stereotypical shady shop, NEVER go here for your EU car repairs. Not only will they charge you outrageous prices, they also won't tell you until you show up to pay that there's a 3% fee for cards. After my car left the shop, I was missing tools from inside my trunk & their mechanic didn't even put my skid plate back on so they had to order a new one. I recommend anyone go to SA European over this shop, at least there they do honest pricing & service.

I m surprised that is is a full service shop.I brought one of my cars in for window tinting.After calling them, I was next in line. The boss shared with me that they can service the car with any concerns I might have. I got the oil changed and with synthetic oil! This is like the reliable old-school garages I was used to.I m certain will be back for more services with my other vehicle. These folks pay special attention to detail and offer a fair price for great work.Service: Oil change

I love this place. They explain everything. They are very reasonable. Trust worthy which is hard to find with a lot of mechanics. I will not be going anywhere else. I have taken my car to the dealership and their service was soo disappointing and then I ran into this place and they made me believe that good service is still alive.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic

Great customer service! Reasonable prices, compared to other shops & I didn't have to wait weeks or months to get my vehicle back.
