Thank you to Eurasian Auto for a great job on my 2010 Mercedes. I had it towed in (60 miles) after hours so the nightly key drop box was convenient. I received the diagnosis just a hour after they opened. Ordered/received the parts to replace the alternator and headrest that day and ready for pick up the following morning. I have two older Mercedes and only trust Eurasian with any maintenance or repairs. My latest visit required brake work, oil sensor, throttle-body and vacuum repairs. These guys worked late a couple of evenings to get my car back to me in a much quicker time than I had anticipated. My final bill was $1400 less than the original estimate! Eurasian Auto Repair is a great place with excellent people.

A very professional regimen. Everyone with him I had contact was also friendly, courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. A remarkably thorough, initial diagnostic routine, well worth the charge. I did not choose to have every problem corrected at this time, as the vehicle is 17 years old and not driven a lot. But knowing about the potential problems is valuable. The desired repairs were performed promptly, and I think the charges are consistent with community standards. I will definitely go back, and I wish they serviced American vehicles also.

Friendly and professional staff and service keep you coming back. I appreciate the reminder calls for upcoming maintenance as well as calls to check on your vehicle post service. I highly recommend Eurasian Auto Repair! I had a wonderful experience with them. My Honda was having some trouble and I decided to call them. They quickly got me in the next morning and I had my vehicle back the very next day! The service was amazing and the price was very competitive. From start to finish, I received 5-star customer service. I have found my mechanic from now on and will continue to take my vehicle in to them. I met this shop many years ago by chance. I had a break down and AAA gave a couple of nearby choices for towing. They mentioned EURASIAN and it made sense to me to send a European car to them. I was impressed with the service and ethics of this shop, and I have recomended it ever since. I still visit them today and they have kept the same quality over the years.

I will never go anywhere else! This shop said they were going to fix something and went over and beyond to fix it. They kept good clear communication with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Eurasian Auto repair to those who are looking for a trustworthy Auto repair for your car! They fixed/replaced my motor in my 2012 Audi. My kids drive this car and it needed to be reliable. They made sure it was! I will continue to bring all my cars to them for anything I need. What I like best about Eurasia .detailed diagnostic, explanation of the work need including cost, professional communication in person, text or calls, they get the work done by the time they say (unless they call you if they run into something else), excellent customer service & fair pricing.I have a 2013 Outback Subaru they keep in tip, top shape. I won t take my Sub� any where else.

Fairly new to San Antonio and needed work done on my Panamera. I was recommended to them by a colleague. Excellent customer service and charges weren't outrageous as compared to the dealership .

I took my car in for the check engine light, the shop said they needed to run a diagnostic test. They did that and came back and said the computers in the car needed to be updates. I agreed to their plan.I picked up the car and the check engine light came back on while driving home.I called and spoke to Ramon and he said he would speak to the manager and would call me back. I waited 5 days for a call back but never got one.I called him and again he said he would speak to management and would call me back at 3 pm. No call back. I paid this shop 550.00 dollars and got no results and they wont even return phone calls.Don't take your cars here if you want honest work at an honest price.Jeff Jacobs

I took my car to this shop for the tune up service. It was already in good condition prior to the service and I had it inspected to verify good condition. They informed me that my fuel injectors were glitching because of the harness wiring. I told them it was inspected and nothing was found. They said they will help put electric tape on the wiring. I looked at the harness wiring and it was not even taped. After a few days, there was a burning smell in my car and I found out there s a leak in my car. So they decided to be aggressive with my car and give it back in a worse condition than it was before this horrible service. If they can t even do a decent job of tune up service, how can they do other repairs as well as they claim? I will find a legal remedy for this horrible repair service. If anyone is reading this and going thru similar issues with this shop, please contact me.

From the first call to picking up our vehicle, the staff is/was courteous, attentive, and responsive. Nora was great and helped to accommodate drop off prior to scheduled appointment. JR contacted me the morning of my appointment with an explanation of service to be done and my options. Unfortunately for us the repairs were beyond what we want to invest in this vehicle. I say unfortunate because Eurasian Auto Repair appears to be where I would want to take my vehicle to be repaired or serviced.

When you don't have the time to work on your car this is the place to take it.Alot cheaper than the stealer(where you bought the car from) great people and very good work.My steering wheel locked up on our Mercedes and had to show proof it was bought and owned by us and they sent it to Germany and within a week they got the part. Very good people.

We took a vehicle in for repairs, we were very pleased with the customer service. JR really took great care of us and treated us like family even though it was our first time at the shop. We definitely would recommend Eurasain for any repairs.

I had a leak in my cooling system which turned out to be a failing water pump (so they said). After 2 days in the shop, a new water pump and a $2000 bill, I picked the repaired car up. After driving the car for 2 days, my low coolant light came on again. I popped the hood and sure enough, the coolant had leaked out again. They did not fix the problem.Update: After speaking with Robert again at Euarsian, he and his team were 100% committed to ensuring my leak was repaired and that I was satisfied. I won t t get into all of the details but I will say that they went well above and beyond to make it right . In fact, they went so far above and beyond that I actually feel guilty, as if I have taken advantage of them. I do know that they will be doing all of my work for me from now on. They are a top notch group of individuals and have earned my respect and my business.

Little skeptical when I first saw them. The choice was between them and another euro car care center and they had what sounded like a better track record. Honestly, the price seemed fair for the service that another mechanic couldn t even diagnose. If you re stuck between Eurasian and another I d come here 10/10 times. Also, very friendly customer service

Most experienced mechanics in San Antonio. Rob is the most knowledgeable person I know about my cars, Audi, BMW Lexus. John is charge and will make sure your car will get special treatment it needs. Thank you Eurasian Auto---The best dealer alternative....if not better!!

Eurasian Auto Repair fixed my truck when a smaller shop failed. They had the right tools to diagnose the problem. They did the dirty work, cleaned my gas tank, replaced my fuel pump and had me back on the road quickly.I trust them for routine maintenance and major repairs.They communicate well and keep me in the loop. They have been dependable over the years. I like having a go-to mechanic when unexpected problems arise.

Brought my car in for diagnostics as I had a shaking wheel and click noise when turning as well as the engine sounded like it was about to fall out! Terrance diagnosed my car and Rob was my service advisor. My car was luckily still drivable and parts were placed on order. I returned at a later date and had my car back fully repaired in less than 24 hours. Thank you to Rob, Terrance and the technicians for a fast, efficient and very streamlined process. Took my Mini Cooper in for service. An oil leak was repaired, battery replaced, spark plugs, coils and serpentine belt replaced. I was surprised that the oil level was not checked being that a oil leak was reason for visit. The car was over a quart low when I checked it after I got it home.
