After I'd had issues with Firestone, I came here after seeing such good reviews, and I'm glad I did. They were very helpful and honest, and explained exactly what the issue was. While Richard was working, Shel and I talked inside, and I can easily say this was the best automotive experience I've had. Any future issues I will be taking to them. Thank you!Edit: When I had further issues today, to the point where it wouldn't be safe to drive to them, they drove out to me and did the repair at my work. They go above and beyond and I will 1000% be recommending them to anyone who needs service. Thank you again Richard and Shel!!

Michelle and Richard are awesome! As we were driving into San Antonio on a Saturday afternoon, the check engine light came on in my truck right as we got into town (and we were planning to drive to New Mexico the next day in this truck). Called several other places to see if they could check the issue, but no one would help us until the next week. But when we called ETS, Michelle answered, was super friendly, and said they could absolutely check it for us that evening. When we got there, Richard checked the diagnostic code right away and provided his advice/suggestions for the issue. It is nice to see there are still helpful, honest, and friendly people in this world. They have definitely earned our repeat business and will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I brought my vehicle to ETS Automotive Repair after having work completed previously by other mechanics that did not fix the problem. ETS went through different solutions to fix the problem and were clear about what the cost would be. I was not pressured nor did I feel obligated to repair everything that was found. Richard was honest if he felt the repairs were not worth it. He does not try to make you pay upwards of thousand dollars in repairs for his personal gain. I am very grateful I came across ETS Automotive Repair.

Richard and Michelle are as legit as you will ever find in automotive repair. They do business with integrity. Great service and very affordable. They went out of their way to replace the brake rotors and pads on my vehicle on a Sunday. Totally recommended this business. That s where I m getting my maintenance done going forward. You owe it To yourself to check them out before you go paying outrageous prices elsewhere. Give them a call!!

ETS... ALL DAY, EVERYDAY!!! I was looking for a new mechanic that was closer to where I live and was apprehensive because you always worry that a vehicle repair is going to cost you an arm and a leg. Richard and Michelle have been amazing. Richard took the time to show me and explain exactly what was wrong with my car, and got to the root problem to fix it. He didn't just fix the one thing that was wrong but explained where the problem started and how to fix it so it wouldn't happen again. As if that wasn't enough... the price was amazing. They weren't out to charge me astronomical prices, but I feel as if I used a coupon AND got a surprising deal! Hands down, the best people, service, and prices you will see in town!

I recently received exceptional service from Richard and Michelle at ETS. I had to have extensive engine work done on my truck. Richard not only accepted the work immediately, but worked through the weekend to complete the work in record time. You will not find a better mechanic in town, especially one with as much integrety and humility.

They are the kindest most understanding mechanic shop I have visited. Typically people try and sell you things for money but they are not there for money. They are awesome and I m soo grateful I was able to a customer! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place.

This shop is amazing. I had a dead battery and hood latch broken new years day so we were unable to get to the battery to jump it. I spent 6 hours trying to pop this latch with various means. They did it in half the time with a snake camera and specialized tools. My only regret is not calling them sooner. 10/10 would recommend.

Despite being fully booked and busy they managed to squeeze me in and help me diagnose my car trouble the same day. It turned out to be a bad battery, something much more simpler than I thought and I was able to get it resolved the same day. They were very nice and helpful, I would definitely recomend!

The team at ETS did an outstanding job replacing the engine in my son s car. They quickly sourced a replacement, installed and carefully checked it out, all at a very reasonable price - great folks and very helpful!!!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! It's Sunday and Veterans Day. I thought the alternator had gone out on my car because we jump started it, it ran for 30 seconds, then died again. I tried all the mobile mechanics I could get hold of, with no luck. Then I got hold of these guys. They're leaving on vacation tomorrow, have to drop their dog off at boarding and pack, and Michelle went out to buy another alternator; then they made their way to their business, to wait for my vehicle to be dropped off by the towing company.It turns out it was a loose cable. They could have been dishonest and told me it was the alternator anyway, I wouldn't have known any different. Nope. They called me, told me the problem and charged me $55. No pink tax, no taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars!I'm a customer for life now. They went above and beyond on a holiday. Thank y'all so so much. I hope you have a wonderful vacation!

Highly recommend!! My AC compressor died in my car and I needed to replace it. First place I went to wanted to charge me $2,000. Found ETS on a craigslist post. Saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. They were less than 1/3 the price and did an excellent job. AC finally works again. They are also really friendly and have a cool dog who was also super friendly. Very happy with the reasonable price and great work.

Saw the great reviews, and figured I would go here to get a catalytic converter lock put on. They suggested to me a lock I could order online. Shel answered all my texts promptly. Richard installed my lock and even made an adjustment to it immediately when I saw something amiss. He was very professional, courteous and helpful in explaining things. I hope I don t have any vehicle issues any time soon, but if I do, I would definitely bring my vehicle here!! I highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews but the service I received was awesome. We had some issues with our alternator. They came out to my house on a Sunday since I couldn't drive it in. The service was excellent and the price was a bargain! HIGHLY RECOMEND!!! Michele and Richard were life savers. Just when I thought I couldn't find an honest mechanic and was about to give up I decided to call one more. Michele answered the phone and she was understanding and quick to help me. Richard took a look at my car and told me exactly what was wrong, when other mechanics were trying to charge me an outrageous amount without even knowing what the issue was. Plus side, they work after 4pm... I was able to get help once I off work.

I have never had a better experience with ANY type of vehicle related place, than I ve had with ETS. They are honest, weigh out your options with you, they take your situation and time into consideration when helping you navigate those options for your car. These are genuinely good people, and very rare to come by, (especially in the car industry!) Richard and his wife offered excellent service and awesome people. I took my 2009 Nissan Versa to get the catalytic converter replaced and Richard did a professional job and charged me fairly. I provided him with the parts and he did the labor. Very knowledgeable on his profession and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

You won't find a more honest or reliable mechanic. I recommend them anytime someone asks for a good mechanic. Also definitely come here if you have a Jeep, they are total Jeep heads and I love it.

The best experience ever! Richard was fast, explained everything so that I could understand it. Shel kept me busy chit chatting and felt like I was at home visiting with freinds!
