Got some new wheels and alignment. The Challenger got a new exhaust system, car not mine. Heard start up after installation. Sounded pretty sweet.

Stopped in for a new set of tires this week. Chris Espino did an amazing job at finding us a set that looked good on our vehicles and our budget! Service was informative & professional. Would highly recommend this business for your tire and wheel needs.

I was actually surprised at how affordable the new tire we bought was! They have a ton of tires to choose from, and not just the big shiny ones you see out front. Can't complain about the quick service either. Entire process took about 30 minutes.

We had the worst experience with this company. The employees are rude, disrespectful, and only care about collecting money. We brought our truck in to get new tires, new rims, and we had purchased a kit to lower our vehicle. Paid for it all upfront was told to come in in three days and ended up being two weeks before the parts were here. Once we brought it in, they worked on it during the process they took it for a test drive. Our tire flew off. Our car was wrecked, they didn t want to provide us with a rental vehicle until a very heated argument happened between myself and the owner finally agreed to get us a rental while they repaired the vehicle. It s been four months and we still haven t had all the parts repaired after getting the vehicle back we brought it for a second opinion to to see if the job was done correctly, found out that they did not install the entire kit we purchased I came back ask Why all parts wasn t installed and was told that this vehicle didn t need all the parts, and that the parts were given back to us we never received those parts. Long story short do not do business with these people they do not care about you or your vehicle. All they care about is getting paid horrible customer service I don t feel like they even deserve one star.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Asked if I could get a price on coilovers and rep says ya come on in. Told him my vehicle was taken apart and I need the coilovers to fix it. Reps response was idk get a different car and come in..........for a price????? Lmao will never call or recommend.

1. Poor Customer Service.2. Long Wait.3. Hubcap came off my new rims within 3 months.4..Ordered a new hubcap from them and they lost it. They would not give me a refund Would not give me a part number ($30 part). I ve dropped a good amount of money here.I m a business man myself. Do better.Not coming here again.

Do not go here if you value your time. They will tell you a time but will end up being there all dam day. And when you ask how much longer they say 30 minutes but end up staying 3 hours longer. Staff doesn't care about customers just money. Stay away go somewhere more friendly and more efficient. This place sucks seriously

I needed certain screws for rims that were gifted to me and I am not familiar with any verbiage for rims so I called and spoke to Chris Cerda who helped me and he took care of everything within minutes. I would definitely recommend the shop when they have customer service like this.

The looongest wait, almost 3 hours for 1 tire. They will give you one price over the phone and once you are here well, the price will be much higher. During my wait I heard at least 4 other people complaining of different issues with their service. Beware.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Chris from Espino tire and wheel.I was leery about getting a lift and big tires for my jeep, I wanted to maintain a smooth, quiet ride, I listened to Chris and took his advice and recommendations and I m glad I did it s way more than I expected for the price. Excellent job I highly recommend Espino tire and wheel.

Roman and the guysHelped me out with my 21 Toyota Tundra. I didn't had no problems what so ever, They advised me on what's best for my 6in Lift and By when we should expect the parts.Well Worth the wait.Next Project at EspinoRock Lights, Fog lights, Spot Lights, and exhaust system.

We came here to JUST get a new tire on the rim . Told us it was an hour wait & we were ok with that then we came back to pick it up then they took whole EXTRA HOUR . No communication what s so ever either . So disappointing on top of that . The tire was ready and nobody said anything to us . The person that was doing our tire made us feel like he was doing it on purpose.

If I could rate 0 I would. Worst customer service I have ever gotten at any tire shop. Was very rude to me and my dad and discriminated him like he knew nothing. Not only messed up our car but crashed our car while working on it!!! Word of advice do not go here.

Not exactly the friendliest staff. They charged me $30 to put a plug in my tire. I have never ever been charged more than $10 any other place. I would not recommend them.

I first came to Espino Tire & Wheel for new wheels and tires for my Infiniti G37. As long as you are patient you will get your whip looking minty fresh and flossing! There will be a wait unless you get here at 8:00 because they open at 9 and there have always been other people here before open when I came. Hahahaha. Rey and his son & employeeshave consistently provided warm and friendly customer service, made accommodations for me to get my wheels and tires on and still make my flight out of town on the same day. I will tell you that when I come here it is expensive but that's because I am buying top of the line tires and the wheels I bought were not cheap. I am back for a second time and have already started pricing a third trip for my wife's car. The quality and service are too good to go anywhere else. Go to Espino Tire & Wheel.

I highly recommend these guys! I had tires and wheels powered coated. The work is top quality.They put high quality tires on my daughters Fiat and there prices were amazing. It s rare to get such great work at such a reasonable price these days. They also treat you like your a part of the family with there great friendly service. Thanks

Do not waste your time going to this place!!! They are fraudulent. They want to get you in the door and then they hike up prices! We drove from an hour and a half away to purchase tires and rims based on the price they gave us over the phone but when we got there they said "Ray" gave you the wrong price but it sounded shady to me because Ray was very knowledgeable about the pricing he gave me over the phone. Scammers, don't waste your time like we did.

this place is a joke they crashed my car and didn t put all the parts i purchased. i went back to ask why they didn t put the parts i payed for and they got a attitude with me and basically dismissed me. all they care about is getting your money. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! we are in the process of legal action against them

Excellent experience here. Took my 2018 Silverado to get new tires and have the front end leveled. Guys did Excellent work. Highly recommend you go if you need tires. Lift kits. Wheels. Thank you guys for doing a great job! Top is before, bottom after.

Great place to get new wheels and tires even a lift on your truck or Jeep.I have purchase new tires and wheels twice now from this location.The staff is always very helpful, friendly and surprisingly very patient well helping through the process of finding the right tire and wheel. Both times I received a great price.I will continue to highly recommend Espino Tire and Wheel.

When I got there I ask how long it would take and they told me 2 hrs I said ok I wait 2 hrs I got there at 12pm my truck was done at 8pm I was like that was not 2hrs

Worst tire place ever. Worst customer service ever. I waited all week to receive my tire and was told that they were going to have it on Thursday. I waited all day Thursday only for them to show me pictures of the wrong wheel. After confronting them all I asked was for a refund and he said there would be no refund given even though they put no wheel and did absolutely nothing. He started yelling at me. I implore everyone to not give your business to this shady company. Don t waste your money and time in this unethical and unprofessional place. Safe yourself some time and avoid an unpleasant experience. If I could give negative stars I would.

Dont buy there, i have bought wheels and tires from them several times and when there is no issues they are great but the minute u have an issue they back out. Their employee scratched all 4 of the new wheels they were installing and when confronted they said oh yes we will fox them but the day i show up to get them repaired or replaced Roman one of the owners said we cannt fix them my dad said no

I have to admit I was skeptical to buy anything from Espino Tire & Wheel after some of the reviews I read, but after my experience I have to say I will be back definitely From the rim & tire selection to the installation, everyone was hands on and very helpful my SUV looks amazing and I love it

If you want a full service tire shop this isn t it. I brought my truck in to have the tires unmounted from the rims and the balancing beads removed then to have the tires remounted and balanced. I was told to take my truck elsewhere and have them vacuum out the beads then bring it back and they would balance the tires for $300 .WOW!I took the truck to Discount Tire and they did the whole job for under $150.00
