We had a water pump go out on Easter Sunday heading from southern Texas to Minnesota. Drew himself came out to help us. When he discovered he needed more parts he even offers to bring us food and beverages. He did an awesome job and we will keep his card handy since we travel through the area at least twice a year or more. Highly recommend he was upfront about price due to the holiday and what time frame he could arrive to help us. Great job!

Had an issue where my left light wasn t working, wasn t the bulb that was the issue and my reverse lights weren t functioning either but they were able to find the problem when every other shop didn t want to deal with it until Monday. These guys were able to get me in and out within 90 minutes!

EXTREMELY FAST AND HELPFUL! Got a truck with bad batteries, and they sent the technician, got out on the road and finished everything in 30 minutesVery affordable - especially compared to others service in the area.Very responsive and they were there on time!I d recommend them to everyone!

We had a battery go bad in our Kenworth and we needed someone to come out and change all four batteries. We called and the receptionist said that she would have the technician call right away he called within a few minutes. And he was very professional and very thorough he came over checked our batteries grab them for the core charges and went and grabbed new batteries and had them installed all wood in just over an hour Andrew was the owner and technician he's the one who did the work great guy very professional and great to work with I love supporting these local small businesses and I hope that Andrew and his business grows too great heights. Thanks to all of you.

I am providing one star due to lack of transparency. I requested a price estimate and they said they couldn't provide it because it depends on the job. I ask myself how much experience they have if they cannot give a price estimate for patching up a hole in the wooden floor. It is routine work in this industry. Just a conniving way to rack up the price.So beware. Do not approve work unless provided with a quote, if not they will take you along for a ride like I was. $700+ for putting a metal plate on the floor. $160+ for a 2x2 metal plate and 9 screws . Ridiculous. I am even going to have to redo the same floor section to repair it correctly, with wooden floor and not a metal plate.BEWARE DRIVERSJUST REQUEST A QUOTE BEFORE YOU APPROVE.No need for explanation Emergency truck and trailer repair

We had a line dragging on our trailer and developed an air leak. Andrew showed up quickly, as well as went above and beyond to get us back rolling. Awesome guy, awesome service.

One of my buses was traveling thru San antonio at 3 am loaded full of people and my ac belt busted I called emergency truck and trailer repair and audrey answered the phone right away got my information and told me a mechanic would call me back in 10 minutes not even after 2 mins after hanging up with Audrey the technician called me and gave me an eta not only did the technician arrive sooner than the eta but he found the problem right away A BROKEN ALTERNATOR!!! I was more than positive parts would be unavailable at that time of night but the technician gave me 2 options wait till the morning or call out after hour parts. Of course I chose after hour parts because I needed to get this bus to Laredo ASAP! After pulling old alternator off the technician wasn't even gone 30 mins and came back with a brand new alternator he installed it put a new belt and the bus was fixed. This company was amazing to work with and they were prompt with their services thanks drew and audrey i found my new technicians in san antonio and will be calling them back if I ever need help

I Highly Recommend. Top Notch Technicians without Question! They provide a Very Reliable Service, with Professionalism & Courtesy at its Finest! Andrew is the Best This Company "Got It Done!!!" When nobody else would even 'show up' to help us out of a Very bad situation, these guys came through. They ensured my Safety as a Driver, and that of the General Public, while providng Excellent Service in a dangerous road situation. Very BEST!!

These guys are amazing. I moved to Texas from North Carolina to close in on a home. My family, and I traveled in our RV to wait for the closing date. The worst thing happened to us. My whole transmission along with the drive shaft shattered apart due to incorrect fluids being placed in the transmission compartment by another company who had just changed my oil, and knew squat about RVs.These guys repaired my transmission, rebuilt my drive shaft, and even fixed my starter that had been acting up for a great price. They saved my family from being homeless. We had no place to go, and was low on funds. These guys put in extra work, and I have to believe took a loss in order to help me, and my family. I looked up the price that it takes to repair a vehicle in my condition, and felt that I may have to count my losses. I didn't know what to do if they gave me a price like what I have been researching. They did a phenomenal job, and my RV runs much better than it did at first. They will forever have my business, because they placed morality before a money. They were very honest, and transparent about the cost, and what had to be done. Thank you guys soooo much.

This mechanic is the best I have ever dealt with in San Antonio Texas. I had a trailer that needed had an issue and when he arrived this mechanic got it running in no time. He is well prepared and very professional with his work. I recommend this company and will always give them my service.

My Company is based out of Michigan. We normally do not operate in the San Antonio area. My driver reported a small leak in the transmission. We directed him to a large truck stop chain with shop facilities. They could not help him my next choice was to find a roadside business in the area. I came across Emergency Truck and Trailer repair on Google. They where my first call. Within 5 minutes I had spoken to the dispatcher and the tech Andrew. He was 15 minutes away from my truck and had found the problem and had a solution right away. He stopped a minor issue from becoming a large more expensive and possible dangerous. the whole repair was less than an hour. If I have runs to the San Antonio area again, I will keep this company in mind. I would highly recommend.Service: Transmission
