Had my Corvette C8 Repainted/repaired at this location. They went above and beyond. Had other minor nicks around the car that they took care of. Car came out even better than new! Will definitely be back here for any future services, highly recommend to anyone needing bodywork/paint.5 Stars!!And excellent communication and customer service.

I had a BMW that was in an accident and not only did they charge us like crazy, but they also wouldn t return our headlight, respond to our messages or calls, and they broke the wire in the trunk that connects to the the roof that goes down. Be cautious of these people.

Last week my car was completed. I was surprised how fast they completed it. They kept me updated with all repairs. My car looks amazing and it runs better than it did before accident..I will never go anywhere else.. it did take 2 weeks but that is only cause they we re waiting on my insurance and parts too once they had everything it went by fast..I m so grateful to have found such place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent workmanship! Brought my vehicle here based on their reviews.Very professional atmosphere. Evelyn(cust rep) was very helpful and pleasant. Jesus(estimator) was also helpful in giving detailed work that was done to my vehicle. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a collision center.

Took my vehicle in to get the bumper replaced because my neighbor backed into my parked car. I found Embassy collison after a Google search for places nearest me. They were super friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable. They took about a week to fix my car but always provided updates when I called for status. Since I was having a hard time dealing with my neighbors' insurance, the girls up front always put me at ease by reassuring me that they would handle the insurance for any supplemental payment, which they did! In the end, my car came out great! I think they might have even washed my car too! I'm very pleased with their service! A+++ all the way and I recommend them.

Was recommended by progressive after front of Camry was smashed in. Staff was very professional and made the process very easy by working with the insurance company. When they said turn around time would be 5 days I laughed but had my mind blown when they called on day 4 that it was done. All the work was clean and now car is better than I had before. I would highly recommend this shop.

The best place to take your car to get fixed. The girls up front are just simply wonderful and super friendly. They always answered all my questions and went above and beyond for me to help me out. They left my car looking brand new as if I just got it off the lot. Their work is amazing. I definitely will be recommending anybody who needs work done to come here. They didn t treat me like a number here with money signs all over me. You can tell they love what they do and will get you rolling in no time. Also the turn around time to get my vehicle back was literally like a week after insurance. You will not regret coming here.

This place in highly recommended by a trusted mechanic I know..My Honda Element is back and they even detailed my entire vehicle.. including the engine block before I picked it up!Evelyn was really nice ..I might crash my other car just to go back

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Embassy Collision! Jesus and staff were extremely professional and kind, the work done on my car was AMAZING! I had my bumper redone, a paint touch up from a minor dent, and wheels painted glassy black. I was absolutely amazed at the work they did, such professionals... wow! I never write reviews but wanted to put one up in this case to highlight the phenomenal service at Embassy Collision. We brought one of our cars in for an out-of-pocket collision repair with fairly extensive panel and suspension damage and the team did an amazing job. The staff are professional and friendly. They were able to give an estimate in a reasonable amount of time and did not charge a storage fee. Jesus did the primary work and showed a lot of pride in his craftmanship and really made the car look like new. Even though I went in for a quote, they were super honest and even wanted to find cheaper options for me. Right off the bat I could tell they weren t really about being money hungry, they genuinely cared about there customers. I will definitely keep this company in close contact for any work in the future for any car I own.

Embassy Collision in San Antonio is an EXCEPTIONAL auto body repair shop. The service was top notch and my Infiniti looks incredibly beautiful. Got hit by another vehicle and brought my vehicle over to Arturo at Embassy Collision off a FB recommendation from a friend and so glad we did. My car was absolutely pristine when I came to pick it up inside and out. There were a couple of imperfections in the paint that he buffed out right there and waxed and polished for me. Huge help throughout the insurance process communicating with my insurance company and getting my rental vehicle back to hertz. Will definitely be using Embassy Collision in the future for more body repair.

Did a a great on my 08 Malibu and were reasonably fast too. They went above and beyond dealing with in insurance company to get it done right in there eyes. Where I was ready to settle for less. Would definitely use them again.

This place did an amazing job on my car it basically looked like it did before the accident.Even a month after getting it back it s running at 100 % with no faults or flaws.The people working there are amazing in doing there job and if its your first time going through the process of trying to get it fixed there very open in helping you in that department to.
