Ecumex did a wonderful job with my 2021 civic that needed both front and back bumpers replaced and both front fenders. They obtained the parts quoted me a 4 bus. Day turnaround and they finished in 3! Car came out just as if I bought it off the lot new!! I definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs the staff is knowledgeable, professional and personable! Takes all your concerns and puts you at ease that everything will get taken care of to your satisfaction!

I highly recommend Ecumex. Luis and his team went out of their way and went the extra mile to help me with my car. When I told Luis, the owner, that I do home visits for work and needed my car as soon as possible he started ordering parts on the spot. I really appreciate his help and honesty through the whole process. This was my fist time needing this kind of work and Luis helped get everything figured out with my car insurance. A friend of mine recommended Luis because of his honesty and good quality work, I m glad he did. Amazing work and reasonable prices! so glad I found them! Luis is great! Straightforward about what can and cannot be done. Gives realistic turn around time but finished early. Hope I never need them again but this is where I will refer anyone who needs repair work

I highly recommend Ecumex Body Shop. Luis was very professional and gave me a reasonable price to fix some damage I had on my truck. Originally Luis told me the repairs would take 3-4 days but he had it done in half that time. I am totally satisfied with how the repairs on my truck came out but Luis told me should I notice anything that I was unhappy with to just bring it back and he d make sure to get it fixed so that I was satisfied. If I ever need any body work on my vehicle again I will definitely come to Luis first!

I am so grateful to Luis for going above in beyond in customer service. I had jumped a large curb with my car and the bottom covering was dragging on the floor so I couldn't drive it. Luis waited for me to get my car towed to the shop, which took much longer than anticipated, even though the shop was closed. He had my car fixed and ready for pick up by the next day in the afternoon and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. The cherry on top was the very reasonable price for their service. A very professional place. They took care of us. I work for a company where we are always on the road and one of our vehicles was involved in an accident hitting a deer. After looking for a body shop to take it to get it fixed we came about Ecumex and they gave us a quote on the spot showed us 3-D details on what our vehicle would need done to it. My boss approved and we moved forward with them. Everyone at Ecumex was very professional and were always giving us detail information on what they were doing and what they would be doing next to the vehicle. And all for a very reasonable price. Everyone at our company was happy with how our van looked. As it was brand new. I would take my personal car to get fixed here anytime after seeing the work they did for the company. It was a wonderful experience. My car painting was burnt so I really needed someone to help me with that. I went there for a friend recommendation, I talked to the owner Luis; I called them to make an appointment. I got there; they were friendly and professional. Told me how much they were going to change me first. My car was ready the day the told me. Very responsive and professional. I really recommend it.

You can color me thoroughly impressed. I got my bumper and grill damage from a little fender bender assessed, and fixed much more quickly than I'd imagined. The work quality was excellent, and the owner of the shop was very personable, even going so far as to provide me a lift to pick up a rental car. Quality, timeliness, affordability, and great customer service; what more can one ask for? I hope to not need their services any time soon, but if I do, I'll be back.

My car had some major bumper damage and they shipped in a specific bumper to my car, matched the paint, and even got rid of some other dents in my car doors! I know nothing about cars but let me tell you they were quick, great communicators, and did a stellar job! They even pushed my car ahead of others because I needed it pronto. Customer service was beyond what I could have expected. Plus it is a local shop that a family runs so it felt great to help out a small business :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck to get a body and paint repair, they were very helpful and professional. They quoted a fair price and do quality work, they rescheduled do to a conflict on my end, and finished the job before the date given. They did a fantastic job with my girlfriend's car, she was side swiped and they pointed out the previous bad bondo work that was hidden on her car and they fixed it properly. They even went above and beyond by replacing her bumper which had a different kind of damage without raising the quote. Great, great service and fast . Luis and his staff did an awesome job on my car. I had an accident with an uninsured motorist and he took care of me at a good price . Went in on a Tuesday for estimate , and made a small down payment so he could order parts. Parts came in Thursday. I dropped my car off to him around noon and by Friday afternoon my car was ready.
