Absolutely fantastic experience at Earnhardt and Son's Automotive! They went above and beyond to replace my headlight bulb using San Antonio Police Department's Lights On Program. Quick, friendly service with a smile, and now my car is safer on the road. Highly recommend their expertise and excellent customer care!

I took my truck in cause engine lite came on and he said it was a loose cap. He tightened it no charge. After checking everything at no charge if i would have taken it to someone else i don't know how much they would have charged me. Very honest, it is truly refreshing to have individuals. ( mechanics) like this especially after the previous year we all have been thru. Thank you Earnhardt &Sons Automotive. Oh by the way did i mention i am a woman.

Took several vehicles to them, I wanted to trust them as they seem like they re great guys to chill with but maybe not so much doing major work on your vehicle. Ran wires wrong, used Frankenstein parts, broke multiple parts, used quick-stop instead of fixing leaks, took an extremely long time to complete job. Vehicle was also not treated with respect when it was left, picked up new dings and dents from being stored overnight at their facility. I ve had to take both my vehicles other places to get re-repaired and every mechanic that sees the work post them having it comments on something that was done wrong or lazily. I would not return or recommend them at all.Service: Engine repair

I took my classic 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass to Charles because my intake manifold gasket was leaking. They did a fantastic job and super fast and very friendly! I will be doing more business with them in the near future.

Earnhardt and sons does very good honest work. I have been using them on and off for many years and if I've been satisfied the work they have done. As always with them honesty is the best policy and I commend them for that.

Took my 1969 Ford Bronco to Mr. Charles and fixed it up reel nice. Initially the truck was very unreliable and wood die out of nowhere. But Mr. Charles identified the problem and fixed it. Great job and very affordable about 250$ for the whole job

Took our car to Charles, it sat for a month before starting on it! After repeatedly calling them (in which they never returned phone calls) we finally picked the car up and took it to the dealership to get it fixed, the sad thing is is Charles didn t try to make it right! I wish Id a read these reviews first! This is bad business on there part! We won t be doing business with them again!!

Earnhardt & Sons went above and beyond to get me going again and their work came with a warranty! They took two cars that weren't running and basically took all the best parts of two engines and front ends and turned it into a great running car. Thanks again Sir!

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! Took my car to Charles so he could take a look at my classic impalas tail lights..well he inspected it an told me it would be ready in a few days. While the car was in the shop he was suppose to rebuild my carb an tune some other stuff. Two months later after hassling them about my car every other day i finally got it back with NO tail lights working,got charged for a carb that didnt even get touched an alot of other stuff wrong with my car that was fine when i left it there. My car is a classic 1964 Impala and was told my car would be inside...weelll i kept passing by the shop an seeing my car left outside with the hood and window open...i personally would never recomend this shop to anybody....

Claimed they fixed pulley on vehicle drove for 3 weeks and came off again i took it back there for them to fix because it was under warranty then he holds it until the warranty is up then says it s nothing he can do he doesn t know what s causing the problem but ur a mechanic right Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

We were on our way to Uvalde, Texas and broke down on I10. They got us right in to fix our vehicle. We were truly thankful for this company. Our vacation was saved!!!!

Had transmission problems, had overhaul done at this shop, got truck back and had wrong transmission in vehicle, they tried to tell me its not their fault. They will not do anything about it and got very stand-offish.
