Excellent work and excellent communication. I have an old toyota tacoma which I've done some jankey repairs on because i figured "this is the last time I'll replace the u-joint on this truck." Well, this truck is still running so I'll put a little money in it and enjoy it. I brought my driveshaft in know it was completely unaligned, unbalanced, and had failed carrier bearings and u-joints. They fixed me up at a reasonable price and now the truck drives better then it has in 10 years. Highly recommend this shop. They do quality work.

I highly recommend this business to anyone who has an issue with a driveshaft. I corresponded with a team member on my issue, and they confidently stated, "Let me fix it." I had then brought my broken drive shaft in, received a quote for a new one, an estimated completion date, towed my truck to there, and in less time than estimated, my truck was finished.

This place rocks...I was in a holiday crunch, and they came through for me.Needed to get my truck back on the road before new years, and they did it. It was quality work and at a great price. They definitely earned my business.

My second time using these guys first time was in 2015 I had a Silverado that felt like I got hit in the back when I would be at a stopWhen I called them and told them what it was doing they said it was my slip yoke. They fixed it and had me back on the road the next day. 9 years later I take them my Tacoma it was vibrating bad dropped it off Wednesday and by the afternoon they called me back letting me know my carrier bearing was worn out and had 3 u joints bad. Got my truck back Friday and no vibration running smooth,thank you

Great work, the quality of their work is outstanding. Had them rebuilt my stock driveshaft with the slip yoke for my bagged 58 Chevy. It's been performing great since. Their turn around time is the best. Had it done in a couple of days. Hands down, great service, great work!

Worse place to do business! Huge rip off. Place came out and try to fight me. Police have been notified and will be prosecuted! Bunch of Crooked red necks. Tom and Craig ripped my client off for $700 on a used part driveshaft! Then had us waiting for 2weeks to be returned to us before telling us it would be only 3days ? Sketchy? Yes. Helpful? More like a waste of time.

Purchased a new driveshaft for a BMW E46. The new driveshaft was at my doorstep two days after I placed the order and was absolutely perfect. Quality was amazing and it was a perfect fit for the original one. The price was also great too. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I used these gentlemen twice now. Both times I dealt with Craig. I first brought them a drive shaft to a suburban that they balanced, painted, replaced u-joints and did a marvelous job. The second, I brought my Dodge dually that I've had a vibration with for seven or eight months. No one else could figure it out. These guys balanced my drive shafts, trued it, align my u-joints and carrier bearing and it rides like a new truck. It's an 07 by the way. If you're considering anybody for your drive shaft needs these are the guys that know what they're doing. Thank you again guys.

I am passing through town from Sacramento California pulling a travel trailer. My u joints and driveshaft seemed to be acting up. They got me in first thing in the morning even though I was 5 minutes late. They were very pleasant and I figured the bill was going to be astronomical. I'm always willing to pay for good service and work. When he quoted me the price I was surprised that they charged me way less than expected. I am very grateful. I have. 07 Silverado 2500HD 6.6L 4x4 crew cab with 300k+ on the clock

Greg helped a lot with our VW. Fair prices and complete honesty. I lost my cool because the first driveshaft replacement was faulty and we had to wait a week for the first part to come in, then 2 days for the car to get fixed, just for the part to be flawed. They ordered a new one in a timely manner and it was replaced within 2 days with a different driveshaft. They were honest the entire time and patient even when I was very upset. They will tell you the truth and won't give you the run around. Expect to leave the car an entire day and overnight for a job. The car runs like new and they fixed it properly. Even though it was a tough process, they solved the issues and held true to their word. These are honest and trustworthy guys who do a quality job.

That bad review below is absolute horsehockey! This shop is consistently busy for a good reason, they do the best work in town. They are knowledgeable and take pride in their craft. If you need quality work performed at a reasonable price and you have a shred of patience you will have the best results possible here at Driveshaft Specialist Inc.Thanks guys!

The entire team at Driveshaft Specialist did an amazing job on my custom driveshafts for my 1978 Jeep CJ7. I had a tough task for them with my build and they did a phenomenal job on both front and rear shafts. I had to do major mods for the lift and strength needed and it was so bolt up perfect that it blew my mind! I will always recommend the entire crew at Driveshaft Specialist Inc! A++++

Craig and his team did a great job on our 04 Ram. They also provided additional vendor recommendations for work needed on the vehicle, who also gave Craig and his team glowing reviews. Basically the other vendors said, oh I m not worried about anything if Craig and his team worked on your driveshafts .Thanks again for everything y all do!

I know some people have made some uneducated responses here and thought they were correct. I know no one here, and have had my driveshaft made by Billy. He was very thorough with me to insure it would be correct and that the fitment and size I selected may cause me to altar the crossmember. As a mechanic in the field for over twenty years I understand how people can misunderstand the issues I read here. I assure you I have perfect trust in them for my own project pictured here. Perfect fit. Thanks Billy

These guys are so good, and their machine work is total precision. I had an aluminum driveshaft made in the process was very simple and the specifications were exactly a perfect fit for my vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys. Great customer service and very professional.

We took my son's 2007 Chevy Duramax LBZ Diesel 2500HD to them in order to fix the driveshafts and they were amazing!!! Awesome great service and quality work all the way....My husband loved them and the work!! He has been around cars and trucks all of his life and he even said the owner of this place was probably one of the best and most honest guys he has ever spoke to in the car and automotive business!! Excellent Top Quality Parts and Labor!!! Only the best and we called around and searched for days for the quality work and parts my husband was looking for and we are so glad we finally found this shop!! Thank you so much

Absolutely top notch customer service. Jeff went way above and beyond anything I could ve expected. He answered all of my questions over the course of several phone calls. He even looked at some pictures I sent him while installing my rear shaft and made sure my driveshaft fit perfectly.The quality of the craftsmanship was equally excellent. Thanks again y all! I ll be referring people here and using them myself on all future projects.

They were polite, honest and got me in and out in 24 hours, which is much quicker than I had planned. Identified the issue as a improperly done U joint, and even wrote a summary of findings at my request so I could arbitrate with the shop that did the shoddy work... 5/5 stars.

I took them the driveshaft from hell, I took my front drive shaft to another drive shaft company that I will not name that "supposedly" rebuilt it and they made it worse, they left out seals and installed the wrong joints in the Double Cardan CV. Brought it to Driveshaft Specialists and they made it right and they were a few bucks cheaper than the "other place" even after their said discount.

Wanted to leave a review on the quality of customer service of this company. I needed a custom driveshaft made for my 72chevelle LS Swap restomod and called everyone in Houston, one company in NC, one company in Detroit, and one company in Clearwater, FL. Driveshaft Specialist Inc was without a doubt my best experience.

Dropped off my driveshaft this morning for new u-joints and balancing. Got a call that is was ready mid-afternoon. Shaft is installed and working great! This is the second time I have had a job done here and the service and work is top notch.

I have a 2000 4Runner 2wd with 280,000 miles. About 2 years ago my u-joints started giving me issues. I'd replace the problem joint and it would last about a month then go out again. I literally did this for about 4 months. Driving back to New Mexico one of the U-joints finally gave out on me. I was able to limp the 4runner home. I could not for the life of me remove the drive shaft. Took it to a shop and they got it off. To replace the drive shaft was going to be over $1000, to repair it was going to be $600 and there was going to be no guarantee that it was going to work. The problem with the drive shaft is Toyota had a rubber piece on the back end to dampen vibrations but that had worn out and was causing my U-joints to fail. I called Drive Shaft Specialists and they got me a brand new driveshaft without the rubber piece and with Spicer U-joints for like $425. I have had it for two years and no problems. Only issue I have had is the bad u-joints caused my pinion bearing to wear out. Once that was repaired I have had no issues. Thank you guys! I will highly recommend this place!

I'll start off by saying I am not one to leave reviews, but my experience with them on the phone was SO GREAT I thought I should do. I have been experiencing a vibration on my '05 F-250 that I have not been able to figure out on my own or with the help of other diesel, driveshaft, or tire shops in my area.I called Driveshaft Specialist Inc today and had the pleasure of speaking with Craig. After informing him of my issues, and even though I had not purchased anything from them and may not even need to, he volunteered a significant amount of time to taking a look at pictures I sent him of the truck and explaining what the likely cause of my issues were. Again, no one that I have spoken to, and which I have paid, had put in anywhere near the amount of effort that Craig did in explaining these issues. That is what I call customer service, and that it is how you go about building a loyal customer base!!!If I do end up needing a driveshaft, I will definitely be calling these guys.Thank you Craig!

Great business, called to replace driveline on my 2006 dodge mega cab with solid shaft instead of the stock shaft with carrier bearing. Received shaft in less than 2 weeks and cured my carrier bearing problem. No vibration and runs smoother than it has since it was new. Thanks Brent
