My tire was low so I stopped in after work on a Friday afternoon. Christopher was incredibly helpful. He was the kindest, most thorough, and most professional person I've ever interacted with at a Discount Tire. I love that DT repairs and replaces their tires. It's a wonderful bonus when that's coupled with excellent service.

Came here to get tires rotation. My 4 tires were purchased from Discount Tire, 4 tires all have certificates. The salesman tried to push me buy a new set of tires, I refused. He put me in queue. After waiting more than 1 hour. The technician came to me said that he could not do it because my tires were not safe (4/32) to be rotated

My girlfriend went in to have her rear tire fixed as it had a nail in it. The rep did an inspection of the tires and preceded to push for her to apply for the discount credit card so she could have a front rim replaced. She was pushed so hard that she bought the rim. Good thing I told her to keep the old rim. Oh and they had recommended for her to get her wipers replaced as they looked bad. I had just replaced all her wipers 1 month ago so how are they bad in 1 month.

Visited Discount Tire on Hillcrest in San Antonio on 8/21/23 again because my light came on to check my tire pressure. Received excellent service from Christopher who explained everything and offered beneficial information. He was "Super" polite. This location should be happy to have him working there. He is definitely management potential.Recently visited week of Nov 6-10 2023 at this store and continue to receive excellent service.

Went into Discount for a quote and left with four brand new tires. Mike is THE GOAT. He was more than just a salesman. He listened to my needs and went above and beyond to help me find the tire that was right for me but also cost efficient.This store takes care of their service members. I highly recommend Mike for anyone who needs assistance.

I love Discount Tire and have spent a long time buying my tires from this company. The guys at the shop are absolutely over the top - a manager named Adam really helped me out. You can watch in their perfectly clean shop, through a crystal clean window, as they hustle in their garage like the last tire of the day was the first tire - like they're taking care of their own mother's tires. I've been to other Discounts where stems and tire parts are laying all over the floor and out in the parking lot. This place is utterly organized. Guys work together as a team and always help me find the perfect tires for my vehicle at extremely competitive prices. I highly recommended and would buy again.

Recently had the pleasure of having my prize car handled by Adam and his crew. They are the only ones I will allow to swap tires on my car. The dealership didn t even feel comfortable with my rims but Adam and his crew were fantastic.

Discount tire is not the place it was 20 years ago. I stopped going there 10 years ago but I had to take my nephews truck to get a tire repaired. The certificate you pay for in case of tire damage or replacement is used to fix a tire. That's an expensive for a flat tire. That's why I go to Costco or Sam's.

Had the best possible experience here today.Tino helped me get a spare and David REALLY made the home run of installing it for me and explaining everything I needed to know about my spare. I have a vehicle that is different than most and therefore have always had issues buying, installing, replacing my tires. I live on the other side of town but I would seriously considered coming all the way back to this location because it is phenomenal customer service. Tino and David were resourceful, friendly, caring of my situation, helpful, genuine, list goes on. And, I will also say that I did notice they were very busy but were still able to give me excellent service as they were to everyone else there.Plus, I notice that they have forward facing computers which is very useful for when they are explaining what products they're trying to sell you sizes and all. Discount tire will always be a dependable place to get tires and wheels.

Chris was so helpful when I came in with my low pressure! He was thorough and pleasant and such a delight. He checked my tires with care and made sure I was safe before I moved on my way. I had a flat on the highway, I had no choice but to drive on the flat. I ended up needing to replace the tire and the rim. I was having a really bad day and I got to discount tire 2 minutes before they closed. Miguel was so kind and caring. I had concerns on the price, he helped with that. Discount tire has always helped with tires that I bought there, they never disappoint. I will continue to shop at discount tire.

I enjoy going to this discount tire because it s close to my work place, but today s experience was beyond anything I could have expected. I went to get my tire pressure checked. Chris helped me out and he was so nice and accommodating. He really went the extra mile to ensure my tires were ok. He also explained the process they have for air and tire checks. The small conversation he made allowed for my visit to feel more welcoming and not as superficial. He cared about my visit and my concerns. I will continue to come back to this discount tire and ask for Chris in the future. He s a wonderful employee and I m very glad he assisted me today!

Literally just left for a flat repair and asked the guy that gave me my key if they checked the air in the rest of the tires he said yes which he lied got in and the air sensor was still on all 3 of the tires were low expect the one they fix I go to tell them and get attitude in return for their screw up hopefully they start holding their employees accountable

I have been coming here for years to replace my tires. Two weeks ago I decided to have them replace my windshield wipers. As I was driving on the freeway my passenger side wiper broke off and started flapping around. I had to pull over and take off the wiper. To add to this, the metal piece where the wiper attaches to the car scratched my windshield. I decided to head straight to this location to see what they could do. They were able to replace the wiper and I tested them with an employee present. As far as my windshield, they gave me a card and said they may pay to get it resurfaced if I got a quote from a shop. I don t know if I will go that route, but if I do I will follow up on this review. I probably won t be buying wipers from them anymore.

MyPOV- The service is always second to none at Discount tire, they always take care of you and make sure you are on check with your tires. We went to get our tires filled with air, and we walked away with a lot of knowledge! It was hardly a wait, which it can be a wait some times but it's worth getting to know about your tires.

Just a quick shout-out to Adam Reynolds and his team for getting me in-and-out quickly today for a tire balance/rotation service I always get with each oil change.What makes my experience a little different than others is due to the fact I have a RAM TRX that has unique lifting points on the frame and if it is not lifted correctly, can cause a lot of damage.Adam has always made sure his team takes the time to correctly lift my truck and insures all work done is according to spec. and right - the first time.Great job Discount Tire team!

It never cease to amaze me ! These guys at every location are on it and so very kind and sweet . But these guys saved me ! And I m so very happy they helped me out and stayed a little longer to get me taken care of. I truly appreciate Mike and the rest of the staff for all their help !

Not big on shopping for tires. However the staff at the Discount Tire on Bandera Road at the intersection of Hillcrest makes it worth the time I spend waiting. They always take care of my needs even when all I need is the air pressure checked.

Had a trip out of town scheduled and took car in to check tires, the guys there took care of me and found a bad tire, replaced it and ensured my tires we safe for the trip

had an appointment online for 3:30 I was seen right away, unfortunately the screw that was in my warranty Tire did not have an effect on the transaction as it was pointed out that tire had tread wear that was too dangerously low. not sure why it was just that tire but either way as usual I was given courteous fair service and $150 later I was on my way with a new tire and all my tires rotated and balanced. This location is right down the street from my house and we'll be my go-to spot3 thanks team.

Why get your tire or service anywhere else? Had a very S L O W leak that decided to speed up this morning. Coming out of work my tire was at 5 PSI. Not good unless your in an ATV mudding. Any who. I call Discount Tire 30 minutes before closing and the super friendly tech told me to come in. Fast and furious. Honest. Tire service was free under warranty. Love these guys!
