This place has great service, great tires, and at great prices. These guys work hard and will help you where they can. David was especially an especially helpful service advisor. The worker bees noticed my Rim was bent and showed me the bent Rim. Awesome work guys! Thanks for the attention to detail.-Camaro owner

I am usually happy with discount tires service but this one on Military Dr had me waiting at the air pumps for 20 minutes, I called and a different customer behind me even went in to tell them we had been waiting so long and they kept say someone is coming out but no one. I recommend to the business that if a worker need a break or to do something else at least put a sign saying back in 15 or 30min so at least we aren t stuck waiting with no end time. Please don t keep customers waiting in the bright hot sun with no communication it bad business. They still haven t come out and it s been over 20 mins now. I have to leave with out air so this way other don t go through what I and three others went through for nothing!

Second time at this location and I am very happy with my experience again. Everyone here is very professional and knowledgeable. Just observing them and how they work together as a team is great. Kudos to you Discount Tire for having such a great team here! This visit I came because of a nail in my tire. Robert assisted me and they had me ready to go in a timely manner.

Great team of people at this Discount Tire location. Ordered tires for my '19 4Runner and they had me in and out in ~30 minutes after I arrived. Will definitely do business with them again in the future!

It's akward dealing with this discount tire, they never have my tire in stock and they always tell me I have to get the upgraded tire. Also the fact that I knew I had a nail stuck in my tire and I went 3 times to ask them to check it and kept telling me my tire was fine. Then another time when I called to ask for an estimate on a tire and got 2 different ones. From the same place, same day, not even 15 mins apart the phone call makes me upset when it just seems like they are unchanging constantly.

This place doesn't mess around. As soon as I walked in, Ray helped me right away. He gave me an estimated time they will be done. Most places will not do that. A bunch of guys jumped on my van like a pit crew. I am totally sold on their workmanship. I have never been to a Discount Tire store before because I was loyal to a competitor down the street. They could not take me right away so I came here. This is my new "Go to tire store". Everyone is so helpful here. Their service is so good, if they opened a restaurant, it would make a killing. Lol.

Amazing & friendly service!! If you come to this location ask for Abraham he is awesome. He was working the front desk...told him I need to pick up my kiddo from school and he decided to get his hands dirty to do the job himself!!

Came to buy tires for a set of wheels I had back at home. Completed my purchase, went home to pick up the wheels as I got back and took a seat Robert immediately checked me in. Arrived at 12:23pm checked in by 12:25pm and and was out by 12:45pm! This is the best service I ve receivedIn a while!

Today Oct 23, I had the pleasure of dealing with this great group of hardworking guys, especially Kurt and Oscar, they made my situation sooooo much easier, pleasant and efficient. While they worked on my Nissan Rogue I sat and watched EVERYBODY working in the bays working to get the vehicles finished even the guys working up front with the customers helping the guys get tires on/off the vehicles. I applaud all these guys working hard to make the customers happy.Kudos Kudos Kudos

The employees that work on the cars are nice and helpful. The ones that work behind the counter are liars. They will tell you one thing to earn your business and when you come to pick up your car it s a whole another story. The worst discount tire I ve visited in the city.

I wish I could do negative stars! I called and was quoted over $400 for ONE TIRE. The men on the phone laughed and laughed the whole time. Very unprofessional. Rude.

Took my car in to get the rear tire checked for balance because I bought the tires there and it felt like it was bouncing.The guy there took a look at it and said it didn't look out of balance. I've work with cars a long time and I have never seen anyone visually check tire balance lol. He tried to sell me 2 front tires he said they could do it in 30 minutes because it was slow. They couldn't check the balance on my rear tire but the could sell me 2 tires lol. Anyways I'll be going to SAMS for my tires now.

If I could give zero stars I would! Daniel lied and said my tires couldn t be fixed charged me $601 for 3 new tires for me to leave with the same exact tires he told me couldn t be fixed! Not to mention I had the certificate for the tires so why did I have to pay?! You need honest employees! I advise you recoach and retrain the employees on how to sell with integrity!

These guys aren t lighting fast, but it s because they pay attention to details. From the uniforms to overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility, they hit the mark. Professional and communication was the best part of the experience. Big shout out to Daniel . He had no fancy uniform or name tag. But he was super helpful hands on and basically just took care of business. This part of life is already difficult, but they made the rip of the bandage not so bad. Awesome team!

I was an idiot and turned my tire into a grate that grated my tire literally. Oscar was amazing I was in and out within an hour and he took care of me from Hello to driving off it was fantastic! The guys in the shop need a big shout out too because there was a line of people waiting for them to open and they were getting us in and out quickly and efficiently.

Yesterday had the best service from the moment I walked in. Greeted and waited less then 2 minutes . My salesman was honest, polite, and was given a great deal. Daniel who installed my tires was such a professional.Highly recommend

The staff was very helpful and they got us and in and out really fast. David was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. He helped my son who was traveling from California with new tires. We walked out of the store with 4 brand new tires at a really good price. Thank you David!

Well organized, well trained staff that are very personable. They have an extremely high volume of customer traffic, but the wait time is low due to the efficiency of the employees. Kudos to the manager for maintaining a business that runs like clock work.

the most disgusting place in the USA, the staff were not professional, they couldn t change the tires on the trailer, they were rude, I contacted O'Big tire and in 10 minutes everything was ready

Mr Briones the store manager did a great job on my car and wife s suv. His staff was very friendly explained the whole process while my vehicle was being serviced. Reasonable pricing and nice clean waiting area. They had plenty of help up front and store was running very smooth even though it was busy. I recommend making an appt online or thru the app to reduce your wait time.
