I have come to this Discount Tire location twice for tire issues. Even though the tire wasn t purchased with them. They are were amazing as explains everything to me, and getting it taken care of. And I can t say enough about their exceptional customer service, so knowledgeable, courteous and reassuring. They are a busy location (understandably) but handle the volume with finesse. I came in stressed and left relieved! When it is time to buy my next set of tires they will be from Discount Tires.

Great service. Quick and easy to get in for rotate/balance/mounted. Their appointment system has gotten rid of a lot of the unexpected wait times. Discount tire always provides great customer service.

I recently replaced all 4 tires on my Cayman S. I ordered the tires and made a Saturday afternoon appointment online. I estimate I waited for maybe 45 minutes total from the time I came in to when the car was ready to go. When I got home, it looked like the driver rear tire was slightly under pressure. 5 hours later it was at 10 PSI. I refilled it, and it went flat overnight. Monday morning, I noted the other rear tire was at half pressure. I called Discount Tire ahead of time, and they assured me they would deal with it right away. So I filled both tires up, and took the car in. The diagnosis was that the valve stems were improperly seated- they replaced both stem seals and checked the front tires as well. All tires now holding pressure fine. I have to say the techs were extremely polite and made sure I was informed of what happened. They made it right, so I would have no problem going back again.

WOW. OUTSTANDING. REMARKABLY great service. I believe the technician that assisted me is Court. Tall, dirty blonde, young gentleman. Visited this location about 3 wks ago, came back for the same issue but was under the impression it could be a different tire this time. Staff took the initiative to replace my tire free of cost. I m incredibly grateful and appreciative of this service. Feeling blessed. Big thank you to this team.

The entire team was great! Came in with a completely flat tire, and the store was full of people from the moment they opened, but they were very fast to get us all processed, and very honest with wait times and expectations. I really appreciate the communication and efficiency of the team. They worked so hard to make sure we were all taken care of. They were able to change my tire and checked all of my other tires to make sure my truck was good to go, and had me out the door as quick as they can. Thank you so much to the entire team for your hard work, and for all you do. They also offer a military discount, which was an awesome bonus. Shout out to Chance & Kyle. We appreciate you- thank you!

Superior service. Their new online booking system is super easy. Staff are always helpful and on top of it. I dropped my car off for tire replacement. When I came back to pick it up, one of the store reps recognized me and brought me my key before I made it to the register. That is attention to detail and great customer service!

The service reps are good. The quality of work is usually good. But this last time they ruined one of my rims. There is no justification for carelessly scratching the rims on my high end vehicle.

Went in for a tire repair. Staff are super nice and helpful, but timing is awful. I had an appointment at 1100, but even then the guy said it would be an hour due to lunch rotations. So I went to Home Depot and came back about 40 min later to see my car hadn't moved. So I went inside to wait. Took another 10-15 mins before the car went in to the garage and I was out in about 1h 15m total. So they weren't too off on the tim, but they definitely need some improvements on timing of appointments. Appointments should mean relatively quick service.

I absolutely recommend this location . Right when you get out of your car within less than 3-5 minutes you are greeted with a friendly smile and an awesome attitude. The managers really are involved and they have a great team in the bay. They even let me take pictures in the bay of my brake pads to see if it was time for replacement! (of course with the safety precautions and assistance with a store manager at my side to answer all my questions) everyone who works there is super friendly. When my vehicle was being serviced I sat outside in the sun as it is a beautiful sunny day. I got to hear the music playing the guys had going on in the bay. It really adds the excitement and a fun atmosphere being there while waiting. While the music was on all the guys in the bay were SINGING and let me tell you they got good voices and talent. What a fun experience it was to be there today! I m actually a little sad my truck was serviced so quickly. The customers are easy to talk to while waiting, and having an awesome team work concert ! Keep up the good job guys 10,000 stars from me. I am refusing to go to any other store if possible. These guys really have it down and care!

Came in for a scheduled appointment to replace all 4 tires due to normal wear. Ordered tires online and had them delivered to the store. Arrived a few minutes early and there were about 5 people in line, but was moving quickly. They greeted everyone and apologized for the delay.Rafael checked me in and confirmed the tires were in the shop and my appointment. They jacked up the Tesla in the proper manner to not cause damage. They were also very careful not to damage the rims or be too forceful with the impact wrench. From door to departure was only 45 minutes. Great job and customer service.

Rafael I believe was his name but he did a great job helping out a returning customer of discount tire. He was fast and very kind. Definitely returning back because of him, one of the best customer service representatives I ve seen in a long time. Thank you Discount Tire! For the experience that I was not expecting.Will be back!

They did a wonderful job working on my van, I came in with a flat tire on my rear right side and a bad tire on the rear left, Zachary was wonderful at explaining what happened and how getting both replaced would help. They got my van in and out within an hour and it is so much better! Wonderful customer service and skills.

I do go here for my tires, but I highly recommend making an appointment and don't expect anyone at the service desk/register to wait on you easily. They will walk away and be gone to 10 minutes at a time. On my last visit, the guy charged everything on the discount tire credit card I judt got without asking me. Which is not what I wanted to do. I even mentioned it before he charged it. So, I lost all the points I could have gotten with the card I wanted to use.

They have great customer service I arrive four minutes to closing because my back right tire was low They did not hesitate to take care of me They told me to go ahead and park right away so they can start working on it. I felt terrible because it was going to be already closing time They were very professional to care me very well, and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Great customer service keep up the great job guys.

They took my car in for checking on my low air pressure but didn't do anything to it and gave my car back. I wasted my 1hr for nothing.

This location is slow, late, and terrible at estimating time. A 90 min wait turned into over 4.5 hrs. If they d just been honest I could have planned my day differently, and wouldn t be so frustrated. Zero respect for customers time. I will never come to this location again. Definitely needs better management.

This is a good shop, but not great. I took my towed car here. The service was excellent. they helped me right away and, in the middle of the day, I got in and out of there. But their tire selection was not so good. They did not have my factory tire in shop (Pirelli Scorpion Zero), and they did not have another tire I wanted (Michelin Cross-Climate 2) in the shop. I also asked a question about whether there would be any issue raising my vehicle on their jacks because I was told once that Wal-Mart could not do it because of the way the bottom of the car was, and they did not know what I was talking about. The warranty was good, but the prices were high. And they did not check to see if the pressure on the tire was similar to the other tires on the vehicle, which I would have liked for all that money. The waiting area was a bit busy, but very nicely air-conditioned on such a hot day.

Experienced a flat on my front passenger side tire. Benjamin was very professional. Explained everything. No pressure. Felt really comfortable doing business with him. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've brought a car here. Both times, I received confirmation of check in more than 15 minutes after I spoke with someone to check in. Both times, the amount of time I've been quoted at check in has been at least 30 minutes less than the time it actually took. (Plus, the extra 15 min check in). The first time I brought a vehicle in, they lost a hubcap. They agreed to replace it but said they had to order it. I was told it would be 7-10 days to receive it. I sold the car a month later, having never received the replacement. I'm so done with this place.

Prices are about the same as anywhere else, making "Discount" suspect, but the levels of service and professionalism are high. Definitely make an appointment as it will cut down your wait time considerably. A full job (five new tires, including a full-sized spare) took about 90 minutes. There are several fast food places next door where you can hang out while waiting and they'll text you when your car is ready. Agents are helpful. I appreciate that they don't try to upsell you to nitrogen inflation, which is a racket that dealers will try to charge up to $200 for (don't fall for it--regular air is 80% nitrogen already, do you think 20% more is going to make any difference?). I wondered why the long line of people waiting for free tire inflation included so many grown men driving huge trucks. Do they not know how to do it themselves?

I have spent over 10 hours in this store on multiple days because they couldn t balance new wheels. If this was the first time it would be one thing but every purchase requires multiple trips. Some of them are nice but several talk to you like you re a moron. My wife won t go in anymore.

On Oct 25th I went to have a tire checked and it is now today Nov 2nd this issues is now being resolved. Rafael M provided the worst possible customer service. I stated to him I have a warranty and would like to use that to cover the cost of the tire replacement. He stated it would take days for them to pay and it s easier for them to refund you..I told him I had a spare car to drive and there was no rush! However he proceeded to tell the warranty company that I would pay and never did I say that..From that moment on it has been one issue after the next to get my tire replaced from incomplete invoice being sent to invoices being sent to the wrong email/fax! I guess I should have believed him when he said they deal with on fleet contracts and that they no longer take virtual card due to possible fraud and then to be told they don t take them any longer because it they would have to subtract $25 at a time but to be told they would accept the check being mailed to them to only be lead around with bad information for over a week is bad business! No follow up on the tire that was ordered no follow up on the issue with the invoice. I get the job is busy but the same way I stood and the line to wait for assistance I should have be afforded the same attentive time and follow thur! Only with me paying for the tire out of pocket did this issue get resolved and me sending the invoice to the company myself did this matter come to a conclusion! Rafael E M was truly unable to handle this situation and the fast pace of the events of this day and no follow up from day one he failed this situation! To top it all off my rim was damaged in the removal and return!!!

Never had an issue until now. This Saturday I dropped off a set of wheel and tires to be rebalanced. One wheel was leaking air and I asked the rep to see if it could be unmounted, cleaned, and remounted, and to let me know if it just needed to be replaced. I got the text message that the tires were ready and thought everything was fine as nothing was mentioned from the wheel that was leaking air. Lucky I guess. Well I got the wheels home and saw that three of the tires had no air, they were balanced but not inflated?? I guess not a big deal, I have an air pump anyways. Hmmm two of the wheels have no weights - awesome, those were balanced perfectly from the get go I suppose. The wheel that was leaking air, still leaked air - so no QC on the air leaking from the wheel. I mount them anyways just to test drive - awful vibrations start at around 45 MPH. What a waste of $100. Discount has lost this customer. I dismounted the leaking wheel just to check if any intervention was done, once off the rim, there was evidence that they just unmounted and remounted as it was written on the shop ticket. No cleaning, nothing. Looking at the shop ticket, they did exactly what was written, but no checking for air leak from a mounted tire (no quality checks), balancing tires with no air (no quality checks) - Discount missed the mark on this work and I'll be going to another shop from now.

Shoutout to a young man named Conner , I went to Discount Tire because of the light on my dash, showing low pressure, he kindly walked me through on how to check the pressure and then proceeded to give me the stick, he said they fill up the air for free, the line stretched all the way to Home Depot, and I got everything taken care of, make sure to tip the young men who do this in the freezing weather, they are so polite as well. I will gladly bring my car back there!!!

Scheduled an appointment for new tires the night before. Arrived and was immediately acknowledged. Quick evaluation of my vehicle and request. Pointed out I was missing a few tire lugs. From time I paid to back in my car...34 minutes!!! Awesome!!!

Appreciated Julian W.'s help today. He did his thing and made sure I was covered in all aspects. I was totally flexible with having to wait if needed since I was a walk in but they worked super fast today to get me in and replacing and servicing all tires including spare. Kind regards to the manager on shift when I was there, seems like the team has great leadership!
