I was helped right away. I wanted to get new tires, I was offered multiple options. They helped me choose the best option for my car that would be long lasting. They got it done in about 30 minutes. Overall best prices and fast service! I recommend giving them a try!

Disappointing Experience Witnessing Unprofessional BehaviorI recently visited Discount Tires and unfortunately witnessed an incident that left me deeply disappointed. While at the store, I observed an employee named Alfred pushing another individual, Xavier, in what appeared to be a disrespectful manner, resembling a game of bowling. Despite Xavier s protest and request to stop, Alfred continued without apology, displaying a complete disregard for professionalism and customer respect. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. As a customer, I expect a higher standard of conduct and hope that Discount Tires takes appropriate action to address this issue.

I recently visited Discount Tire in San Antonio and had the pleasure of being assisted by Miguel Garcia and his team. I was amazed by the exceptional service I received. They were incredibly efficient and provided the fastest tire replacement service I've ever experienced. This is the first time in 40 years that I have been unhappy. There was a miscommunication about the problem with my lug nuts resulting in a stud being broken. I am still confused as to why a place that does tires needs to send a car to a place that does brakes to fix a tire problem. This fiasco added 3hours wasted to my night.

I had a really great experience here. I called around to a few local fire shops that didn t really seem like they wanted to help. I finally found discount tire on google and spoke to Juan. He quoted me a price over the phone and was really helpful on the kind of service I needed done. As soon as I arrived Juan helped me through the process of getting my whole rim and tire replaced on my Honda Civic. They replaced the whole rim and tire for only $180. I thought this price was very reasonable. Thanks to Juan for having excellent customer service and keeping a positive attitude. I definitely recommend this place for the quality of work and the amazing customer service. Thank you Discount Tire!

So when I first got here I was like wow they are busy this is going to take a few hours. So a worker comes up to me and helped me out and got me the tires I needed and told me that it wouldn't take a couple hours maybe just an hour. I arrived just before 12 o'clock. Thier app told me to make sure my car was ready between 1:20pm to 1:40pm however they weren't ready until like 1:50 pm then they take my car into the shop and about 15 mins later they pull it out and park it. I thought they where going to bring me my keys so I could leave but I waited another 10 to 20 mins then I went and spoke to someone. He came back and told me they didn't have the tires I bought from them and they upgraded them for free. However they never put them on so they then told me I had to wait for them to put them on. It is now been 3 hours and I am still waiting for my truck to be done. It is most frustrating when a worker tell you no more than an hour then the phone says 2hours and 15 mins and it has been way over both estimated times

Date of first visit to this location Monday August 21, 2023. I talked with assistant manager Rocky. He was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions. I told Rocky I would not purchase 7 Michelin tires for about $3,000 without first ensuring the tires prior to purchase would be 6 months oldor newer. Rocky verified that the desired tires would be available for purchase with this specification. Due to personnel work schedules the tire installation was handled a few days later bya different assistant manager, Jason. I talked with Jason with my desire to record the tire date codes for these 7 tires priorto installation. Jason was very patient and allowed me to verify all tires had a desired date code. Since my vehicle had a dual rear wheel axle I explained to Jason that I needed the rear wheel valve stems installed in a certain fashion and also the tires installed to allow the tire date codes visible after installation. Jason made sure the tires were installed with the rear valve stems in the proper position, all the tire date codes visible, and all TPMS (tire pressure monitor system) sensors still operational. My first time using Discount Tire at this location was a wonderful experience.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing. Place was super busy, but, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing customer service. They finished so fast and I waited there for only 45 minutes. I will definitely come back to this store in the future.

They make sure your happy! The store manager Chris took great care of my had some tires installed after a few days decided they were not the ones for me and didn t feel safe. They took them back and got me into a great set of Nitto 555 G2 s.

As always very pleased with their professionalism and willing to help. Bought new rims with tires. One of the four rims was scrapped but they are working on replacement. I highly recommend this location. Accidents happen from time to time but Miguel and his manager are truly on top of their business on getting things fixed.

As scary as a low tire pressure alarm can be to anyone... this Discount Tire location made me feel so at ease and welcomed. I was greeted right away and even though it was a busy time for them, I still was able to be out in under an hour. My tire had a screw in it, which they repaired free of charge. They also offered me a tire warranty on all 4 tires for $82 for the life of the tires which I thought was awesome! One less thing for me to worry about.

Man tried to get me to buy all four rims for 600! When they just needed to clean the rims ! I went to a tire shop and they cleaned and balanced for 25!

The service was suburb but they forgot about me! 45 minutes turned into over an hour! I even called? Ughh felt like I wasn t priority since it was for a balance & rotation job! Shouldn t matter I paid for 4 new tires & paid for the insurance for this same reason! I m

These guys have their schiff together! 4 new tires and all is good. Payed attention to my instructions and did my 18 year old spare also. My only wish is that after I spent over a grand they could have cut me some slack over $ 85 in lug nuts. I really wish they would invest in an alignment machine!!!

My experience here is usually good. This time I went in for a new set of tires and when I went to pick up my keys, they told me that they couldn't start my truck and pushed it into the parking space.I wasn't experiencing any issues starting my truck beforehand, so it seemed coincidental that it wouldn't start only after they worked on it. They just handed me the keys and said something about their policy not allowing them to help me and sent me on my way.Anyway, I went next door to the mechanic and they suggested checking the wires on the battery. I did that and thankfully it started working again.My truck is a bit old, so I'm trying to be empathetic to the fact that connections can come loose during service. But, I do not appreciate the fact that they wouldn't help me in any way or even offer me suggestions as to why that may have happened.They were very friendly and welcoming walking into the door before paying them money, then afterwards avoided communication and eye contact as I troubleshooted in the parking lot looking for any kind of help.

This place sucks!!!!! Definitely don't go there for there so called free air. I sat there 30 minutes waiting I even got out and talked to someone and even called they kept saying we will be right there. I finally left without my air. If this is the way they treat people I'm dam sure not going there for tires.

Bought alla my tires there cuz I had a blowout on the right rear tire. Truck didnt look too hot with mismatched tires, so I got em all. Truck looks nice after I wash it. Busted tire was unfixable. Dudes there were pretty cool, too. It was a hot day and they had free water to cool off with. Ahhhh, nice ! ! !

Great service! A very kind gentleman, Raymond R, helped me out in the best way possible. He not only spoke with many manners but also helped me understand everything in detail. I called 3 different places to get the cheapest and best deal for a 4 tire replacement and Mr. Raymond gave me the best deal out of all 3. I am very grateful for his help as well as the rest of the staff and will for sure be visiting discount tire again soon when needed!

I've been a customer of discount tire for over a decade, basically since I started driving. I've been to locations across Texas and always had great experiences with the company as a whole and this location is no exception! Both times I've come in with stock tires not purchased through discount tires and I was met with friendly and honest service. Most recently, I picked up a screw in my less than 5 day old vehicle. Brought it in at opening with no appointment and all of the service crew and reps were able to help me with no stress! They confirmed they could repair the tire first thing, got my account updated with the new vehicle, and aired up my tires no charge! I asked personally about adding the life time balance and rotation coverage to these tires and they were able to help me with that as well. Definitely happy to come back! Thanks y'all!

Discount Tire was a consistently amazing experience. I felt that they took extra care in attending to my needs and finding the most-comparable tire at the best-possible price. Tony at the Marbach store even worked with the tire manufacurer to secure a warranty claim for an added discount. They made an uncomfortable situation bearable.

As usual they will try to sell you a new tire, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but No, only recommend to use their free air check service.
