No wonder why it s a high rated location! It s with no doubt one of the best in the chain. Clean organized and very efficient operation. Staff are friendly and always got the job done right. I had a nail in my rear driver side tire, they took care of it professionally and did the rotation with no charge.

Had a screw in my tire and they were able to fix it. Explained everything and my options if it was not repairable.Felt the need to give them more business so I got my windshield wipers replaced by them too.Awesome team, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thanks to the crew working Valentine s Day morning. You guys rock.

I stopped in due to my tire losing air but I didn t think it was a major deal. The guy helping said he would look it over (especially since I was driving 8 hours the next day!) and said everything was fine and told me to make sure to keep my tires full of air. Not even 20 minutes down the road, my TPMS light goes off again. I took it to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers and within 3 seconds of the technician looking at my car in the parking lot saw a huge puncture in the sidewall of my tire. Why offer to service to check if nobody is actually checking?

Never had any issues prior. Actually good prices and good service. But on my last visit. I was told all 4 of my rims were bent. Was told better to buy new rims. Got there with no issues but when I left my truck shook past 60. Thought maybe it was something new since I had new tires and the rims were bent. Took it to the dealer down the road. Had a rotation done while doing my oil change. I left and what do you know. Road as smooth as prior to visiting Discount. Don t know if it was done out of inexperience or trying to up-sale me but regardless could have cost me new rims for no reason. Very disappointing.

Overall EXCELLENT! I've been to other Discount Tire Centers and this location is one of the absolute best. Michael greeted me and very promptly took care of my tire requirements and he was able to price match for the same tire online. Then they mounted the tires expeditiously and were professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this location and will be a return customer.Thank you guys for doing a great job!

Came to only replace my tires and was informed that my rim was somehow cracked. The car drove perfect before coming here and I was only informed after the new tire had been installed on the supposedly cracked rim. Of course they recommended to replace the rim there but after personally experiencing this previously occur on another friends car, I was positive the fault was towards inexperienced technicians. Terrible management and repeatedly terrible services. Check other low rated reviews for similar experiences.Don't come here if you want your car to drive.

I ve had to come here for new tires, replacing sensors, and repairing a tire after getting a screw in it and running over a pot hole that left my tire on the rim and every time I ve had a good experience. As someone who has been almost taken advantage of in the past by mechanics I always feel like I can trust them. I got the warranty on my tires when I bought them over a year ago and they completely replaced one tire and repaired the other one at no cost. (Get the warranty on the tires!!)

Horrible experience for my daughter. She experienced a blow out on her way to an appointment. She pulled over and was lucky enough to have a stranger install her spare for her. She made an appointment at discount for later in the day. She went in and was told a wheel was slightly bent then the salesman proceeded to try and sell her 4 new wheels with tires 2.5 times the price that were on the car, even though they had what was already on the car in stock. I spoke with him on the phone and basically made it sound like I didn t care about my daughter s safety for going with the cheaper tire. She finally paid for the one tire which was full price (not honored by the certificate even though it fell in the guide lines of tread depth)and made a comment to her friend about , there goes her grocery money salesman told her, I know you dad paid for it this made my my daughter feel ashamed and embarrassed. What business is it of his who pays for it. Horrible experience all around for her first flat.

Absolutely made my day!Drove in on a flat tire with the anticipation of only buying the one I needed replaced. They said I needed to replace 2 and I just didn t have the funds for it. They were able to find me a deal for 2 tires that I could afford!I m very thankful to the staff for their help!!

Great customer service. They have the tire business down to a science. Today they diagnosed and fixed my tire for free, even though it was the original and not one I've purchased from them. That's another reason I keep going back.

I m writing this while waiting for my vehicle. I m have a very pleasant experience thus far. But say tho, That dude KAI thourough! Don t know his rank or whatever but needs some recognition when y all do team meetings or whatever . Kai did a perfect job of a representing discount tire as if he was the owner himself closing his personal sales. I just wanted to say all of that because I specifically choose discount for all my vehicles tires because of the way I am treated as a customer and to me, I try to spend my money in business and with people that earn it and also respect it! My money that is!! So S/O Kai for the 265/75r16 s!! This guy definitely knows his stuff! Excellent attention to detail, patient enough to breakdown costs and options. I didn t feel rushed or pressured. Me as the consumer, yes I am paying premium prices for tires but at the same time I have no negative feelings about spending it because of the way the employees energy are, I always feel welcomed and comfortable. I really appreciate that too and that s why I m taking the time to write this review cause I usually don t do these.Sometimes in places I shop, I don t feel welcomed and just the energy I feel as the consumer isn t something I want to buy into. But overall great experience, Kai was fantastic and never crossed the professional line that lots of employees tend to do. My only negative was the initial check in to join the waitlist, I didn t get a confirmation text or anything as proof to Update my wait time. You would think since I hold certificates for my tires I would be able to be treated as a member and not have even that first small missed connection with discount tire.

My man Jesse up front helped me out. I give him 5/5 customer service. you heard me out in my difficulties with my blown out tire and spare and he attacked the situation the best way possible. The employees that worked on my car were really helpful as well. 100/10

On a trip and had low tire light come on. Found this location and pulled in for the free tire check. Amazing with 32 cars in line but the two guys were moving them through. Patrick was exceptionally nice and helpful! Confirmed a bad sensor and back on the road.

I was blown away at how fast the service is here. I was told it would be an estimated 45 min wait. The shop was busy but they had my car done in 20 mins. The sales person was great, showed me the specials/rebates/ and quality of different tires.No pressure to buy any specific brand or to buy 4 instead of 2 like I originally went in for. I only had 1 bad tire due to a flat a few months ago and I bought a used tire from a small tire shop down the road to get me to work. The other 3 tires were still in great condition so I decided to but 2.Thank you Discount Tire for excellent service and no pressure to buy.This was my 1st visit ever to this location and was very pleased.

Amazing service and on such short notice! I ve always trusted discount tire for free air checks, and they ve even patched my tire up for free. This time I needed new tires and I didn t even think twice about taking my car to them, superb service even though they were super busy! Thank you guys for getting me back on the road safely!

They helped research the best tires and rims for my car and kept pricing in mind. Helped me find discounts and were very understanding and personable. Gilbert was my sales person. He was very great and knowledgeable.

My boyfriend got his tires changed here this morning just for a hole to appear in the back right tire while he was driving this afternoon. He kept talking about how off the tire felt while slowly driving and we talked about the weird noise it was making. The tire appeared to have went flat shortly after they installed it. We called the free tow service that they had suggested for him, and the woman put us on hold then hung up on us. When my boyfriend called Discount Tire about the wheel, they said that they would pay for a tow service to come and put on his spare then tow him to Discount Tire to check it out, but that tow service never came. My siblings came to help to make sure everything was okay, and my brother and boyfriend put the spare on the car themselves. When my boyfriend went back to discount tire, they tried telling him that he must have hit something and couldn t give him a refund since they called a tow truck service for him. I was late for work and our safety wasn t considered when they put these tires on my boyfriend s car. Please do not waste your money here. They do not care about their customers.UPDATE: On Sunday evening, the front right tire on my boyfriend s car went flat as he was driving to a friend s place and we had to go get him. There were no holes or anything in the tire this time. When he went to Discount Tire this morning, they told him that the tech who worked on his car ADMITTED to not changing the valve when they changed the tires on the car. They tried to gaslight and place blame on my boyfriend when he did nothing wrong. These people absolutely do not care about your safety.

They are great at getting back to you if you had any issues during your appointment. The manager at this location went above and beyond to help me out with my tire patch and tire locks. Highly recommend this Discount Tire location.

I made an appointment online to have 4 new tires put on and was in and out in under 20 minutes. I was in line longer waiting for the store to open than I was waiting for them to finish work on my car. Whatever staff meeting they have in the mornings to prep for the day is working. They were super customer-friendly and really efficient.

Had to go back several times because they couldn t fix the leak that they patched. Suggested a new tire so I bought a set. Tire was flat that night. Technicians couldn t see that the wheel was cracked even after dismounting the tire several times. A little attention to detail or common sense would have been a great time saver especially since I advised that the wheel could have been cracked when I first went in. That s when they said it wasn t the wheel and there was a nail in the tire which started the whole back and forth ordeal which wasted my entire day. Points off for the time wasted and carelessness but one extra point for discounting the tire that I paid for that I didn t need.

I jist replaced all 4 tires on my vehicle. I originally ordered the tires online and ended up scheduling for Monday. However, I went to go see if they could repair the one tire that was flat. Unfortunately my tire was too worn & they didn't have a whole set of 4 for the tires I ordered. The rep upgraded me to the next tires available at no extra charge & got them all installed today. I wouldn't have minded waiting or possibly paying the difference, but that offer was amazing! I got phenomenal customer service from Diego on this visit. This customer service & the warranty are the biggest reasons I continue to stick with Discount tire, especially this location!

i came in for new tires before i went on a very long roadtrip and i felt like they robbed me in broad daylight lol. i was fine buying all 4 new tires coming out to $850 but after they installed them they call us over to tell us i need new lug nuts, so another $50. after that they call us in to tell us ONE of my rims are bad and are telling me the consequences on how my tire would get affected by all the pressure on it over time. shows me the cost of my original ford rims and its about $400 for one alone. shows me an aftermarket one for about $560 for all 4, i hesitated but i got the aftermarket rims since the ford one would have to be delivered to their store on a different day. the young guy offers us a payment plan with no interest and then towards the end had let us know its a credit card we re receiving in the mail lol. mind you ive let them know im taking off that same day for a 14hr drive and they kept coming back to let me know they found more things to add onto my car. my total came up to almost $1500. to make things worse? they kept everything. when i got home i thought id have my rims in the trunk but to my surprise it was empty. my original Ford rims were kept and so were my tires. i dont care much about the tires but i don t understand why they had to keep my rims? especially if they said only 1 was gonna be giving me issues. the only reason why i didnt go back to the store is because i had to be on the road as soon as i got home. i didnt get their names but the only one that actually treated us with proper customer service was from el paso. the other guys literally only had interests in making us buy more and more things.
