Service and customer support is great. Professional service Crystal was great. But again my car was left greased and not as I gave to them. Floor mat grease heel marks, door handle and arm rest left with grease as steering wheel and gear shift. Guys seems like no improvement over the previous visits to your store. Take care of others belongings . I will not be returning

What is the point of an appointment if you have to wait 1hr 45 min,also this is the second time I have came up here and they have hidden charges, and they don t give you your receipt Until you leave I could of been looking at it the 1 hr 45 min I was waiting, After at the wait they couldn t put my spare tire back Properly smh.This place feel like a cash grab , The atmosphere is not the same.Reply Thanks for the response, but I m not sure what other details you need to see that employees at this location don t take pride in their work. I attached a picture of the end result and explained I had to wait almost 2hrs for an appointment scheduled last week for a standard size tire replacement. Strongly disappointed and more so in the political response that was replied to me. Discount Tire used to be the place to go, but this location doesn t care about keeping appointments or quality of work.

I showed up minutes before closing with a screw in my tire, and a staff member quickly determined that it had not damaged the inner tire, repaired the small hole and sent me on my way at no charge!Plus there is a great vibe here - the staff are genuinely friendly and have fun with one another. Thanks so much for a great experience!

I have been to this location several times and just realized I have neglected to leave a five star review. While it was warranted many visits ago, I wanted to take a moment to strongly endorse discount tire as a company and specifically this location. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and while they do offer upgrades, they are not pushy. If your not savvy, I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment online prior to your visit as this will ensure your visit is prioritized over walk ins.

I want to thank Rico for his excellent customer service and attention to details. I stopped for an air check. Rico inspected my tires and confirmed my tire pressure was just fine. Rico also let me know what it would take to fix my TPMS light and for more or less the amount. That's piece of mind! Thanks again, Rico! I appreciate you.

In March of 2022, I bought a new set of tires from this company by referral. I am super happy with the tires and frequent this location for balance and rotation of my tires.Their customer service exceeds my expectations on all visits. Eric was super helpful on my visit, a few weeks ago.Thank you, guys. Keep up the phenomenal work.

These guys know about customer service. It's Texas handshake style dealings. They get you in and out quickly. Get an appointment for the next day if you don't want to wait and if you want to go on that day call ahead and ask them to put you on the wait-list. Everyone is so nice and HONEST. I've accidentally left things of value on my passenger's seat and it was left untouched. I've bought rims and tires from these guys, they stand behind their product and do it with a smile.

I absolutely love the Service at this location. Their knowledge is above anywhere else you may go. All employees express a love for what they do. Awesome!Caution, they are always busy and may wait 1-2 hours. And those phones ring ALOT, if you wait for your car, bring some ear plugs, air pods...

I have trusted Discount Tire with all my tire needs for years. They are always friendly and timely. The location on Austin Highway is excellent. They are usually packed so I highly recommend making an appointment.

I went in looking fur a key for my rims the Cadillac dealership couldn't take tires off without the key I was sold the car with or that so aggghhh!!!! I went on a hunt and when I got to the discount tires the guy there was quick to assist me and find my lkey ock was not expensive either ... highly recommend

Great service. They were incredibly busy but we didn't eat long and they did a great job. Best part was I paid for an alignment but when they put on the new tires it was somehow already aligned. They were honest and refunded the money.. That type of honestly is rare these days and they have won my loyalty. Getting all my tires here from now on

I had scheduled a tire rotation and balancing for 8:45am. I arrived on time and entered the store. There I was met by customer representative who took all my pertinent information and gave me an estimate of 1 hour for the service. 25 minutes later it was finished. Great service and the folks where outstanding!

I called ahead to see if they could install a new tire on my spare, thankfully Bryce was super nice and he told me to come right in! The process took only five minutes for my one tire and he was super nice and brought everything back out to my car! Definitely would come here again! :)

I called from Walmart after being in line for 4 hours. Spoke to James. I went over, James took very good care of me! Best experience I ve ever had getting new tires on my truck!! I wish I had gone there first, but now I know!!!

Today my low tire light came on. Discount Tire closed at 5:00 pm. I pulled in at 4:59 and they were putting all the equipment away. I know they didn t want to do this with 1 minute till close. The young lady pulled out the air machine and put air in all my tires!! I didn t catch her name, but she totally blessed me. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Came in last night a little late 2 minutes before close and with zero hesitation they helped me out and got a new tire on my car after riding around on a flat all day. Customer service was so well I told myself I'd make a review when I never make reviews. Thank you guys for being so on top of things. Will always be getting my tires at this location.

Always get the tire insurance policy it has saved me so much money over the years (I used to work in construction, so I was always picking up nails )I love that I can book ahead online to shorten my wait time

I have used Discount Tire for the past 16 years and never experienced a negative service. The employees are all knowledgeable and professional in dealing with tires and associated service, and are totally customer oriented to make a visit easy, hassle free, and organized -- plus fair prices. I recently had a slow leaking air tire. They repaired it, balanced the tire, checked other of my tires, all free -- with a smile. Previously, their advice and service on trouble-free tires for my many round trips into to deep Mexico, keep me free of tire troubles. Simply an outstanding store and employees. Thanks, guys!!!

Been going to discount tires for every vehicle for year's. First time at this one to do a basic rotation and balance. Took 1.5hrs, and on the drive home I couldn't get above 65 without the truck shaking so hard the pedals and steering wheel were visibly shaking, and everything in the truck was audibly rattling. Got out to see if it was a flat, and saw that they didn't even screw the lug cap back on. Going to another store to get it redone and won't be back here again.

Horrible customer Service. I showed up to get a patch done. I understand it s a free service but no need to make me wait til after all the other customers that showed up after me get their cars fixed. After waiting an hour I asked how much longer and he told me another hour or so. I told him I needed to check out of my hotel and he assured me I d be able to make it there and back. At which point the screw completely punctured my tire leaving me to put on a spair in the rain on the highway. I would give this place 0 stars if I could

I would like to say that the manager at this location Christian definitely has an awesome staff and customer service goes above beyond. Christians staff greets you as soon as you walk in the door and they educate you on discount tires policies and procedures when it comes to your tires. As soon as I walked in Jacob greeted me with a smile and put all my concerns at ease. I will definitely keep bringing my cars here for all my tires need. If you are looking for a team that goes above and beyond with service look no further this location has all that and more. Once again thank you Mrs Escobar

I visited today for a consult on a flat tire. Adrian and Austin were amazing! Austin was so proactive in immediately checking the tire to see if he could identify the issue and possible resolution. He was very detailed in a way I could understand because I am not familiar with jargon that relates to tires. He even noticed something we were not aware of about the rim that elicited some concern, and now we are aware rims needs to be on our next item of purchase. Adrian was great in giving me a teeny push on my recall on whether the car had never been serviced at a Discount Tire, since he saw by our profile that our other vehicle was serviced there. It was then that I recalled that it could be under my boyfriend's mother's number, as his dad would regularly accompany him in the past to ensure minimal errors. It was, and it was under warranty! So the tire was free, and we purchased the second so that both tires matched in tread depth. The service was great, and I noticed how nice everyone was in their encounters with the various customers. I did not have an appointment, and the wait was about 3 hours in total but completely worth it. I am VERY MUCH thankful and appreciative!

Discount Tire takes the headache out of buying and maintaining your car tires. For one, when you re buying tires, which are so expensive these days, the front desk people give you a broad range of choices. I like a medium grade tire that has a firmer structure. I don t minding trading a little comfort for longer tread wear and firmer sidewalls. I always buy the road hazard coverage. If my tire gets a puncture or is destroyed, Discount Tire replaces it and without any run-around. As for maintaining my tires, they email me when it s time for a rotation and balance all covered for the life of the tires. Finally, if you make an appointment for service on-line, you receive priority care. My appointment today was for 11:15. I showed up at 1045 for the balancing and rotating of four tires, and I was on my way home at 11:20!
