I enjoyed working with Dealer Source. From my first telephone call inquiring about installing running boards on my vehicle to the moment of completion, I was met wit friendliness, professionalism and quality service. Vincent was my service writer and he kept me informed through the entire time. Service was quick and I drive away with a nicer looking vehicle. I add that I felt their pricing was fair and in line with like services elsewhere. I'll definitely use them in the future and would recommend them

They installed my katzkin on my f 150 I bought them originally to install myself but with no time. I dropped off at 8am and was done by 1pm so really quick service and looks really good.

I was greeted and immediately assisted. Since I had an appointment Tom was thoroughly prepared to assess my needs and proposed a practical solution. The inverter installation was completed in about two hours. I was very positively impressed with the service and results. As we say in the Navy BZ (well done) to Tom .

Great customer service! Let me just start there on greatness! The folks there are very helpful, friendly polite, wonderful to converse with and very knowledgeable. On to service outstanding!!!!! Yes, gave five exclamation marks to match the stars. The service techs did an above and beyond installation job on my new Katzkin seats. Install was less time than quoted and I was just in amazement when they brought my truck out and saw it. I have nothing but praise for the folks here all around and highly recommend. Nice showroom of products, comfortable waiting area if you choose to wait on installation. All around wonderful experience! Thank You Folks DealerSource! I ll be back for more upgrades!

Customer services was outstanding. Kudos to Mitch taking care of my inquiries, questions and concerns. The job was very well done and professionally looking. I added heated seats to my brand new Camry and I love the difference.

Big shout out to Eric and the folks at Dealer Source in San Antonio. They just finished adding leather to my Taco. This is the second Tacoma that they have done for me. This time I added heat, and it sure feels good on these cool mornings. I m thinking about getting them to add remote start next. Thanks y all. Beautiful job!!!

Installed fox coilovers and lift kit at dealers source. Mitch helped through out the entire process with excellent communication and knowledge on details about different products, install and options. engineering team and mechanics did outstanding work and super honest. excellent service and thank you.

Dealer Source was recommended by Katzskin to install leather seats in my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500. The install is perfect and the leather top notch! I could not be more pleased with this shop. I will definitely look here for future installs and upgrades.

Very disappointed!!My husband and I are senior citizens and recently purchased our retirement 2024 Mercedes Sprinter.We purchased running boards for the Sprinter however because of our age we could not climb into the van without the running boards.The running boards that were installed were so high off the ground that we couldn t step into the van. We were told there was nothing they could do for us to make it right.Vincent told us we could get a refund and pay a small restocking fee but changed his story once we returned.These people are ignorant and do not have the customer s best interest at heart. We are out over $1,000 and back to square one looking for a company that will work with us.Funny how we were charged a 4-hr installation fee but it only took them 10 minutes to remove them for us. Scammers!Shame on this company!!!!

Had my Katzkin leather installed in my Jeep and Eric and his team knocked it out of the park. It was fast and they worked with my schedule. Hope to be back soon for some more mods. Thanks Eric!

The team at Dealers did a great job on my lift, I had bought my rims and spent the time ceramic coating them. And they were extremely careful not a scratch on polished crime. And the tires they recommended look great

We had them install running boards on our vehicle. They were so high that we could not even get into the vehicle. We were told we could return them but pay a restocking fee. They changed their story this morning and refused to give us our money back with a return. They charged us over $400 to install them for 4 hours of labor. Funny how they removed them in 10 minutes. Be fair Dealer Source. We paid a total of almost $1200 for a $500 board.

The seats look great, customer service awesome, I was just a little upset I double checked everything the bolts on the seat one of the bolts was left out, are not fully tightened, and was not identified or told to me so I had to find out the hard way and brought it to the owners attention, he immediately fixed it for me, so it s on the verge of being a five I would definitely recommend

These folks are great for leather seats. Have used them twice with excellent result. Not so great with other things. Received a quote of $250.00 to install basic running boards on a Tacoma. They said it was two hours of labor. Went down the road to Hill Country 4x4 and they did it in less than an hour. Charged me $162.00 taxes included. Outside of leather not sure if I trust these guys.

First and foremost, excellent service, professionalism and guidance from start to finish. Access to shop was convenient and staff, very accommodating to clarifying queries and concerns. They executed several major upgrade scopes to my truck and thus far, no concerns or issues. Leather package is identical to factory grade (requested) and other installations were clean and crisp in terms of quality and esthetics. They promptly followed up on missed called, tire analytics and other performance evaluations to ensure I was comfortable with my selections, being somewhat unfamiliar with the upgrade/modification world. Brady was excellent with managing my account and supported me fully throughout the works. Also significant, zero to minimal lag time for initiating services, which were eventually completed in only two full days.

My seat covers are perfect and look like they were factory installed. I had all 3 rows done, and added seat heaters/coolers. Everything looks great and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
