The incompetency vibe is strong with this one. I came in for a DOT inspection for my commercial vehicle. Not only was the service overpriced at $105, but the owner(Carlos) takes it upon himself to perform a test drive around the lot without asking for permission prior to doing so and has the audacity to say its in the name of safety and because it s his name on the line. They also send out your info to a 3rd party (which they don t disclose beforehand) to perform the paperwork and will hand you a photocopy of the final report, which screams unprofessionalism. What a waste of an hour!

Stay away Drivers be careful! Went in for DOT inspection (which took hours) these guys charge me 200$ CROOKS! didn t even know I got screwed till I went to do an inspection for my personal vehicle , that also does DOT inspections had a sign stating that they only charge 40$ for CMV and for cars 10$. I ask them about it and said that what the state charges ! He Also warned me about this place ! Saying a lot of people have gotten scammed here. They will brake your parts on purpose so you have to get work done there. They are not licensed to do inspections they use a 3rd party.Replying to answer : no valves were change was a simple dot inspection I seen when you told your tech and pulled them aside and told him to come upsell me when Mendez came back to me he was saying I need to get all this extra work doneKeep it up and I will report to the state of Texas for fraudulent inspection because you use third party you are not licensed! THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT TEAMWORK IS!!" They get you in fast ..problem solve and fix!" Not one mechanic working on you for days, They all help..and you can actually talk with them about issues as they work..(If you need to).. check progress etc.. Honest. Friendliest shop I've ever been in!!" I've been driving/owning big trucks since "95".. Super nice owner will come to you and make sure you're satisfied before you leave.. Thanks guys!..

They are scammer they charge extra money they just charge 16000$ for diesel pump they are unprofessional 0 knowlage for trucking I recommend no one come here

A few days ago I was at the shop. They overcharged me and scammed the customers and these people are thieves, they put the wrong parts in my truck and they overcharged me. don t go near anyone there

Horrible service! They try to charge and order things without confirming with you before. All my valuables were missing from my vehicle and they said they weren t responsible for any of it. Don t recommend this place at all they just try and take all your money and things and don t even try to help you.Service: TiresService: Tires

5$ just for air, only had one tire that was low that has a slow leak, didn t check or fix it just put air and sent me on my way. They say they check them but they don t. They just fill em and go. An this was on a regular vehicle not a rig. They told me they d check the tire but nope just air.

I highly recommend you find another shop. Was charged for parts that were never installed, they tricked the truck s computer just long enough to get 5 miles down the road and engine derates again after paying $7266.64 for nothing. They lied to me about many aspects of the repair.

I expected to pick up the 26 ft vehicle according to the reservation However upon arrival the boss says to the cashier that truck is broken he further explains to the cashier not to me send him somewhere else so I asked knowing that I am the him being referred to. Where is the somewhere else? The cashier responds the military location has trucks. So I haul butt to the military location while the movers are at my place for the 9-12 move. I get to military and we are sorry there are no trucks available . I eventually get a 10ft ban on the east side. Started the move at 11 took 3 trips due to the dramatic size difference in the vehicle. Finished at 6 pm. Contacted uhaul and they basically said too bad so sad we will let anybody be an authorized dealer no matter how shady they operate

Unbelievably horrible experience with this business. Had a made arrangements to pick up a truck and when I arrive to pick up just before they hand me the keys they informed me the truck is still broken. Don t which is worse the horrible experience or what could have went wrong on the road. Definitely beware and use this company at your own risk because your life may depend on it.

Do not come here they charge for the most simplest things. From $5 to $20 to fill all four tires with air how ridiculous is that.

Needed an alignment done on trailer, FANTASTIC job. Truck is no longer vibrating. Service was to be expected, AMAZING with drop and completion time. Thanks again for your service.

UNFORTUNATELY IM TIRED AND SICK OF CHEATING AND LYING SHOP OWNERS LIKE MR.CARLOS ...SCAMMERS AS HIMSELF WILL SAY ANYTHING TOO GET YOU IN THE SHOP THEN AFTER HE TENDS TO COWARDLY HIDE FROM THE COMPLAIN CUSTOMERS AFTER TAKING MY MONEY FOR REPAIRS AND OVERHAUL HE JUST TOOK MY MONEY IM STILL CURRENTLY WITHOUT A REPAIRED VEHICLE BROKEN DOWN AT HOME .. So thank you for such great memorable service

biggest fraud in san antonio never take any thing to them owner carlos will talk nice to get you in shop then screw hard and lie all they way they he is fraud took my truck for batteries issue and they try to put new fuel pump on my truck and bad mouth my driver after they said we not going to do fuel punk becz itdoes not need it
