3 months waiting on a warranty generator. Stopped working after less than 10 hours of use. They said they would replace it with a better model if they couldn't get it back to me within a week well it's been 3 months and still not done. BBB case being opened soon

Took my rv in to service the onan 5500 generator. They had it a few days, I called to request a status, and they said it was fine. I requested they demonstrate it running at pickup, and sure enough it was fine. Charged me $180 for the effort (no military discount for active duty). They also wanted to change the oil for $600, but I declined. I just tried to use it again, but it's still broken. I won't be coming back so I can be charged another $180 to determine its fine, when it isn't.

Called several times to get tech support as directed by Cummins. Left several messages, voicemails, and more messages with after hours staff. It's been over a month now and I have still not received support.

Great service. Needed routine service on a generator in a mobile clinic. The job was very well done and in a timely manner. I have been there on three occasions and will continue to take the vehicle to them for any future service. Thanks Josh.

Excellent service...courteous and friendly staff. Eddie was our customer service rep. Not only did he perform the scheduled maintenance, he gave us an informative maintenance schedule and some parts we could purchase to minimize mechanical emergencies while on the road.Had oil change on our RV and we were in and in less than a half a day.. Thumbs UP!!!

Called to see if the do road service on the onan generators and the guy was giving me negative replies. I hate Cummins no matter where they are located.

While I usually buy Onan parts here, today I was blessed to buy Cummins ntc400 parts today. Even though they are in the middle of remodeling, the facility was clean, restroom was immaculate, and the people in the parts office (man and a woman) were cheerful and helpful. Says a lot if the facility is clean. While I do not go often, I will always come back as the staff cares and is welcoming.

Josh worked on my generator for my customers camper. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The generator works like a champ now and it didn t cost me an arm and a leg to fix it!! And they stay open late so you can wait until the traffic dies down to go pick up and drop off equipment. They even unloaded and loaded it back up for me!!!

We were just passing through San Antonio when an issue arose with our motor coach, so we had to make an unscheduled stop for repair. Cummins San Antonio was able to get us in the next business day, diagnose the problem, and get us back on the road in a reasonable time. They also helped us coordinate warranty coverage from Freightliner as the problem turned out to be a chassis problem not an engine problem.All in all about as pleasant an experience as an unplanned breakdown can be. I talked with several other customers during our wait and they all reported positive feedback on their experience here. When people in the middle of vehicle problems report good experiences, it s a rare thing.

THE ONLY REASON I'M GIVING THESE GUYS ONE STAR IS THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE THEM LESS!! These guys are a total waste of time!! If they even answer your call they need every shred of information off your engine that there could possibly be then after all that they leave you waiting and waiting. When they finally do get back to you they tell you the have "no information" even though you have given them the engine serial number, CPL number, SO number, generator model and serial number, etc, etc. I think they need to refine their hiring processes and get people that have a bit more motivation. Or at the very least get some type of customer service training!!!BTW I called Grande Ford and they were able to get me the info I needed in less than 5 minutes!!

Great place and prices are surprisingly affordable for a dealership. Mechanics were very knowledgeable had great service from anthony garnier he was very polite and a great person to deal with he always had a answer for me and finally fixed my problem. I had been to many other shops who promised this and that but never solving my dilemma anthony diagnosed and fixed haven't had any problems since then.

Very poor service. I would never buy a truck with a Cummins engine. They have so many hidden ways to avoid warranty issue. PACCAR is a superior product.

3.9 I dont thing so!I called to get a diagnostic on my Kenworth T680, 2016. They told me to bring it next Tuesday!When my driver took the truck in, they said we didn't have an appoint and if I want to make one will be until next month. I got upset, and few mins later they call back saying the we did have and appoint, we left the truck the next day, I called to find out the status, and they told me, and gave me a cuote over $13,000 for a small oil link, because when day take those parts apart the they brake, they were charging me like if the parts were already broken, I told them to stop right there don't touched and just for the diagnostic they charge us $399.00,Then I felt like my money just when to the drain!!I don't thing is fear, I think is way to much money just for a diagnostic!

Horrible service. I will never buy another Cummins product. My Kenworth t880 is consuming a gallon of oil every 2500 to 3000 miles and apparently that's within acceptable limits. The attitude of ALL service reps at this location is deplorable. They treat you as if you are a criminal for trying to get a warrantee issue resolved.

I work on a lot of 5.9 & 6.7 L Dodges & their prices are almost always cheaper & genuine! They do stay pretty busy but the service & their knowledge base about their product is phenomenal!

Wow, we must have called at the wrong time and somehow ended up with a guy who wasn't having a good day. He was rude and short with us. We ended up at Billy Bob's, and they were amazing. It's really too bad, because we generally love Cummins - just left Cummins in Orlando.

I had an issue as I was on the road, stuck in limp mode - 5mph- very close to the cummins service center and they couldn't even help or remove the code. I needed to get back home - about 60 miles away.

Cummins Southern Plains LLC , your parts system is about 20 years out of date, how do I know, I worked for a dealer 35 years ago and its the same dam system. Do you know how many parts folks would buy if it was easy ? how much time your parts people could spend with customers that mater.the answer is no you dont.

I purchased a new Work & Play 29WKS Toybox RV Trailer that came with a Onan 5.5 HGJAB generator earlier this year. The generator would sporadically kick-off. I took it to Cummins in San Antonio to be fixed. Josh diagnosed the problem being improper installation of the generator by the manufacturer - Forest River. This doesn t surprise me because we ve experienced other assembly related problems with this unit. Josh wrote a very detailed description of the problem and solutions that greatly assisted my RV Dealer in convincing Forest River the problem was their fault and should be covered under warranty. THANK YOU JOSH! I hope Josh and his superiors see this review!

Wow spent $400 just to leave with the same knowledge I had before I took it in to find out why I m burning oil, instead of just saying we could do this or that we will just charge you $400 and then suggest something that may or may not solve the problem, let s start with $1500 on top of the $400 and there is a 50/50 chance that it will work.
