I don t normally leave negative reviews but after allowing them 4 times to do it correctly and still having problems, I have to. They got overspray all over my car, stained the inside of the trunk, dulled the lower portion of the rear bumper that had a semigloss finish and now it just looks flat, they don t even have a paint booth at this location, hence all the overspray. I had payed to get paint correction and ceramic coating done when I purchased the car and now it s ruined. Octavio s customer service is great but the quality work is poor. Geico recommended I seek legal action against this shop.

These guys are awesome. We had something dragging underneath the car when we were getting oil at QT across the street. We called to see if they could help and sure enough, two lovely gentlemen came over and reattached the pan that was partially hanging down underneath the engine compartment. Thank you so much for your help. Kindness like this is rare these days. Especially when it comes to repair businesses. We were worried that someone would tell us we had to tow the car to them in order for them to look at it. They made an effort to walk across to us and reassure us that it was not a major problem. We will let everyone know that at " crash collision " kindness comes before greed. God bless you

This guy is a scammer. Do not trust.Este tipo es un estafador. No conf�es.Response to owners response: You purchased professional quality equipment for more than $5,000, then attempted to return said equipment after completing job stating it was the wrong tool. Very dishonest. Hope the 50% restocking fees were worth it. The damage is done to your reputation and cannot be undone. There is no "solution" to scamming someone, just don't do it in the first place.

Stay away from thos place! They do not male all the repairs that insurance pays them to make. They use parts that are not authorized by the insurance company. The work is extremely poor quality. The owner lives far from San Antonio. The owner doesn't speak English and the manager speaks very poor English. This place does horrible work, cheap made in China parts and does not complete all the work they were paid to by insurance company. STAY AWAY!!
