Found this shop online because of some damage done to my vehicle. The process for setting up an appointment, to getting an estimate was quick and easy. When I got to the shop Angie helped me and she was wonderful to deal with. Definitely a great shop to work with. Highly recommended!!!

I had a break in to my car and it was almost stolen. The damages were to my rear passenger window and my ignition. I also had some paint chipping on my rear passenger door. This process could not have been easier at this location. The customer service has been incredible. I got updates along the way from my car being transferred, to the parts being ordered, to the final pickup. From the time of the incident to the pickup was in total about 2.5 weeks. The work was finished very quickly and the results are great! If you need any collision repairs or auto body repairs or any sort, this is the place to come! Nothing but great things to say about this location on Wildflower!

Great Customer Service, they kept me informed with updates on my car repairs. My car was ready for pick up as promised. When I arrived to pick up my car they walked me through all the repairs they did. They made my car look new again, and they cleaned and shined my car for me that was a plus.....that was so awesome!I would like to thank everyone at Crash Champions for doing an Awesome Job! I am sad to say that I cannot provide good feedback.Issues found: Door interior lock and unlock latch cable was not attached. Exterior unlock and lock sensor was not connected. Door cylinder was not installed properly not allowing me to unlock or lock manually.This to me is a huge security issue. I was not able to sleep comfortably knowing I was not able to secure my vehicle.I have handled the issue myself because if it cannot be completed correctly the first time, I do not allow the same location to touch my vehicle ever again.Still waiting for Mikes manager to call me.

They keep you up to speed with EVERYTHING going on! Very honest and helpful. My vehicle had already been painted, didn't look right. after this collision These Guys Got it RIGHT!PLUS they let me leave the rental there and called the rental place to pick up.

I could not recommend this location enough. Alvaro Loayza worked very hard in a timely manner to ensure my vehicle was returned to me. Angela and Al never missed an update and explained what was happening along the way! Additionally, they handled majority of communication with 3rd party's insurance, which took the stress off of me. The first car problem that was a breeze, thank you Al and team!!!

I was skeptical with the review rating but saw a lot of recent positive feedback on here. I took my Camaro in and the process was very simple. I had never been through a collision shop before and this was my first time actually going through the process. Isaac was very helpful and the shop itself was very communicative about the stages my vehicle was going through. I also appreciate the humor and local feel of this place. It didn't feel like just an assembly line so I definitely recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish they were very professional, kind and informative. I do give them five stars and was happy with everything. My only little drawback is I ve had some thing done with service king 3 to 4 times, and those other locations that I use one being been white on 71 in Austin Texas, they detail my inside of my car and that s not part of it, but it made me feel really special and thought about. I thought I would receive the same, but that s OK. It was still great. I definitely recommend Mike for communication understanding and customer service wonderful person all around.Service: Body & Trim

Repair Quality was OUTSTANDING. Could not tell that repairs were made. Vehicle looks as good as the day it arrived at the dealership from the factory.The Staff/Employees are very Professional, Knowledgeable, Honest, Truthful, Compassionate, and have a great work ethic.Have, and will continue to, recommend Service King for all collision and damage repair to all in need of such work.

I give 3 stars only for my experience with Mike Sullivan. He was very informative and helpful throughout my experience with service king. I brought my car in after I was hit to get it repaired. Which that service was fine- the hood was replaced but had scratches even though it was supposed to be fixed to pre crash condition. The spacing on the hood is also not even but my car is drivable and that s what I was thankful for. Everything was fine until I wasn t dealing with Mr. Sullivan. The second time I brought my car back in was for an engine light that was on after the accident, that hasn t been on before. I called the day before to make sure it d be okay to bring my car the next day, to which they responded it was fine. Fast forward to the next day, there s a sign saying Covid is being passed around and to call before entering. I called twice within a 30 minute span, each with no response. I was left waiting out front for an hour before getting out of my car with my toddler to stretch our legs. Then a lady came running out and told me to basically come back because we can t go inside due to Covid being passed around. I explained to her I was okay not going in but that my car is my only means of transportation and I was told it would be looked at. She brought out another man who came from a different store (didn t catch names of either person I dealt with on this day). He read the engine code and told me that he didn t know what it was and that I needed to get a second opinion because the insurance company covering repairs doesn t trust their opinion because they don t specialize in those kind of repairs??? But I could bring it back once I got my second opinion. I meant to write this review a little earlier but upon cleaning out my car from sick children, I just came across my back seat cover torn and stapled seems trivial but it s very annoying that it was broke and then tried to cover it up (no one has been in my car besides myself and children who obviously have no access to a stapler). I m waiting for Mike Sullivan to return from Covid to speak with him because he seems to be very straightforward and I trust him over the others I have dealt with. Sully and Jennifer took GREAT care of my baby while she was in their care! They told me what was going on along the way and she was perfect when I finally got to pick her up (my insurance was being a pain, it wasn't their fault for how long it took to fix her). VERY happy with the service I got!

I highly recommend this shop to every body I have been here multiple times and they always do an amazing job. No complaints high quality work and amazing customer service. Mike Sullivan is the guy who helped me numerous times great guy always kept me posted.

They treat you like family. They arrange everything with insurance agent. They are quick. The managers have extreme experience, and knowledge on body and suspension work. You can even drop off your rental there and take off on your like new car. These guys/girls are the best. Highly recommended.

It was such a pleasure able experience, we had a a snow storm in the mix 9f my repairs and they still were right on top of everything keeping me in the loop. When my repairs were done they brought my car to me and took and dropped off the rent a car for me. I didn't have to worry about trying to get to them and taking the rent a car back. Worst communication if a zero was possible that s what they would get! Had to rerun my car back three times said it be ready 9/21 and was actually finished till 10/15 and to top it off was returned with damages in areas that weren t involved in accident! Manager didn t apologize once for everything I went through with location instead let the person I asked not to speak with be the one to handle my account! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Even Chris from corporate was of no help! My vehicle almost lost control while driving in highway do to faulty work on wheel baring and they turned it on me saying it was probably my old tires! When I fact it was the old USED aftermarket part they used! Do not give your money to this company! I m having to take it to another shop to fix everything the messed up there!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My daughter had a car accident and she took it to that workshop to get an estimate to fix it, but the estimate was excessively expensive, the insurance company did not want to pay for it, my daughter went to get her car out of there to take it to another place, they had removed many parts and it could no longer be driven, they delivered the car worse than when she left it and they still charged her for the time the car was there... I definitely do not recommend this workshop, do not take your car there.Service: Body & Trim

So disappointed with Service King!! I was told after my repair was completed that if I completed a survey and gave them high marks then I would receive a gas card. It's been almost 2 months and nothing yet - seems like they are the only ones that benefited from this!! I previously called twice and was told that it was on its way. Shame on you for lying.

They returned my car without properly checking to make sure every thing was correctly taken care of. Have been given the run around for 3 weeks after they found out my wheel was damaged. They said a wheel was ordered and they say it was damaged and still waiting while I drive my car and probably also ruining my tire. Service King replaced my catalytic converter after it had been cut and stolen off my Tacoma. They were great at keeping me informed of where they were in the process and had my truck back to me ahead of schedule. Thanks to the crew at the Wildflower shop; Peaches, Andrew and Daryl. Took my F-150 here after some punk broke into my truck. Very quick turnaround of less than two weeks. Between Service King and my insurance company (USAA), I hardly had to put in any effort at all during this process. Service King worked directly with USAA for the billing/paperwork. Service King even arranged for the rental car company up the road (I think Enterprise?) to come pick me up when I dropped off my truck, and they have an arrangement with the car rental company so that I can leave the car with Service King when my truck was ready. Service King frequently sent me updates during the two weeks. They far exceeded my expectations.

Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional towards me and my injured vehicle I was asked to bring in my vehicle the night before the work was started and I was told all work would be completed that day. I have gotten extremely good service from this body shop. First they fixed my bumpers after a fender-bender and it looks new, Jessica made sure the paint was just right and the insurance payment taken care of easily. Then Josh went the extra mile to correct a headlight misalignment caused by the accident. Recently BJ helped me get my sideview mirror replaced, with minimum cost and maximum service. In every case the staff has been friendly, competent, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Also want to give a shout out to the receptionist who makes waiting time fly by. I'm a loyal customer now, they've totally earned my business and my trust, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!
