They do the best they can, given that the insurance companies have all the real power and pull. Honest and consistent communication throughout the entire stressful process was appreciated. More than one of the employees went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

They fixed cosmetic issues only to create more cosmetic issues. They scratched up my car, my inside upholstery is stained, and they also ruined parts of my tint. Will never do business with them ever again. If I could give 0 stars that s what I would ve given them. Inside desk folks are real nice though. Definitely need to find workers who actually want to do their job correctly.

Truly the worst experience of my life, even worse than having my vehicle stolen was the entire experience dealing with the jokers who handled my truck when it was in there hands at Service KIng. From spending the insurance money on numerous things that didn't belong on my truck to there incompetence on thoroughly inspecting the vehicle on the initial inspection to when they attempted to hand me back my keys in worst shape than when it entered that "collision center". I wouldn't recommend this so called business to anyone whos trying to get there vehicle back in a working condition. Thanks for nothing,absolutely nothing. I cant even give you jokers a half of star.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CAN T SEEM TO FIX MY CAR , THEY PUT ON THE FRONT BUMPER INCORRECTLY AND THEY ADDED THEIR OWN DAMAGE TO MY FRONT LIGHT COVER PANEL LARGE STREEK MARK COMING DOWN THE LIGHT COVER OF THE HEADLIGHTS. THEN A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE TELLS ME TO TAKE THE CAR HOME AS IS AND BRING IT BACK WOW! SHISTER! TELLS ME IT IT S DRIVABLE AND THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY MIGHT NOT COVER MY RENTAL BECAUSE THE CAR IS READY WHAT A JOKE! THIS EMPLOYEE IS WHY IS HE THERE? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THE BAD REVIEWS POSTED ARE A WARNING! MESSAGE TO THE OWNER BE AWARE OF YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. NO SORRY OR WE WILL LOOK INTO THIS MATTER IS GOING TO MAKE UP FOR THIS BAD BUSINESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES.

First employee "don't remember his name" that did the walk around with me day of drop off was rude "no social skills" and gave me a hard time as if he was doing me a favor. All damages were not repaired. Still have front bumper damage that was apparently over looked. Also screws from the headliner visors fell out while I was driving due to not being fully fastened. I fastened them when I got home. New scratches/damage on the tail gate "right side" that were not there prior to drop off I think.... honestly not sure, but if it was why would it not be repaired? Not sure what else may come up. Back rear fender and roof repair is satisfactory. All though I ran out of gas driving off because tank was on empty even though I dropped it off with at minimum half a tank. The location was good at keeping me informed yet completion of work was not done in a timely manner. I chose to stay with service king after initial estimate knowing I would be paying an extra $1,000 on top of my 500 dollar deductible for a new right rear fender that couldn't be fixed only replaced. With the belief I would be taken care of I chose to stay with service king after initial estimate. Insurance adjuster informed me the shop explained to them that the damages did not indicate vandalism "as if there is any real way to determine how property is vandalized". In many cases we the customer fight with the insurance, in this case the adjuster was on my side. My fight was the the local shop. Luckily STATE FARM was on my side. Can you believe that? I highly recommend STATE FARM. Over all experience was horrible and I will not berecommending Service King.

After a few weeks which is perfectly understanding I finally got my truck back!!!! The team at service king has always made me feel special, this will be my 3rd time trusting my Vehicles to them.Desiree, Pat and a few others were always updating me on the progress of my vehicle. Stay clear if you are choosing a body shop! I had 2 issues that occurred when my vehicle was hit and the body shop denied my request to fix them because they said they could not tie it to the accident. None of these issues were present prior to the accident. When I asked why they were refusing to fix my car it seemed to upset my service agent and looked bothered that I was asking. He even belittled me for asking for an explanation as to why. My insurance stated to take it to another body shop so that they can take care of it. In my opinion they take more vehicles that they can handle as it took them over 30 days to fix a small dent. If you want your vehicle fixed right do not choose this company!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had to get my son s SUV repaired and really was unsure who to entrust for the repair. I also needed a quick turn around, my son needed his SUV to get to school. So, happy that I chose Service King! The service was excellent and the repair was quick. I was impressed with the professional manager, Steve Lopez, he was polite and very knowledgeable! He committed to a quick repair and the SUV was repaired as promised. As a bonus, the SUV was washed and super clean. I was impressed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible. Stay far away unless you like having a headache and unsatisfactory work done. From being lied about work being done or not done, repairs made to the vehicle that were half a**ed, making 5 trips there while having the same issues, blame being pushed back and forth between them and insurance company. Regret picking them based off my insurance companies recommendation of them being a gold tier collision center.

This service king is on my preferred insurance company list. So far so good. Nice big place. I am hopeful that my car will be fully restored. Just dropped it off today. Great service! They kept me informed every step of the way. The repair was finished earlier. The only issue that showed concerned was telling me it was done a day earlier when I m renting a car. So just make you call the customer the exact day it s ready not a day before or day later.

I work here at this location currently and I can say this is by far the best company I have worked for. Steve Lopez is a great manager & actually cares about his employees and guests. Does everything in his power to make sure everyone is happy at their job even when he's stressed he's as patient as can be lol. The way he relates and makes our guests feel comfortable with leaving their vehicles here is phenomenal! I definitely recommend this location and the company as a whole to any friends and family.

Outstanding service and work! Kept us informed of progress daily and delivered it a week earlier than their estimate. Customer service at Service King was 100% satisfaction, they handled everything from day one to the last day. I was kind of spectacle about this place because of the reviews on here but it was completely beyond my expectations. Nicholas Garza was my advisor and he kept me updated from the start and also answered all my questions like a truly professional. (To be honest he was way better than my insurance advisors) Just wanted to give them 5 stars on great customer service and also a very good job on the service they did on my car. Thanks guys and thank you Nick, keep up the good work.

This was the worst possible collision center I ve ever used. They don t seem to care about your personal property or fix it in a timely manner. If they do work on your car, they ll end up losing your tire. Good luck!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Service King Collision Southside is a business I recommend to anyone who has had an accident and needs their vehicle worked on. I m very satisfied with the process especially being kept on the loop about the ongoing process of getting my car repaired. This is my second time I ve had to use Service King Collision. The manager Steve Lopez was awesome. His customer friendly skills are right on point, which transcends on to the rest of the personnel working there. A satisfied happy customer is a repeat customer.
