Got a tire replaced here. On the way home the whole tire came off the rim on a 4 lane highway at 65mph.Update: Since the incident, they've offered to pay for a rental car until repairs are made and have met my requests to get this rectified.

Brought my car in for mirror repair. My car was in and out the same day and they even made some changes that saved me money. Albert also kept me updated throughout the repair and answered all my questions. Fantastic service!Will definitely be back for any future repairs for my vehicle.

This is my second experience with crash champions, and although the work they did on my vehicle was good. My major complaint would be that both times I took my vehicles there. Articles from my vehicle were missing when I picked it up. The first time I chalked it up to the fact that maybe I lost the items but the second time there were multiple items that were taken from my vehicle. When I called crash champions to let them know, they advised they would give me a gift card for the value of the items. The issue is not about the monetary value of the items, but the sentimental value that I had lost and the fact that they did NOT take responsibility. When I called to complain, they tried to blame it on lack of security measures around the building. But since it was the second time, I m skeptical. Just because they gave me a gift card, does not make it ok to steal from my vehicle. I will not be taking my vehicles back to this crash champions location. There was also no apology, they just had the receptionist give me the card.

The team did such an amazing job with my vehicle! Their customer service was beyond amazing and they constantly updated me on my vehicles progress. Everyone was very helpful, could not be happier with their work!

We had two issues with our most recent repair: timeframe and quality checks.The repairs took a very long time, and according to regular phone calls I made to check on status, most of that time was not waiting for parts, they just couldn't seem to get the car though each step of the process. For many weeks...Then there is quality control. I had to take the car back 3 times for quality issues. The first time part of the repair just wasn't done at all. Then they had scratched up mirrors and my center console while cleaning and nobody noticed. Then they installed a mirror wrong.This is all disappointing because I used them several years ago for 2 other jobs and the work was outstanding. But I can't recommend them now.

Service King Collision San Pedro Ave San Antonio Texas, had my new car for minor break in repairs. It was there a week and a half. I went to get it, the car had more damages and didn't look the same, they admitted to the damages, said they were going to fix it, they had the vehicle another week and a half, so they had it a total of a month for repairs and to fix the damages that they did. YEAH A MONTH!!!IT WAS STRIPPED! The car only had 19,937 the pretty red grouped pics are before being in the shop, the ugly old are the ones after the shopCHOP SHOP!!!

WARNING: IF YOU DECLINE THEIR REPAIR ESTIMATE EXPECT TO GET YOUR CAR BACK IN WORST SHAPE. ONE OWNER CAR (BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW 10 YEARS AGO NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT OR EVEN IN THE SHOP FOR MAJOR REPAIRS (only taken to Ford Service Center for recalls and routine oil changes).2010 Ford Fusion SEL fully loaded.State Farm Insurance company said that this company was on their list of suggestions to get my car repaired. Service King claimed it would cost more than 5k and State Farm claimed it as a total loss. Got my car back from Service King, telling them I don't want them to fix it. It came back in WORSE shape. All 3 backup sensors, backup camera and chrome tail finish panel are broken now, plus ALL retaining clips inside the trunk broken or missing (mostly missing).NOTE: I keep an OBD2 Meter (BLUEDRIVER) hooked up to my car at all times (for 2 years now) to monitor it because it's 10 years old and love the LIVE DASHBOARD option. After minor rear end accident ran several checks NO errors ever came up, after getting it back from Service King ABS, Cross traffic and Advancetrac service appeared on dash and several other sensor errors came out on the OBD2 meter report, the day I got it back. As I backed out I noticed that my rear view mirror camera wasn't working either, (thought maybe it was just left unplugged, WRONG)...I took it to ECOMEX Body Shop and got NEW trunk, bumper cover, sensors and right (passenger) tail light replaced along with a great paint job all for 1200 bucks. ECOMEX employee went over the written estimate from Service King with me and right away had other employee remove rear bumper cover in front of me (on the scheduled day I took it in). NOT ONE PIECE OF METAL BENT UNDER THE BUMPER COVER AS STATED BY SERVICE KING. PLUS SHOWED ME THE SENSORS WERE CRUSHED (WHAT LOOKED LIKE PLIER CRUNCH MARKS ON ALL 3 BACKUP SENSORS AND ESPECIALLY MY BACKUP CAMERA CONNECTOR WAS CRUSHED IN. WOW, I WAS TOTALLY DEVASTATED BY THE CONDITION I GOT MY CAR BACK FROM SERVICE KING. Should have read reviews before taking it in to them (They are all true). Hopefully this review is read completely before taking in your car for accident repairs.Service: Body & Trim

So my car was supposed to be ready in two weeks. $400 worth of damage from someone rear ending me. Well the person working on my car "left", the part wasn't ordered, then it was back ordered and then someone else took over the job. Nearly a month later I had to go out of town and called numerous times about the trip and needing my car. Well, apparently the part came in and they finished my car while I was out of town and so NOW after having my car for a MONTH, weeks longer than they quoted they are refusing to pay for 3 days of my rental because they were apparently done with my car at their convenience while I was out of town. Absolutely ridiculous!!

These are my new heroes! From the minute I entered the office, Jayden addressed my needs, gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The mechanics began working on it that very day and it was completed late Thursday although I had been told it would probably take two weeks. Tracy kept me informed almost daily with the progress and I picked up my car on Friday, cleaner on both inside and outside than it had been when I dropped it off. The Manager walked me to my car to make sure I was satisfied and took care of the return of my rental to Enterprise. I have been singing their praises ever since!Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was appraised and deemed a loss so I decided to retain the vehicle instead of giving it to the insurance company. When I received my vehicle the internal window controls were damaged by a technician who broke 2 clips. I would not recommend this location.

I was referred by my insurance when I got in an accident, big mistske. They took almost two weeks to repair my vehicle and told me a remaining part had to be ordered and they would call me in a month. It's been over a month I had to call to follow up for them to tell me it's a waiting game. Do not reccomend having your vehicle serviced here. Who has time to waste?

Avoid at all cost. Dishonest shop. Put my wife at risk due to shoddy work.Minor fender bender repair ended up being a six month ordeal and my wife s vehicle still isn t right. I would give them negative stars if I could. A short summary of the issues we had:- front right headlight replaced but not installed correctly- front right parking sensor replaced but not connected- radiator hose left disconnected and since this was January - the cold weather hid this huge mistake for several weeks while the radiator fluid drained out before the car over heated- repaired radiator and then car kept over heating only to find out they didn t properly re hook up the radiator fan- reused a plastic trim piece taken off for the original repair and attempted to hide the fact that they broke clips needed to re-attach the trim piece. When confronted they did order a new one but now it doesn t match the rest of the trim.Today after six months of back and forth - they told me they were done and wouldn t do anything else to make this right.Avoid this shop at all cost. Absolute worst quality control I have ever seen from a body shop.

Make sure you check everything before you leave. Had some issues and being from out of state they couldn't redo the work. Take before and after pictures to review everything. My door lock wasn't working and my car battery was switched out which voided my warranty.

Bad luck twice these past three months was made a lot easier. A long delay caused by supply chain issues dogged my first visit but the car came out looking great. Tracey and Collin above and beyond this early morning! Actually listened to my problem and found the issue and repaired it in under 15 minutes! Window tint guy had forgotten to rewire the mirror assembly, which knocked out the phone, wipers, driver assist, etc...These 2 deserve 5 stars for actually making it happen before 8 am!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My friend got her car repaired here. She had minor damage on the side of her car. It took them over 4 weeks to fix it. We inspected the car after they said it was ready to be picked up. The car was dirty inside and out and the door was not properly aligned. So, it was another week before the car was ready.They do not have cars to give you while they're fixing your car

Overall happy with our experience. The repair was within the estimated time and came out great the first time. The service technician was professional and courteous during drop-off, the repair process, and follow-up.The facility is a little dated but clean and comfortable on the inside. The receptionist was courteous and greeted us right away.The only issue we had was they didn t want to deliver the vehicle initially and we had to call back and talk to someone else to set up delivery (~15 mile trip).If asked I would recommend This Service King center.

I was sent here after a hit and run because they work with State Farm. I was worried after reading some of the mixed reviews, but I had a fantastic experience! Pablo was my service rep, and he answered all of my questions, walked me through everything, and even helped me arrange a pick up when the car rental place wasn't answering their calls. My car was ready within 3 days and I got it back with a great cleaning job! They even took care of a minor bumper scrape that wasn't a part of my accident, which was awesome! The ONLY negative I can think of is that I got a call 30 minutes before closing that my car was ready for pick up, which didn't give me much time to get there after work - but was still glad to have my car ready to go. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know I'm in great hands.

Great experience working with Pablo who is one of the best service advisor I have had my pleasure working with. Pablo was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. He checks his voicemails and calls back on the same day shocking right!! He is very professional and definitely goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer needs had my car ready to go four days before the scheduled day. Thus far, I am happy with the services provided by Pablo and the service king team. I will recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicles.

My service advisor was Pablo Silva.I brought my car in for body work, it had been rear ended, and need a good amount of work done to it.I d definitely recommend this Service King, to any of my clients, family or friends! My car looks brand new again, and they were great about keeping me updated. Hopefully I never have to have work done again, but in the case I do- I definitely would love to do business with them again.
