Would give zeros stars if a choice. Someone stole my catalytic converters and been waiting two years. No correspondence or anything. They never answer the phone either. Don t go here!UPDATE:No one ever called me or contacted me back about this. The response here was just to save face. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and it was never responded to either! What an unethical business! My insurance is in the process of trying to get a refund for the money paid and they are not responding the insurance company either!

I used to take my vehicle to the thousand oaks location but they messed up my appointment and said they couldn't see me until March. My car had minor damage but I needed it done fast so I can take a travel assignment out of town. This location was able to get me in quickly and had my car finished fast! The team was great and I will be coming back to this location for all my vehicle repairs (God forbid) on the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

DO NOT GO THERE !! I took my car for repairs, they took 2 months to complete and when I got it back, paid my deductible and ASKED what else was owed, THEY said nothing !!!3 months later, with NO previous calls, invoice, bill, contact or explaining, are suddenly THREATENING me like gangsters that I owe them money.One representative who called me wasn t even sure on the amount, another one wrote the year wrong ! Another named Debbie even said it s my fault for getting a previous estimate at another Service King !?! This place is a mess.Just found another similar review to mine, someone else was also threatened and it was not their mistake either, just scroll down

If I could I would give them a zero star. I would NOT RECCOMMEND THIS PLACE. My car was brought in due to a hit and run incident on my back driver tire and they told the insurance my axle was messed up not due to the impact so it was not able to get fixed and i sent my mom to go get my vehicle, they wouldnt let her talk to a manager and kept calling her ms. Martinez when that is not even her last name and they were laughing and my mom said that customers come first because the manager was apparently taking a vehicle apart and they literally gave my mom my car keys and allowed her to drive off with my car. They didn't even call me to confirm if anyone was picking up my vehicle and never asked her for her ID. Also when she went to go pay with a cc they didn't even ask for her ID to verify it was her. This place is a mess and I wouldn't recommend anyone else going because in reality my car could have been stolen if it were someone else other than my mom. They obviously don't care about there customers and there vehicles. MY FAMILY AND I ARE done with this place and will never go back. BEWARE

I want to let you know how much I appreciate you allowing your deafening alarm to go off in 5 minute intervals every night from 9pm-9am, disturbing the entire residential area behind your business. While you and all of your employees were at home sleeping, the entire neighborhood was coming outside all night trying to find out why anyone would be inconsiderate enough to allow this. The police made several attempts to reach you directly, both through your listed numbers and your contract with Securitas, but they didn t want to disturb any of you after-hours. Several residents filed formal noise complaints. The best part is that Securitas shows it wasn t their system that was creating the sound, so it would mean that one of your genius employees installed an after-market alarm which cannot be accessed or turned off remotely. But what do you care, right? You re not the one who has to listen to it all night.If you don t consider the residents in the neighborhood where your location it, then you have no business having a store there.I cannot WAIT for you to open Monday morning.

Jessica and Manny were very helpful, answered all my questions in a timely manner and got my bumper repaired in just 2 1/2 days! They thought it was going to be 6 or more days. I was pleasantly surprised.My car was buffed, washed and inside vacuumed. It looked great! I d certainly go back! I ve also recommended them to several friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Something needs to be done about the extremely loud alarm that constantly keeps going off and never stops. It keeps waking up my family. We all have to get up early in the mornings to go to work and school. We will personally go to City Hall to discuss this with the members if something is not done about this alarm asap. This matter has been brought to your attention to many times with no results.

I am only giving 1 star because it made me! My daughters car was hit. She was not even in the car. GEICO told her to take it here. She took the car back with a very little settlement. GEICO told her she would owe nothing! They made her pay to reassemble it. It s damaged worse than it was!!!!!!! Why would you start taking a car apart without finding out what insurance is going to do! They broke a panel off drivers side door. There was nothing wrong with it when she took it in. They damaged the other side of the car. No damage when she took it in! Then she gets in and her AC doesn t work!!! Worked fine when she dropped it off! The ladies in the office where supper rude. I was talking to one and she turned around and walked off. Didn t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her. The manager could here everything and never bothered to even come out of his office!!!! I asked for higher up in corporate and got an 800 # givin to me. This place needs serious help and this is not over. I will take legal action!!! This place not only doesn t care about quality they don t care about people!!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent Customer Service! We recently had to have some re-work done to our car after the initial work was done at a different place. The manager of the Perrin-Beitel location was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was done quickly and the manager explained everything to me very well. I highly recommend Service King for your auto claim repair needs. It was truly a pleasure to be treated so well and to have the work done right.

I am actually changing my review due to the recent events after the repair of my vehicle. My new vehicle went in for repairs and came back with no inspection sticker on the windshield and no wiper fluid. When I called to ask I was told they would call me back, a week passed and no word. When I called back they told me my vehicle had no sticker when I took it in and the windshield fluid was empty.... This is not true my vehicle is only a few months old. So disappointed I basically felt brushed off.

I had a good experience when my car was being repaired and after I picked up my car. I was called about a week later by a woman named Jessica. I was told that the insurance still owed $111 of my costs for the repairs to my car and the insurance told her that they directed the payment of $111 to my bank account and I needed to pay them the remaining balance or they would send it to collections or put a lean of my car? This had nothing to do with me, someone hit me and their insurance was responsible for everything and there would be no reason for them to put it in my account when they direct paid Service King for everything else. So, I called the insurance and of course it was a mistake and I guess Jessica(At Service King) did not really look look into it before she called me and told me that I was a liar and threatened to put a lean on my car, when none of this was any fault of mine. I will NEVER go to this place again, thanks Jessica for your unprofessionalism and losing a good customer at your business. Thanks Stephanie Cortez

The people there are very professional they act in a professional manner. They are also very friendly and make you feel comfortable. And they keep you up-to-date on what's happening with your vehicle on a daily basis. I would recommend this company to anyone. I haven't got my vehicle back yet but they're working on it.

Manager is a good guy. Though he came into my case after the fact. Previous to his help, the shop was poor at keeping my status updated. Had to extend rental car service because the repairs continued to be delayed. Final product was great but service sucked....again prior to the new manager.

Such an amazing experience. My car was complete before the date they gave me and washed and detailed!! They delivered above and beyond the repairs I needed and worked with me and my schedule. Great service!! Highly recommend!

These guys fixed my car back to original. The paint match looks outstanding and like it was when I picked it up from the dealership. The crew that works there were extremely kind and courteous. Mando, the service advisor, was especially pleasant to work with.

Been here a few times as this is the closest auto repair shop that's paired with my insurance. They've mostly done a good job. They did do a poor job matching the color of paint on a repair. They were no issues getting them to address the issue ,but even now the paint is still slightly off.The location itself is a pain. Never has there been enough parking and getting out there is difficult since there's not really enough room to back your vehicle out.This seems to be an older location, the office could use some love/ paint.They have some coffee available btw. If you're interested in having something to drink while they wait.

One week after the repair, I heard some scratching sound around right front wheel. I found a small plastic part which is supposed to cover the bottom of the bumper was dangling. It should have been fixed tightly with a bolt. The mechanic of Service King did not screw it tightly.I visited service king and complained about this. Robert said he was going to order the part from Hyundai and inform me when the part is ready. He expected 3-4 days before the part arrived.After one week, I call him and heard that he would go and check the status of the part. Several minutes later, the answer was Hyundai sent wrong part.I expect that Service King initiates all the service and follows up the status of part but what they did was very passive reaction. I do not want to waste my time to call and wait while they toss me to one place to another. It has been very disappointing experience.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. First of all, I took my car in for a minor dent on the front fender so Armando the "who knows what he does there guy" said they would call their outside dentless repair person to come and fix it. When I went to pick up my vehicle I could already see that the dent was still there and he kept saying that he couldn't see it, so I told him that the work was not acceptable so I had to leave my car there over the weekend and when he called me on Monday and I went to pick it up, once again I could see the dent and he kept saying that he couldn't see it. What a joke!!! I have a driving camera, which they tried to remove, probably so I wouldn't see them not working on my car, and they broke the mount for it. I'm sure they work hand in hand with that insurance company to do as little work as possible to the vehicles. Never again will this place see my business and hopefully people will read this and avoid this sorry place.

I just picked up my car from service king a little bit ago. after an accident I was in a few weeks ago. They did an outstanding job fixing the damage that was done to my vehicle. It almost looks like I just bought my car off the lot from where the damage happened. Thanks again service king you guys were awesome.

They did not greet me well offer me a seat to sit down when I first arrived, had to seat myself.Also I showed the lady my hubcap was damaged during accident that was not fixed.I can t afford to leave or take because this my only vehicle. I would not recommended to no one!

This morning I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Melissa. She was so amazing and sweet. My car's battery had died when I got to Service King and she went out of her way to help me even though that wasn't the reason I visited Service King. Melissa was so great!

If it was up to me I wouldn't give this location a "STAR!". I am still dealing with Service King #77 off Perrin Beitel since 01 July 2016, and today is already 25 Oct. I can't start with all the frustration I have been through, I have complaint thru USAA and Corporate Office in Dallas, TX. It is so upsetting that today, I am writing a letter to CHRIS ABRAHAM, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of my experience. 1st time Corporate office appointed Ms. Kelly Potter, Area Leader for South Texas - South Central, but at that all I received was a " YELLOW Microfiber Cleaning Cloth" and apologies for delay in the beginning of October. I am still having to deal with issues (electrical issues) that were caused by Service King. I recommend not taking your vehicles here, a simple Hail Damage Work ended up being electrical, water damage, reordering parts, being in a rental car , inconvenienced and our lives disrupted by going back and forth ordeal that I don' t wish upon anyone. Thank you
