My experience with Aaron was very professional. He'd send me messages a couple times a week to keep me informed about the progress. I'm happy with the job he did. My car looks like new again. The people who work at Broadway were all friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my car and I will recommend crash champion.

After all of my tires were stolen off my car, it was towed here for inspection & repair. By far some of the best customer service.Aaron did most of the handling for my car, he was very communicative & kept me involved during the process. The inspection & repairs were very thorough. The staff made sure all aspects of my car were repaired and returned in even better condition than before.so thankful for their work!!Service: Tires

I cam here to get my damaged front right side door and front rt side quarter pnl. Everything went fantastic. I even went back for warranty work and the manager Derrick was so helpful and kind. Very respectful and professional. Thank you to him and his crew

I was rear-ended and the guilty party's insurance had this body shop on their list. I'm so glad I chose Crash Champions on Broadway. Very pleasant folks, very professional folks, who did a wonderful job. They kept me informed on vand were early to complete the "job's. If you have a choice, choose them. You won't regret it.

I have progressive insurance so I choose this place because it had great reviews. Cristian was helping me directly. He was kind and showed excellent customer service. All the staff had great communication and followed up often. My car was ready 6 days before it was estimated to be done. They did a wonderful job. Called to get my car scheduled for a quote and they won t even look at it without a claim number - even if I m paying out of pocket! This firm is only interested in doing business with the insurance companies. They don t serve the people of San Antonio.

Don t use these guys for your needs. They either hire or contract with thieves that will go thru your vehicles and take the Pennies from your ashtray. Then the manager will pretend like he s gonna do the right thing but will make you drive all over town just to get what was yours. Typical though. I hope you share this with the team like randoms share their trouser snake with your wife.

They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle from the time I set up the appointment until it was completed. My vehicle was ready for me to pick up in 3 days. Unbelievable service start to finish--couldn't be happier. I'm convinced that these guys actually bought me a brand new car; not only did they completely fix the damage, but they cleaned it inside and out, it looks amazing. Worked with Christian primarily, who was awesome, but all my interactions with the staff were great. 10/10, highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was mildly t-boned on an access road heading home. Luckily there were no major structural damages, but both passenger side doors and rear quarter panel were toast. That s where these guys came in. Truly remarkable service that exceeded all of my expectations and stigma surrounding body repair shops. Service King not only delivered with amazing damn near show room quality body & paint work, but they also delivered 2 weeks ahead of the scheduled deadline. All the while maintaining constant communication regarding repair status and any updates. Best of all, the seamless process between body shop and insurance company was impeccable. I simply showed up, dropped the car off, got a rental, dropped the car rental right off at the body shop, and then picked up my car. That s it. Now with over a month and a half later, the job still looks tremendous and flawless. Will update later on on any negative results and the shops resolution of them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

My SUV was brought here for collision damage after an accident. The entire process with them was smooth and painless. From the moment Alex accepted my vehicle, I was given regular updates and calls via Alex and Christian, questions were answered, coordination with the insurance was taken care of and I was treated courteously, and with great care. DO NOT bring your car here... worst shop I have ever had the misfortune to deal with... only gave two stars so people know this is a real review... Service King, don't reach out to me and ask me to contact you... if you gave a care you would look me up... not many people, or I hope not a lot of people had an intrusion beam damaged and yall did a bad job repairing something that should have been replaced... all the perspective customers can see their response below

They were polite, communicated well, and responded to concerns professionally. Kristian managed the service very helpfully. Derek helped with post-service concerns and questions also helpfully. Went in for an estimate per USAA requirements. Had a scheduled appointment however the service writer was at lunch when I showed up. Pictures were taken and I was told I would receive an estimate later that day. 24 hours later still nothing, called to follow up, finally got an estimate that included less than half of the required repairs and had the incorrect parts listed.

Great at setting expectations. They contacted us by text or phone every step of the way. In fact, the were able to get my truck repaired sooner than estimated. Very kind staff. Repairs are warrantied. I texted back one small issue and it was immediately resolved. Great service!

Let me just point out that I am probably one of the most annoying customers that they have ever had. I literally called them everyday to get a status on my car. I had to have my car on a certain date and they all rallied and made it happen for me. I want to give a couple of shout-outs: Thank you Samantha for answering all my calls and being so nice on the phone everytime. Thank you Derek and Jose for getting my car ready just in time and making it look so beautiful. These guys are really the best!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible - they have had my truck 2 months now. They don t call to update me. I ve asked the manager to call me and nothing. They ve had it 2 months and I was just told by their customer service that it could be 3 more months. This was not a big collision .. I d be fine with supply chain issues if the shop would just communicate. They tell me they will update me and they never do.12/28 update. I ve now had to bring the vehicle back a second time

I had to have a repair done on my car due to some vandalism. They kept me up to date on everything they were doing. Everyone was extremely professional. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up I had covid and they took care of contacting the car rental place and allowed me to drop my vehicle off and have someone puck it up. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing repairs.Service: Body & Trim

If I can rate anything less than a star, I will do that. Here is my story behind this rating. On 12th day of April, 2022, GEICO asked me to drop off my vehicle at this location so adjuster can review the damages and access claim. GEICO provided rental services for the duration of the time vehicle need to be completed and picked up. This shop provided a disgraceful and horrible services. My vehicle stayed at this shop for over two weeks just to replace the rear bumper.I tried to follow up when to pick up my vehicle. They scheduled it to be picked up on three(3)different times. The last time was when I coordinated with GEICO and they tried to find out the delay, then later that day, they asked me to come and pick it up on Wednesday April 27th. Lo and behold, the bumper was not painted properly and it appears to look like shadow. The peeled off some of my front bumper paints when the washed off the marks they made on it. They also ripped off my seat cushion. I was angry and the manger suggested to have my car dropped off the next day. He offered rental and got the rear bumper painted properly. He asked that I replace the front bumper which they already damaged the paint. He offered to do the job and requested I pay over $1,000 just for 2014 Honda Accord (front bumper). Which I declined. They left my front bumper like that. When I dropped this car off again , I specifically informed him not to write or mark anything on my car, they still did on my windshield leaving some scratches after they cleaned it off. They made a mess to my car and will never suggest anyone to drop off their vehicle at this location for repair. The manager is horrible and always in denial of what they did to my vehicle.When they had a rental under their account, they worked on my rear bumper expeditiously and requested for return the next day. They are crook and very unprofessional. Please do not drop off your vehicle at this location for repair.

I needed some body work done and I dropped off my 2021 Lexus with John. My car was repaired and ready a lot sooner than expected.The workmanship is excellent, you can't see where the damage was. I didn't know how it would look due to the three stage paint. John was very friendly, professional and very knowledgable. He made the process very easy. Service King went above and beyond to repair my BMW. My 1 year old car was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and now it looks as good as new.They paid attention to every detail, like installing the taillight with the original BMW decal. In addition to fixing the damages, they detailed the interior, washed the exterior, drove my car to my house, and returned my rental vehicle!I ve had great service in the past from other places, but this business by far exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to the staff and to Danny for being so kind. Would recommend this business to family and friends, and I will return here if ever needed again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Would NOT recommend. We experienced a hit and run while our car was parked. We sent our vehicle to this location and when we got it back it was all dirty with what looks like tar or grease on the inside of the vehicle ruining some of our clothing. We were also left with pieces of parts that they broke and just left in the holders of the car. And we thoroughly cleaned the car out out before we sent it. Disappointed with this service.

Went to these guys by recommendation of Progressive. They were friendly and positive from the get go. Once they started working on it they sent me text messages every 2-3 days with updates, this is after months of Liberty Mutual ghosting me, so the updates were extremely refreshing. To top it all off they got done with the repairs 5 days before their estimate! They made the whole process extremely seamless. Highley recommended!!!Service: Body & Trim

This used to be a good place before Service King took over years ago. They still do amongst the best in painting but I still have issues from their incompetence with putting my trunk lid back together.

Service King was great! They helped me connect with my rental car, kept me up to date on my repairs, and even let me come in on a Saturday to pick up my car when it was done. I will definitely recommend them to my friends! Hopefully I won t need to come back but if I do I will be happy to know they will take great care of me!

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer support. I had a 2pm appointment, but the receptionist would help me unless I contacted my insurance to have them call her. This should have been resolved prior to my appointment. If this is how Service King operates I will find another auto body shop.

I had an appointment today for minor repair called twice to confirm and how many days so I could rent a car . Showed up for appointment today and got a call at 12 from the GM saying it would be 3 months before he could get to my car maybe I should pick it up! I wouldn t take a tricycle there . Spent all day he didn t even try to apologize . Insurance carriers need to stay away from this place. No structure no liability for what they do . Waited weeks for an appointment and this is what they did ! I will call BBB tomorrow . Livid to say the least worst business I have encountered here .
