I would give them 20 stars if i could. Absolutely THE MOST amazing place to get your car taken care of. The staffs goal for customer satisfaction is over-the-top in a multitude of ways. Customer care seems to be a top necessity. Work done is oversatisfactory. And I will never allow another repair shop to touch my car.

This is a place you go to because you have to not because you choose to. I had some damage and the insurance directed me to this place. The work is fine. While my car was there I asked for a separate ticket for a dent. Noone followed up. I went in person and called and nothing. I don't know the industry of car repair however I am also in a service industry of healthcare and I listen and follow up and communicate and work on issues as they arise but maybe this is not how car repair service functions? Maybe my expectation is wrong; maybe this is a service that I only deals with one issue per visit. You go here because you need to not because you want to.

Nico was amazing had excellent customer service was patient with me over the insurance company not doing there part. My car looks good as new . Thank you so much Nico for all your help. I will definitely recommend everyone to you.

Please think twice before taking your vehicle here. ( Negative 10 stars) I don't even know where to start. There was is so many issues that I can't even say for legal reasons. I can say that after they got their money and I complained they changed towards me. I was ignored and treated badly. I was yelled at for expressing valid concerns. I don't want anybody else to go through what I am going through. P.S. I am still waiting on a response and their " lifetime written guarantee." I will update later if possible. I spoke with corporate and they sent an email stating they are doing nothing further. Once again I will take my 23 Camry to the dealer and have them diagnose the damage on my vehicle. They overcharged my ac and do not wanna take responsibility. Do not believe their lifetime guarantee. Please share and be wary of this place. Before anyone asks , I have receipts from the dealership stating possible future damage. I'm not dumb and will hold this place accountable. They have insurance if they damage your vehicle while repairing it. So I don't get why they are being difficult with me.( It's winter and just last month I was having problems with my ac.)

Had an accident this morning. Did online claim with Allstate. Came in an hour before appt. Nico right away helped us.We were in & out before our actual appointment time. Great customer service!

Did amazing work on my Toyota Tacoma. Unfortunately I didn t have a before pic saved because this is a new phone. I got rear ended and completely smashed in the rear quarter and bumper and they made it look OEM. Customer service was great Alyssa was attentive and sweet thank you!

Okay, I was seriously injured in an accident. I came to Service King because my prior experience was great. Not so much with the 2nd visit, for a different accident that also was not my fault. Their desk jockey, phone camera toting estimator asked me if the rear end had been in a prior accident, because to him, it looked like it had. I said sir, the woman s vehicle went underneath my car partially. I left a review accordingly. Well, y all, Chris Farias, their regional desk jockey got his feelings hurt and refused to fix the vehicle because I left a critical review! Avoid like the plague. This kind of attitude runs from top of the organization, back up. They are too good for you, believe me. Bunch of clowns.***Update 2 years later: they refused to fix my vehicle for leaving them a bad review. Insurance ended up paying out on the claim directly to us. Be warned, this location may retaliate against you for honest negative reviews about their rude, unprofessional estimator employees. Avoid like the plague. Apparently Service King merged with Crash Champions Collision Repair. Tigers may change their name, but not their stripes. I highly recommend using Caliber Collision instead I ve personally used Caliber Collision for damage to my 2018 Honda CR-V which was repaired on time, and according to the original estimate. Caliber Collision s employees were professional and courteous.

Have only gotten updates from calls we made to them. Always a "trying to get it out by this time, but the latest..."I didnt get a call 2nd day or 3rd day untill we called them to find out what the estimate would be and still no answer was available ...so my truck probably sat there while I paid for rental and NOTHING was being done to it. Almost 3 weeks and we will be seeing if work was done right. Their communication really sucks! Don't be fooled by reviews above of quick service. Unsatisfied customer.

This place is Awesome! I took my car to Service King for my repairs and they were so professional.Matthew took care of my Chevy Malibu and i am completely satisfied with the repairs! My car looks brand new again.Matthew and his team had great customer service and kept me updated at all times on my vehicle and where they are at in the process. I dropped my car off on Monday morning and had it back by Wednesday!!I would definitely recommend repairs here, they made everything a breeze. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hector and Matt did a excellent job. I told them on Tuesday when I dropped my car off , I would need it by Friday. And sure enough they did it for me. My car looks great. I will go to them for all my repairs. They mean what they say. They are good people. I recommend them to everyone!!

They were so amazing and professional. They made this bad experience of someone hitting me and driving off as painless as possible. They quoted me 5 days and it was done sooner than the quote and my car looks amazing like no one ever hit me. They were so nice and explained the entire process to me and kept me updated every step of the way. Terrible experience. They texted me my car was done early and we went to pick it up. When we picked up my car the inside was filthy! It looked like someone drove through a dust storm with the windows fully down! The man there wiped it down for all but 5 minutes and said the detail guy must have missed it. Yeah he missed cleaning all the mess they made. We called the next day and was told we could only bring it down at 1:30pm for the detail guy. Took it down and got it cleaned. Now my door that they fixed is misaligned and doesn t close properly!! Had to call my insurance and ask for a different service center. Crazy to pay so much money to have an unprofessional experience and job done! I have never posted a review before but after this service hopefully this will save someone a headache.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My entire experience with the employees at Service King was exceptional! I was updated daily on the status of my vehicle and they were available if I had any questions. They drained my car battery and lied about it, and then told me they would pay the towing fee if I gave a 5 star review. I did because I couldn't afford it, but now I'm changing because my issue was my trunk and it wasn't even fixed correctly. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever used, and I can't believe I allowed myself to be bribed for poor service.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service at this location (5631 Babcock) was wonderful! Clay Wallace made sure we were updated throughout every step of the repair, answering our questions, and helping us throughout the process!We were able to pick up our vehicle earlier than expected due to Service Kings quick work!In addition, this location partners with Enterprise and made our pick up and drop off of the rental car so much less stressful. Service King called Enterprise when we arrived to drop off our vehicle, and when we came to pick ours up from Service King, we were able to leave the rental car in the Service King lot!Thank you guys!

Service King just finished repair work on my car. They were done earlier than they expected! They stayed in communication the entire time so I never had to call or text. I ve used Service King before and always had 5 star service! Thank you Service King!

I worked with Ben, whom handed me off to Cesar (manager) after he went on vacation. Which adds to great customer service. I have never had 5+ star rating anywhere, but this place gets it. They go above and beyond to make sure two way communication is done and the work is outstanding. After my repairs they explained all the details I needed to know to make sure I got the most out of my repairs. The staff here are real easy to work with and if you should have an accident, with it without insurance... this place can't be beat!!! Thank you Ben & Cesar, hopefully I don't have an accident, but if I do, you guys put Service King on the top of my list!!!

Service King was provided to me by USAA for my 2017 Passat when it was damaged in a wreck. They called me & told me it would be done late December but it was done right before Christmas. They contacted me 2-3 times a week to let me know the status and the girl that contacted me was very sweet, professional and provided me with answers to all my questions when asked. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I usually don t go with a suggested company USAA offers bc I haven t had the best service but I m glad I did stick with Service King. Very nice staff. They were not the cheapest but they were honest about the price and why sometimes their estimate change after they take the car apart because they can see more. They send pictures to you so you can see the damage and their progress with the workOne thing to be careful for is that even if you want them to fix one thing and ignore other issues in your vehicle they may say " we can not put our brand name/ warranty on an unsafe vehicle that is unsafe to drive".If your insurance take them by all means they are the best, but if you are paying out of pocket you may have to weigh your options.
