I called and spoke with Steve he gave me an estimate immediately. I had my vehicle towed in because it wouldn't start. They diagnosed the issue to be the fuel pump and worked on it the next day. The following day i was called my vehicle was ready. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again..

This Cornerstone Automotive is all around one of the best auto shops I have been to. From the hospitality given during checking-in, to the diagnostics, and finally to my repair, I felt like everyone had my best interests top of mind. The diagnostic fee is far lower than other places I been too and researched within the area, which was an added bonus. I really appreciated the mechanic I engaged with and the candid dialogue about my concerns related my vehicle since I went to three other automotive shops to fix my vehicles issue (one being the dealership). It was clear he treated my concerns as if they were his own and offered a variety of repair recommendations, which I though was helpful in making the most informed decision. In the end, this automotive shop did what others could not, relieved a great deal of my stress, treated me fairly, and would not hesitate to return for future auto repairs.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. Personel were customer satisfaction oriented and very helpful. They immediately took my vehicle for mantenance. Quality of the work was superior. I have found the home for all my vehicle needs and highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and work I received from Cornerstone Automotive. It s hard to find an honest mechanics shop, but I think I just found them. Very fair pricing and they even included a military discount. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles to them in the future.

After a visit from my wife, they randomly asked if she was a military spouse... They gave her a discount on the spot. That earned my attention. They are very military friendly. They are very willing to give recommendations on care on your vehicle. I'm glad we researched this place. Trust is everything. They took special care of us on both occasions. We will be returning for all maintenence and tire recommendations. Thanks to Dade, Justin and the owner Steve.

Cornerstone is without a doubt the best automotive shop I have ever been to!I've been coming to them for 4 years now and they always do great work on my pontiac.They never try to offer me unnecessary work, and they are very helpful in answering any questions that I might have and explaining the work that they do. My 2008 g6 is still running great thanks to them!

Great auto shop. Looking for honesty, customer loyalty, and great customer service, cornerstone is the auto shop of choice. Great personnel when you walk in the door and let s not forget the support/service German Sheppard. Got to love it.

I only always ever entrust my vehicles to the care of Cornerstone.First: they genuinely care and take the time to show it. Everyone is personable and regards me as if I m their favorite customer. I ve noticed them handling other customers with that same care.Second: I ve never left without full disclosure of work done or needing to be accomplished.Third: These are highly experienced professionals who have never given me wrong guidance nor charged me frivolously.You can t go wrong bringing your vehicles here for care.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Yesterday I had an appointment at Cornerstone Automotive for my 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan, which I have affectionately dubbed Francis. This car needs a lot of help!Joe is one of the mechanics there and is so knowledgeable about my car. He replaced the serpentine belt, which was swollen with all the oil that had leaked on to it from the oil leaks coming from the crankcase ventilation valve & the upper timing cover gasket.When I had my car in the first time, I d mentioned that the steering wheel seemed a bit dodgy whilst driving in the rain or on wet roads. Joe took it for a test drive & knew exactly what was wrong. It needed an alignment of all four wheels, since it s an all wheel drive. A trifle scary, that! But, Joe sorted it out, just like he did today. I can t think of a better mechanic for my Volkswagen than him!

Manager was condescending. He tried to up charge us on something, and the insurance had to step in for him to take the price down. He didn t tell us when we dropped it off that he was shorthanded and wouldn t be able to look at it for a week. He also claimed other issues but when my husband had asked to see it, he said he couldn t show him and my husband asked for pictures, but we never got pictures. When I picked up my car finally something else was broken that was not broken before and the manager s response was that my car was dead before, so how do we know it wasn t like that before. I will never come here again.

This is the go to automotive repair shop. They have great customer service, turn around time is always what you are told before work is started. They don t start work until you have signed on the dotted line. If it is a long term repair they keep you updated.

We have been extremely pleased with Cornerstone Automotive!! We ve taken our vehicles in multiple times for different things and they ve been very trustworthy every time. There have been times when they could have told us we needed to do things that didn t need done, yet they were honest and gave us a simple solution that was more cost effective. We ve been to a lot of automotive repair shops throughout hubby s nearly 23 years on active duty and I ve never trusted one more than Cornerstone Automotive. They re always very respectful and honest. We ve recommended them to at least 10 friends and they ve all said the same thing. Everyone is blown away by their honesty and integrity. As a woman, I feel comfortable taking our vehicles to Cornerstone Automotive and trust that I m not being taken advantage of simply because I m a woman. Cornerstone Automotive is a great example of how repair shops should operate. This is my Go To neighborhood automotive shop! Not only are Steve, Justin and their mechanics spot on but they are honest, friendly and forthright w/every aspect of my vehicles care.If you are looking for that personal service at a reasonable price from a company that still greets you by name, then Cornerstone is your best bet.Thanks again guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I d give 10 stars if I could!! My whole family loves Cornerstone and all of its employees. Steve and Justin always greet us with positive welcoming energy! We never leave Cornerstone unsatisfied ! They have always done a perfect job and answered all of our questions and concerns. Very engaging and has a great relationship with all of their customers!

Best experience I have ever had at a mechanic. The cost of my repair ended up being way less than estimated because this place is honest. The number of labor hours was less than expected so they proactively adjusted the bill. The dealership was going to literally charge me 10 times as much for the same work. They replaced my radiator fan assembly and also the engine oil pressure sensor. Work was done in a timely manner. All are very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend this shop because of their honesty and professionalism. Brought my vehicle in for their road trip inspection. They brought up a few things of concern and ran a test for us because they were concerned about how low the coolant was come to find out there was no leak in my coolant line but the place I just took it to two months before didn't bother putting in any coolant even though they charge me for it. These guys however since there was no leak ended up not charging us for the test and we're amazing about the few other small things my car needed to be ready for the road trip. My husband also says we are not taking my car anywhere else he loved the experience we had especially when they took care of us with a military discount. We feel safe taking our car on this trip now. We are so glad we took our friends advice on bringing our vehicle here.

Had both my commuter car and my weekend pickup serviced here last week for different issues. Quick diagnosis and work on both vehicles! Customer service was great with good follow up to let me know the status of the vehicles. Prices were very fair. I highly recommend these guys!UPDATE: We had to order a new wiring harness for the driver door on my 2014 truck based on the prior visit. Work was completed on schedule along with an oil change and tire rotation in the time estimated with friendly and efficient service. Great service at this establishment!

I have brought all my car major car repairs and service to Steve (owner) and Justin (Service Manager). They are thorough and honest and on time. I will never take my cars to the dealers and pay exhorbitant prices ever again when I can get honest quality work done and better customer treatment at Cornerstone Automotive.

Cornerstone is the only auto shop we trust with our vehicles. I discovered them after receiving outrageous quotes and poor customer service from another shop nearby. Cornerstone did the same needed service with better pricing and assistance.Since then, I've had regular maintenance and major repairs with them for several years and can't think of any bad experiences or complaints. They have exceptional customer service, are detail-oriented, and always seem to go above and beyond. Lastly, they support our military, which speaks volumes about their priorities. I strongly recommend them.

I recently moved to San Antonio, and my truck needed the brakes and AC to be repaired. I stopped at a few places, and they politely told me that the repairs were beyond the scope of what they could do. They all recommended that I check out Cornerstone Automotive. I took their suggestion and called the following Monday. I walked in and was greeted with a smile at the front desk. I explained my situation, which was handled with absolute professionalism and kindness. Steve, the owner, came out and explained every step and possibility of resolving the problem. His staff were polite and professional. Being out of state and skeptical of trusting a new automotive shop, I recommend trusting Cornerstone Automotive. The pricing was fair, which reflects their outstanding work ethic. I will continue to give them the business. Outstanding shop! Used them for two different vehicles, and they did an excellent job with both. Didn t try to sell me services that I didn t need, and prices were great. They even offered a military/first responder discount. If you need a local shop you can trust, these are the guys! Steve and Dade will take care of you.
