I've been coming to this tire shop for all my service needs, tires, brakes, oil changes, etc..and the reason is because these technicians are very trustworthy, never lead me astray, very technically proficient and more than fair in their labor costs/charges. I highly recommend to everyone!!

This guys work hard and in the midst of the hot weather. Best prices and quick. Had my tire fixed within 10 minutes and on my way back to work.Gracias por el buen servicio!

Love this place, one of my tires had a nail in it that Firestone would not repair and told me I needed a new $300 tire, my other tire had a slow leak and Costco told me I needed another new $300 tire, Cordova fixed both for $30 total and in under 30 minutes. I love this shop, highly recommended and will use again for my tire needs.

I reported to BBB and they allowed me to post based on my situation. I came for a thermostat change radiator flush and they did not do the proper installment procedures to the vehicle. They charged me $400 and my vehicle still has the thermostat light on and red lightening bolt and check engine light. I went back to tell them to recheck what they did and they told me no and further into the conversation saying they didn't even do a radiator flush. I said then why did I bring you two gallons of fluid for. I took my vehicle somewhere else so I have proof and I reported them they left stuff disconnected and they also confirmed it to BBB.

Horrible that they put a obviously defective tire on in the first place but they replaced it with one that didn t have much thread

I went to get my alignment done and was not able to get done right. He just said no sorry can t do more with no explanation and when I called back the lady that answers the phone refused to pass me to the owner and pretended to know what she was talking about while being so rude! Good place to go if you don't want to wait like at discount tire. The prices are higher than Discount Tire for sure, however, you won't wait 3 hours or a day or two with the BS that Discount tires can pull.So for me I'd rather spend a little more and be done. In and out within 30 minutes getting a set of 4 tires mounted but I paid $20 more than I would have at discount tire.

The owners are super helpful they have been around for a good since I was young started going there as soon as I started driving. Flats Repairs Rotations always got me taken care of.

I had a new muffler installed that only lasted six months. The muffler was not supported properly which is why it came detached from the welds. I had another shop show me the error that was made. Unfortunately, I ended up buying another muffler. I will never do business with Cardova s again. In fact, I m gonna report them to the better business bureau. They are also very rude.

I'm very sure I got duped but went in to fix a flat and had my own new spare tire and got charged $10.00. Am I crazy or did I get duped?

Had only a bad tire.... after 3 hours of trying to put on the tire back on the rim(I was in the shop doing it cause the guy didn't know what he was doing) ..I ended up having to call a ride ...take me and the tire to another shop ..where they put it on within a minute.. the worst part ..he ended up braking my tire sensor.. scratched up all my rim ..and over changing me.... I suggest found a better place.

I called & explained I bought 99 old car n being a senior lady disliked the load noise muffler made & knew mufflers were lose. He says I needed to bring it so he Can tell me price.SO I did, AGAIN. Insisted on noise was my ISSUE.tells me $55 to weld detached muffler..& to wait in OFFICE. I go , & wait & being a TRUSTING SOUL.. pay n leave GUESS what? Noise never went away. I STOP & look at back & notice mufflers are not even balanced. I ask a man. In lot to look under for me & explain why am asking. He Says" They(CORDOVA MUFFLER SHOP) welded one & not the other one. Now , I n my I know if I go back & ask I will Waste my time & will be Charged another $55 + tax approx.$120. For 2 old mufflers to be welded probably same price of New ones?I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE or EVER RETURN.. Will let anyone know NOT to either EVER!! If there was a place to put a (MINUS 5 ) That's what I give this PLACE!!!

My daughter tire was stolen from her cat and she called to see if they had a tire and rim for her car and they did. When she got to the the guy wanted her to wait for him to finish his taco (its about 9AM) before he did the tire (she's young) and my daughter got upset for him wanting her to wait. So I drove across town picked her up and drove her to a couple of places to see if we could get a tire no dice. I decided to go back to Cordova since it was about 2PM and we knew that they had the tire. After waiting 15 minutes the guy comes to tell me that they don't have the tire... WHAT! He proceeded to tell me to try their location on Perrin Beitel back across town and then I thought oh heck no that's the same tire place that after 20 minutes of just standing around and no one remotely acting like they wanted to help me. I went up the street to Martinez Tire shop for quick, fast, and friendly family service Senior Javier and his son at Martinez tire shop at 13034 Nacogdoches is a great place for good respectable service. If I could I would give them negative stars.

Been there a few times before and they are rude and charge a little too much. On my most recent visits I called at 630pm to make sure they were open, the lady said they were until 730pm that night. I asked again, "Are you sure you are open untill 730?" cuz i didn't want to drive over there for nothing. She said "Yes". I arrive at 650pm and they say they are closing early and to comeback tommorow morning. I show up the next morning and one of the workers that showed up says they "are closed for the day". I advise saving yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I waited for a while to get someone fo help me, then I told the guy what I needed and he did help. I had a spare cause my tired had ripped apart and he said he would sell me a used one for $45! Then I said I didn't have that much and said ok can go pay now for the switch. I then asked to see a $45 tire they brought me one and it looked good but then I said it's still tok much and he grabbed the tire and as he walked away said on then forget it! I was sooo pissed off! How do you do that to a person that respects that job and I am a girl I have no idea how this stuff works! But yes you are mad cause you could not poke my eyes out for that price!! Very upset with that place! I give it a 0 no manners and bad customer service!

0 stars. DON T GO HERE. The man told me that for my Honda Pilot the tire alignment was $65. I waited about 30 minutes and when I went to check out the lady was charging me $80 for the tire alignment and kept saying how I was wrong. I went outside to the man and he said that it was $65 for the alignment but she kept saying how she wasn t going to change it. Extremely rude service from the woman in the front.

Poor Service ,I had my receipts and they forgot to put my tire sensors on after buying rim's and tires. Next day drove back to let them know then he charged me 70.00 to put my sensors back on. I Dont RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR NOONE.

Sign said open at 8. Was there until 8:25 still nobody. I went to Guzman couple blocks down Basse. Excellent serice and great prices

I would leave zero stars if I could. I came in three different times in one day for an alignment. Kept getting the runaround and never got the alignment. Waste of time.

Don't ever take your vehicle two Cordova auto mechanics. My car has been there since Saturday, it's Wednesday, they lost my key but they claim that the tow truck driver never gave it to them, the tow truck driver said he gave it to someone named Jose. They have hung up on me twice now, and those that do speak English there don't speak much English. They have never even apologized. This has been the worst experience at a mechanic garage that I have ever had. I'm having AAA tow it to another shop today.

Online it says that the closed at 8p.m so i called to double check lady told me they closed at 730 ok so by 645 i got their i need two new tires and alignment the dude is like sorry we cant do it we getting ready to close worst service ever and this was on friday night i think they were more busy worrying about to go get drunk

We got an alignment and they did a great job. Fast service and friendly atmosphere, plus very affordable.
