Horrible experience at Cordova #1. They had my Cadillac for 11 days, told me is was the coolant thermostat sensor. So they quoted me 240.00 (60.00 for a 15.00 part). I bought the part to save money. Then without calling me they replaced the O-rings and told me total was 250.00. After explaining I didn't authorize that work they said ok won't replace them then. They say car is ready. We get here and they say car is still overheating. They said they replaced the rings but didn't charge me for them yet now the bill is 270.00 and they can't explain why. I asked them if they cleared the codes and they said I don't know. Called Cadillac dealership, talked to head mechanic and said yes gotta clear the codes. So I explained to them what needs to be done. They said ok we will get to it but as of this moment they are standing around laughing. I am pissed and every time I try and talk to them I get I don't know. Don't bring you car here unless you wanna get ripped off and disrespected.
