I was involved in a hit & run accident about a month ago, and this place replaced my bumper along with everything else in the front end of my car. Shoutout to Omar for taking care of everything for me, they did an amazing job with the bumper especially with the paint. I love these guys. My wife drove her car until the coolant was empty. It was smoking. Needless to say, there was a serious lack of maintenance. We tried a couple of mechanics in Alamo Heights but there were long waits and expensive quotes.Collision Inn got us out in one day. They fixed the various problems caused by running a car without coolant and did a complete brake job, including rotors, for around $1,000. They were much cheaper than the others. The work was good.I've used them before when they diagnosed an repaired a longstanding electrical issue that my dealership could never figure out.I highly recommend this family business for quality mechanic work at reasonable prices.

This shop is a easy 10/10, I have been to many shops in San Antonio but for the starters lets just say the whole customer service and team at this facility goes above and beyond for each customer. Ive never worked with such a communicative shop and their friendliness is unmatched. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone I know.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

I went in for an inspection. It's normally $7. Well they charged me $15. When I asked why the owner said that the additional $8 was for their service. What service? I called Jiffy Lube and they said it cost $7. I shared that with the owner and he became angry and asked me to leave. What a rip-off.

Eric�always provides such excellent customer service, the work they do is amazing! I have had to bring my vehicle to them 3 times now and each time the results have been excellent. They keep you updated with the status of your repair, which I love. Highly recommend bringing your car here for repairs. The entire staff is so nice and very friendly.

This shop is by far a 10/10 the service is great entire crew is friendly. I went to get mechanic work on my car the service was awesome I haven't had any problems with my car since they have fixed it. I will continue to use this shop it's the best one I have ever been too the customer service was wonderful thank you so much.

Bought a coupon from groupon and then they charged me an additional $30 after more than the dealership at this point. Took them about 1 hr and 45 minutes for an oil change. Please do not go here. Billy said my appointment was at 11:30am which was actually at 11... He said it will take 40 min. Not likely coming back...

I went to go pick up my suv for an oil change and they did it very quickly not like in other repair shops where they take long. Their awesome attitude towards the customer made me feel comfortable and at ease.

This shop was great for me I took my truck in for mechanic work. Cause I had a bad experience at another shop this one was great the work was amazing I could feel the customer service. They quoted me and told me my car would be ready on this day and it was I was happy with that work.

Was looking for a shop near by to help out a friend who had automobile problems. We knew what the problem was and told management exactly what we wanted to get done on the vehicle. After dropping the vehicle they inspected and told us it was something else, once they fixed it they inspected once more and provided a second inspection of the problem and came up with the issue we had initially brought the car in for.... Now they want us to pay for the upgrades and won't release the car. Really disappointed with how things have been taken care for, if some one is bringing in their car with a specific problem why go looking for more issues and then come back and say "you know what my friend, you were right about the initial problem, but no worry we can fix and it will be good as new". Which we had read the reviews before taking in the vehicle for service, super nice people as an initial front but the true colors came out at the end. Upsetting that people need to get by scamming or taking advantage over other just to get a few more "pesos"

Terrible experience. Went for oil change , quoted 49.99, I said ok that's fine. After they finished they said nevermind its 90 bucks! They wouldn't hand me the keys unless I forked over the funds. On top they charged 4 percent for using card!!never use them again owner will threaten to shoot you

I rate people the way they deserve to be rated. I rated Collision inn 5/5 stars because of the great work they did to my car. The men in the back helped with my car tremendously and professionally with my car, and it's in the best condition it could possibly be in, for a reasonable price. They also did an estimate, gave it to my insurance, and gave it to me within less than 10 minutes.I recommend all you out there to get your car fixed at Collision INN. and Fleet Services.

Went in for an inspection and to start, the gentleman assisting lacked basic manners. He returned after the inspection claiming my gas cap was not working properly and quoted an additional $30 to fix it(I m sure not including labor). I refused service and headed down to Oil Change Express who did the inspection and checked out the gas cap and saw that it was just fine as suspected.Beware of Collision Inn, seems very sketchy and scam like in my opinion.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I came in for an estimate on my '16 traverse about 2 weeks ago. I was rear ended and it needed some work. I waited about 15 minutes and they had my insurance on the line with them. Once it got approved they kept the car with them, and I had no ride home, so they offered me one!! Last week I picked it up and it looked brand spankin new; they even washed it for me from the inside out! (it was pretty dirty).This place was great, I'll definitely be back for anything I need.

I highly recommend them . Eric was friendly, had the best customer service. Kept me in the loop about what was wrong with my car and what needed to be done. Will definitely be going back when I need my car serviced!

Quoted one price over the phone before we authorized them to fix it, and when we picked up the car it was $111 more. Needless, to say, we won't be using them EVER again, ,plus a surcharge to use the card. We got cash to pay to avoid the surcharge but it was for the amount they gave us over the phone. We definitely feel scammed.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I made an appointment on Tuesday for a synthetic oil change and spoke to a very friendly employee who set the date and time for my appointment. He asked what type of vehicle I drive and I let him know the make and model of my Audi. The employee mentioned that there was a chance that I'd need to buy an additional quart of oil above and beyond the allowances stipulated within the groupon deal. I let the employee know that this was of course okay.My appointment rolled around on Friday and I left work early on an especially busy day, taking my work with me to this business across town. When I arrived, I walked into a dirty and dingy waiting room and was morosely greeted by a man who later claimed to be the manager. Behind him, I saw my name and make/model of my car clearly printed on a large white board along with my appointment time. The manager demanded that I pay him an additional $120 dollars on TOP of my groupon voucher. I let him know that this was not the conversation I had with his employee on Tuesday. The manager proceeded to tell me that they would never charge under $50 for an Audi or a Mercedes car oil change. I let him know that this is actually what I paid for and that those two car models are no different in oil change process than any other vehicle. I also said that Wal-Mart's auto center charges $45 for a full synthetic oil change. The manager said "Well, then go to Wal Mart." I left the shop absolutely horrified that the manager had tried to take advantage of a female, groupon customers, and patrons just so happening to drive "an Audi or a Mercedes" which clearly reveals a personal chip on the shoulder of this particular manager.Needless to say, I went on to get my synthetic oil change the next day at Big O Tires (not a mom and pop shop!) and was treated BEAUTIFULLY and will be a return customer there. Save yourself the trouble and heart ache and do NOT attempt to use this business.

PUBLIC WARNING! Dont trust this place . We really got screwed over 4k of work they said they did but we had to put our vehicle in another shop to actually get the job done right. They do not care about the customer . They made more problems for our vehicle and didn't care to fix it either. For the problems occurred after our vehicle was in their care, they said it had nothing to do with the work they did (not true) They also said we needed another $400+ job done on the problem they caused & we got a second opinion, and it was just a missing bolt & was done for free. The older man Bille is nice at first, but he is not a man of his word or honest about the mistakes they made and he turns into a jerk when you ask them to please check the job again . They wouldn't even let us test drive before we paid. What a horrible experience. We are currently seeking legal action.

I was told by a gentlemen at the front counter that you couldn't use groupon on a vehicle with semi-syntheic oil. Obviously, lying to get the customer to pay more. I have been using semi synthetic as per my vehicle guidelines but again obvious that they have been pulling this off on unsuspecting individuals. Read testimonials on groupon to see for yourself. I did refund the groupon but patrons please be weary of places like this, its sketchy places like this that, you must question there integrity. Buyer really beware. Should have read the reviews. I could Tell right away when they wanted to do state inspection out of My view thatSomething Seamed a little off. So I walkedAround Bldg to find them trying to take somethingApart or off under the hood of my car. This wasNot a Normal state inspection and they were definitely Startled and caught off Guard when I made my self known by asking whatThey were doing under the hood ofMy car. Try To avoid this Place like the covid 19 pandemic. Customer service was notFriendly or helpful either.

BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS IS A DISHONEST BUSINESS!!! I went for Texas state inspection and was told that my gas cap was leaking and thus my vehicle failed the inspection. ( My vehicle has a sensor that will indicate that there is a problem with the gas cap). I was then told it could be replaced for $30. I said no. I purchased a gas cap then went to a reputable TSI place. They inspected my car and it passed without having the gas cap replaced! These guys are cheats and liars! Do not ever use them!!!

My car had a few scratches here and there that were pretty big and my bumper was accidentally hit by someone else and at collision inn they repaired it like brand new. I would 100% recommend

THEY ARE CROOKS!!!Went in for an inspection since it is next to the tax office and they took a very long time to do their inspection. When they finally told me they were failing my vehicle, they said it was due to the inner tie rod ends and it would cost $700+ to fix. My vehicle doesn't have tie rod ends, and that is a part that is not included in inspection. Went elsewhere for a different opinion and passed immediately.Do not give this place your business.

Came in an hour before they closed and asked for a simple oil change. They turned me away because "it would take to long to do before we closed, you should come back on monday" this was on friday by the way. I've never heard of it taking more than 15 min. to do an oil change. Despite the smell of weed they were at least nice after the excuses.

I worked there and saw him rip off customers, doing things like charge 300$ for a brake job. Not to mention he tried to stop me from getting my tools when I quit(could be your car). And in my 6 months there I had seniority over all the employees, and Abbot Yasin the owner could'nt tell how many cylinders a vehicle has without researching.

The customer service there is great, especially because I live out of town a friend and family recommended going there I was uncertain but when I got there Eric was a great help and kept me involved with everything they were going to do with my car.
