Great experience here. Sam, my service provider, was amazing and took care of my vehicle. I went here to get some hail damage taken care of. My vehicle looks NEW again, I'm so happy with the work and service I received from this location. Great communication, great interactions with staff, I definitely recommend them. Thank you, Sam!

I was apprehensive with trying a new place. My last experience forced me to explore other options. When I walked in, I was greeted politely. The facility was clean and spacious. They have a complimentary coffee station and plenty of seating. My advisor Sam came out and got me on my way quickly. He was very courteous and straightforward. I had my car back two weeks later. I was told every step of the way what to expect and when. The communication was next level. The workmanship was amazing. I wasn t able to see any sign of the repair. If ever I have any collision repair needs, I will certainly be back.

So I ve used them twice. First experience no issues. Second experience wasn t. Like other people have said, the customer service is terrible. I was initially receiving updates through and given a certain date. The updates stopped the day I was supposed to pick it up. I had to call them 4 days in a row. Each time I told them I would like to be updated even if it s a quick call or text that my car needs more time. I m not upset it took longer, it was the excuses and lack of communication from them. How do you give a customer a date then fail to communicate changes. I got to the point where I felt like something happened to my car and they were keeping it a secret. The day I finally heard back from my service rep after over a week of no communication she didnt give me a time. She said she d call me and didn t. I had to pull up to the place because it was after hours and no one was answering the phone. She later had all these excuses. I would not recommend this place at all. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they fixed my glass and I had no issues the first time with a different service representative.

After a great experience with caliber collision, I was hesitant to not take my car there and taking it to Classic Collision. Although the reviews weren t great, I had a very pleasant experience. Their service was comparable to caliber collisin. They communicated every step of the way nearing the completion and repair of my car. They also did a great job and made it look like new after a an attempted car theft. I d come back here.

Generally bad experience dealing with this shop. Insurance recommended this place and the shop took their sweet time to get vehicle repaired. Over 3 months and the lack of concern was evident when I dealt with them. I would look somewhere else to get repairs done.

I do not recommend this place, I saw red flags as soon as I got there. A customer walked in angry and gestured through the glass for the manager to come outside, it appeared he had damage to his vehicle he just got repaired. Even with that I was okay, because I honestly just wanted estimate on my truck from hail damage from months prior. I was going through my insurance who set me up to drop off vehicle there. I told representative, I just wanted the estimate done and I told them to contact me before they do any type of work because I wanted to know how much it was going to be, if they were going to replace any parts, total it out, etc. I also didn t sign any paperwork authorizing them to repair vehicle. Another red flag is he said it would take about a week to do estimate and two weeks to fix it. I told him again, I just wanted estimate and I would decide then if I wanted to get it repaired or not. Representative never told me, we don t do that or that s not the process, he just said that process takes awhile since they were working on several vehicles. Needless to say I called a week later, I was told, I would be called back. I drove straight to Classic Collusion and my truck was parked in front apparently fixed and ready to go, I talked to the manager and basically started arguing with him because he accused me of just wanting the payout, I told him that besides the point and really none of his business. Top it off no parts were replaced, most of hail damage was fixed but I still had pink marking and circular blemishes all over the truck, especially the hood that had the most damage. I also had new minor damage that, he said was already there, it appeared damage was from the part being clamped down too tightly. He said, I ll waive deductible and replace the hood, which I reluctantly accepted because I did not want to go through the hassle of going through litigation. Which also just tells me they knew they were wrong. Top it off they charged insurance company $9200, and they didn t replace any parts. The vehicle was supposed to be fixed a few days later, which end up taking 3 weeks and I only got one call with voicemail telling me vehicle wasn t going to be ready in time because hood arrived damaged and that is the name of the game. Luckily I have another vehicle because I didn t have rental coverage, I can t imagine someone else going through this and not having another vehicle. Anyways I wasn t satisfied with the work done and definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. There is a reason why they were the only collusion center with availability available, the other were weeks or months out, but if I could do it all over again I would wait weeks before going back to this place or any place associated with it.Service: Painting

Really bad experience. They did not call me that my car is ready. And blamed me that I did not picked up on time. And my rental company charged me 400 dollars. very dishonest people. They lie infront of your face.also they even did not fix my car right the trunk is hard to open. I would never give my car to classic collusion at San Pedro.very very dishonest people. Never trust them.

I had a 2009 Honda Civic. Due to someone denting it, we can to get it fixed. Two days after getting it into this place, they call us saying it was totaled.

My bumper sensor got loose when I got my Ford Expedition (similar model shown in my picture, but it's not my actual car) washed. The result was an annoying beep whenever I backed up the car.I had seen ProCare in my daily travels and decided to give them a shot. Their waiting room was very clean and the staff was friendly. Joe Ortiz in particular was patient with me and went over all of my options and broke down the costs so I understood what to expect.In the end, I was able to get my repairs done, faster than expected and they reduced the cost once they realized one of the fixes was actually easier than it appeared from the outside during the quote estimate.I can respect ProCare as they are patient, honest and do the work better than expected.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give this rating no stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced, Unprofessional. flakey, no idea how to run a business or communicate with their customers. Dropped off my vehicle for repairs for 6 hours. when I picked up my vehicle, nothing was done. Called to discuss. left on hold for over 10 minutes twice with no call back call and left message with receptionist , never got a call back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE.!! and btw, the rep that was helping me got fired. before my vehicle was repaired.

Hail-damaged car becomes AMM-damaged car. Does it become a "can't fix" or a "won't fix" situation? Read on to find out.An unfortunate run-in with golf ball sized hail led to over $8000 worth of damage on a recent year Mazda CX-5 SUV. Turned the car in April 20th, and it was finally returned for good as of September 24th - 5 months later!Initial car repair wasn't completed until July 6th. Every estimate and updated estimate given to me was missed. The first replacement roof arrived damaged and needed to be re-ordered, the paint job was done incorrectly had to be repainted, the installed trim was shop damaged and had to be replaced.The shop didn't follow through on updates as these issues happened, and estimated completion dates would come and go and I'd have to reach out to find out that we were delayed another week due to shop mistakes or lack of work being done. I involved the regional manager Robert on June 17th, but that didn't speed things up at all. I contacted Robert again by both email and voicemail on July 1st, but never received a call back. We were finally notified that the car was ready after 11 weeks of repair time.My wife arrived to pick up the car and she immediately noticed visible scratches and missing paint on the repainted lift gate (pic). The key fob was damaged at the shop causing a keyless system malfunction (pic). The cruise control system and blind spot monitoring system were both no longer functioning. The passenger door was not watertight and the interior column became soaked as soon as it rained. The car was returned for further work (to a closer AMM shop - Anderson Mill) on July 12th. I did a full walk-around of the vehicle with my contact there, and provided a list of all the issues (pic). Got a call July 29th that the car was ready.The car was a mess. There were MORE issues with clear coat bubbling, there wasn't any repainting so all issues with chipped edges on panels, bare metal patch and scratches on lift gate, popped bubbles in paint layer, and more that I covered with them were still there. Trim wasn't installed correctly. It was a complete neglect to repair many of the obvious issues that were covered in the original complaint, my call with Regional Manager Robert, my walk around of the vehicle with staff, AND on the printed list of issues I provided them.I refused delivery and requested a meeting with Robert. We did a walk around of the vehicle, I gave him all the details and a write-up of what was wrong. He promised to make the vehicle a priority and expected it would be 8-10 days shop time (back again at the San Pedro location) to complete. That was August 4th. Communication since was horrible, he didn't follow-up with me and I'd reach out to try and find out the car's status. Finally, after no response to texts + a call to Robert for a week, I called the shop on September 20th and found out that my car was ready for delivery. Javier agreed to send me the documentation on car repairs completed and call right back after scheduling delivery (as I'm 1 1/2 away from the shop). Never heard back and didn't get the promised documentation, so I called next day. Javier let me know I'd hear from the towing company that evening or the next day, promised to send me to car repair documentation. Got a call from the shop the next day that the car could be delivered that evening, but the car never showed up. Called next afternoon and they said I cancelled the delivery. TERRIBLE! UNRELIABLE! WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS!I took my car for an estimate July 17, 2023, after a hit and run accident from a drunk driver. I was told I would get an estimate within days. It is now July 31, 2023, and I still have not gotten my estimate. I can't get anyone to answer or return my calls, and even my insurance agent is getting the runaround.And I've been paying for my rental OUT OF MY OWN POCKET!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET AN ESTIMATE OR BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE SHOP.

Brought my car in for grill and bumper damage, when I picked it up had large crack on windshield. And now I have to return my car cause my car falling apart. Bumper coming off and front grill doesn t even line up. I absolutely hate this place and I don t recommend anyone to get their vehicle fixed in their location. As of right now I had to have my insurance involved so they get situated for me. I can t deal with their excuses

Do not take your vehicle here. After I was hit, my truck was taken here for repairs. They had my truck in the shop for 6 MONTHS. Progressive paid them 25k for repairs only for them to cut corners. My truck has a water leak from where the rear window seal was not put back correctly. The back seat, where my child sits, was not bolted down, cup holders missing, broken A/C vents, camper shell was not fully bolted down, lights were not connected, the paint is scratch the list goes on list goes on. Feel free to call me Classic Collision . I d love to hear what your management had to say.

Do NOT come here to this location, you WILL regret it. Someone crashed my brand new car, and other collision places were booked out. The regret!!! First off they took forever to fix my car, never responded or gave updates, charged my insurance 15k and then gave me a broken car back. It didn't sound the same when I drove off, the"is my car on?" silence when I turned it on anymore, it was noisy. I received the car late so I paid the dealer to closely inspect it only 3 days later. They gave me a receipt of damages left on the car (leaking caliper, bent rim)and where the noise is coming from (the wheel bearings). I took it it back and they shrugged their shoulders and said "yeah I don't see it" even with the proof of the inspection!!! I have had to pay out of pocket to fix what they should have because once you leave the lot the warranty doesn't cover it because it could have been from "abuse" to the vehicle. Progressive won't do anything about it because "they already paid". Their "warranty" is a legit joke. Or maybe it's just this place and bad service, others seem to have better reviews.

My car was taken here after an accident that left a lot of damage to the rear driver side of the car. After about a month they called me to tell me the car would be ready for pick up on a Friday. On Friday morning the shop manager calls me to let me know the car will not go into gear and it may need a new transmission. They sent the car to the dealership to replace transmission and fix any other error code it may have. I don t understand why this wasn t done when the car first arrived at the shop and sat there waiting for parts to arrive. After about another month I was finally able to pick up my car. They had disconnected my subwoofer and amp and just threw it back in the trunk after they were done. They did not bother to reconnect and mount my audio system. All my personal belongings from the car were/are missing. I even asked them more than one time if I should remove all my personal belongings from the car and they said they would take care of them. Items missing include sunglasses, perfumes, floor and trunk mats and a baby car seat. They also stained the the rear and driver seat, steering wheel and driver side door panel with a black tar substance. There was also black tar spots all over front passenger door. To top it off the didn t fix the rear door where most of the damage was. When I pulled the door handle to open that door the handle almost came completely off and there was loud clicking noises coming from it. After two months this is how they returned my 2020 Honda Civic to me. I reached out to them and the manager assured me he would locate my items and get them back to me but I haven t heard from him since early May. I took the car to another procare collision location hoping they would fix the rest of the issues but after another month they only fixed the rear door handle and black spots on passenger side door. I was extremely disappointed with the what procare collision considers high quality repair and exceptional customer service.It s been six months since getting the car back and seems like every week we find something new that wasn t put back correctly or damaged. You can hear wind blowing from the driver side door and I can t figure out why it s so loud. I though it was because rubber seal strip wasn t reinstalled correctly. Had it redone and still hear the noise. There s a burn hole in the back seat that looks like a cigarette burn but no one that is around the car smokes. I really want to be happy with the work that they did but this is my fianc� s first car ever and it was new now it looks like she s had it for five years. Still to this date the company has not returned my missing items or refunded me for having to pay out of pocket to clean up the poor job they did. They also charged my insurance company for things that were not done to my car that they claimed they did. I know my insurance paid for the tire that needed to be replaced even though I provided all four tires and replacement of parts that were never replaced. I m working with someone to go down the list of things that were paid out and didn t get done.

I signed up for text notifications for progress on my car's repairs. I never received a single notification in over the 2 weeks they had my car, and if I called and asked for one, it was still hard to obtain. HOWEVER, they replaced the key entry cover on my door handle and that wasn't part of the claim. I appreciate them going above and beyond in that aspect. Javier was very helpful and explained everything well since I hadn't had an accident in 22 years and wasn't familiar with the process. He even helped me with my kids' booster seats and folding chairs. I would recommend.

Updated.Upgraded from 1 star. Jeff contacted me and apologized and offered to detail my Yukon, for the lack of cleaning. They informed me they ordered the additional part and will contact me when it arrives.My suggestion is to use another shop! We have always gone to Associated Collision, but they are not GEICO preferred. This is a GEICO preferred shop, I am unsure why. I had storm damage and the only way to get the lifetime guarantee on repairs is to use a preferred shop.They try to get you to sign and pay for the repairs before showing you the car, why, because they did not complete the repairs. I had to take it because I already returned the rental.The car was returned filthy, inside and out, there was something dripped on the interior door panels and dirt scuffed on the back and sides of the seats. I didn't even want to touch it to drive it home The outside was filthy, never have I had a vehicle get body work and it come back dirtier than I left it.The perks don't end there! They also charge you a 3.5% fee on your deductible, that nobody tells you about, if you use a credit card. If they had informed me I could have paid debit but that would mean less $ for them.Not worth it, there are better options!Service: Body & Trim

Really great repair, but took off a star for customer service. I tried calling a different times weeks apart just to get a simple status update on my car. No call backs from my "assigned" service rep. I didn't even get a call when my car was done. I had to call myself just to find out it was done. Basic customer service and follow-ups go a long way, especially when it concerns someone's mode of transportation. The front desk people were very kind though. It's the service reps who need a refresher on customer service.

I do not recommend this place to anyone even if this is their insurances prefer shop. Because my wife and I had the worst experience with them we had an accident to the front end of our vehicle and we went to them because our insurance preferred them but when we finally got our car after six weeks. My wife started to notice little imperfections in the front in repair they used the correct brand of part but not the correct sub model also when we were told them about it they simply told us that they re not responsible for the any vehicle that leaves or lot after repairs because we might have hit something to make that bumper come off when in reality and the state of Texas we have six months for any car repair to be satisfied by the customer. Another reason when we went to pick up our vehicle after they inspected it they just handed me the keys and walked off and did not give me any explanation when I also wanted to speak with the manager she was supposedly not available. When we took our vehicle to get repair at another shop they showed us all of the poor workmanship that classical collision had supposedly repaired. They were clips missing they did a poor paint job they ordered the wrong parts all in all do not recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Terrible customer service and work done on the vehicle. I was in a wreck and took my brand new 2022 car there for service. First they gave me a POS rental. Literally older than I was. But I was okay, didn t really bother me. The told me they ordered the wrong parts so I would have to wait another couple weeks to get OEM parts. Next they told me my vehicle was finished and when on arrival they installed the total opposite color (chrome) on my vehicle which the other side was all black (factory). I was starting to get frustrated. They told me they can fix the car so I was okay. Showed up a week later to pick up my car. Drove off the lot and once I got to pick up my friend the passenger door doesn t even open from the inside only the outside. You would think they would inspect the whole car before giving it back to me. Would not recommend.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle here for insurance work. They kept my Suburban past the point of my covered rental. I called 4 times throughout the process. Left messages but no one ever called me back. Once I came to pick up my vehicle the the new parts they put on had scratches and were not put together flush. None of the collision detection worked and my vehicle was worse than when I started. I have requested a manager 3 times now. No one has contacted to date.I had to call my insurance company about them billing for work that was not preformed. (Insurance fraud) Filed a police report for billing for services not preformed.If you value your vehicle or your money run.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I got into a car accident a couple weeks ago and took my car here I was lucky to work with Sam(The service advisor) who took great care of me and kept me inform and up to date with everything that was going on with my car thank you so much Sam! Couldn t have asked for a better experience will definitely be recommending this place too friends and family

This company was a preferred company for my insurance. My car was towed to this location and I was told by my insurance company that they would call me once they received all the paperwork. They didn t call, so I called them the following day. I was told that it was assigned to Sam and that he would call me the next day (because they advertise that they give estimates within 24 hours). They didn t call. I called again the next week and was sent to a voicemail. I didn t hear back so I called again. I was then told that that my vehicle was never assigned to anyone and they didn t even know anything about me or my vehicle. At this point they had my vehicle for 10 days and no one bothered to look at it. I finally was able to get in contact with Sam who apologized and said that it was my insurance companies fault that they didn t know they had possession of my vehicle. I accepted his apology and he assured me that he would look at my vehicle the moment we got off the phone and he promised me that he would call me by 5:30 to give me an update. He didn t call me. I called the next day and was sent to his voicemail. He didn t call me back. I called the next day and spoke to Javier who told me that Sam looked at the vehicle and send part request to Ford to see if they had them in stock. He told me that he would have Sam call me back that day. He didn t call. I called the next day and got passed around the phone line and spoke to Liz (Sam s helper). I was told by Liz that they would be sending my car to a place that could repair electric vehicles. She couldn t tell me where they would send it to or when they would send, just that they could not repair it.My car has now been at ProCare for almost 3 weeks and I ve lost valuable time not having a vehicle. They sat with my car there for 2 weeks and did nothing. Their 24 hour quote is a lie. The employees should not make promises to call customers back if they do not intend to call them back. I am in disbelief about their lack of communication and ability to simply pass the blame to someone else.I will be requesting them to reimburse me for my car rental fees for the time that my car has been at their shop.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want a company that stands by their promises. This company is so incredibly unorganized. I am disappointed and will be sure to tell anyone that I can talk to not to use this company for vehicle repairs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past two weeks for some kind of update on my vehicle. Every single time I call, I get put on hold. There have been 2 separate instances where I have been on hold for 45 MINUTES ONLY TO GET HUNG UP ON! Currently on hold for the rep, Sam, who never seems to be there. I have been told that they would give them my message to get a call back but have no received anything. This body shop has to have the absolute worst customer service that I have ever encountered in any business. I understand that there is a shortage on parts and labor availability but that is no excuse to not simply answer my question on the status of my vehicle.EDIT: I got some information from my car insurance that they have had the vehicle for 2 weeks and have not inspected it for damages yet.
