I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Classic Collision, with a special mention of Sam for his exceptional service. This is the second occasion on which I have entrusted my Jeep for repair at your facility, and my decision to return was primarily influenced by the outstanding work Sam had previously delivered. From the seamless rental pick-up process to the overall smooth handling of the repair, the level of service was truly remarkable. A key highlight for me was the effective communication maintained between Sam and myself throughout the entire process. I am thoroughly satisfied as a customer, which is evidenced by my return visit for this subsequent repair. Despite having other options available to me, I was compelled to return due to the exceptional customer service provided. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Adrian, the painter, and Pablo for their contributions to the successful completion of the job. Thank you all for your dedication and professionalism.

I have had two vehicles repairs after car accident at Classic Collision on West Ave.Joseph the service advisor and his staff fixed my vehicle and worked with my Insurance to provide me a hassle free experience. Vehicle was returned good as new, detailed, and was updated along the whole process. Both time vehicle was returned promptly. They are so good they even repair back work done by other collision shops. I highly recommend them. At least in my experiences, I am more than beyond satisfied, and will continue to being my vehicles in the future if I am so unlucky to need there services again.

I recently had my wrecked Mercedes repaired at Classic Collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service I received. Classic Collision has the friendliest staff! It can be intimidating going into a body shop as a woman but I felt extremely comfortable and understood. Drew was so nice and helpful, I truly appreciate him working so diligently and communicating with me throughout the whole process. I will be recommending classic collision on west avenue to everyone I know!

Hands down would not recommend.Work isn't great some times parts don't get put back in.They say they'll fix it and they don't .I had my car there for 3 months . For it to not get fixed correctly.I had to get progressive involved because of the workmanship.Eventually they couldn't fix the car correctly and I ended up having to take it to caliber collision.Where it was repaired correctly. Caliber collision took the time to correct all issues with the car ended up replacing the quarter panel since it looked like the previous shop botched it .10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Got into a hit and run, and my insurance made me bring my car here. After 3 weeks of repairs i finally get my car. While driving a day or so later, a large piece of trim flys off my car on 1604. I told my rep about it and it took them 3 weeks to order a $60 part I could have picked up at a local dealership that day. My passenger door now whistles when driving over 40mph. I'd like to have them fix it but I know it'll take forever and/or not be fixed properly. Poor quality work.

Drew fit us in eventhough they were booked for the next 2 weeks. My car should be ready next week. Everyone from the Secretary to the service guys were professional and made you feel at home.

They gave me a date of Sept 18th. Throughout the process, they would text me and let me know phases my vehicle is at. Once the date they gave me was getting closer, the updates were not as often. Started informing me that the vehicle still needed more time, and that would be 4 more days til completion. To be off by a whole week from the completion date given is terrible customer service. I will not go back to them and will not recommend them to anyone

These folks are great. They do excellent work, fast and at a very reasonable price. This time, it was to apply a hood stone guard on a brand new car. Any botch would have stood out. They attached it correctly in under :15 minutes. Excellent. I've had other work done by these folks, and they got it right every time. If I need car body work, this is where I'm going. I highly recommend them with confidence.

Took my car here to get a hit and run dent fixed and they did amazing!! Drew specifically was super helpful throughout the entire process. Did not have a good experience. They answered the phones with attitude. Did not give thorough explaination on what they were doing to car and what exactly was wrong with the car. Waste of money. :( NOT TO MENTION, my car has a FULL tank of gas, picked up on empty nice job.Services: Painting, Brakes, BatteryServices: Painting, Brakes, Battery

I put in 2 insurance claims: 1 for tailgate damage and one for front fender damage along with rear taillights not working properly, a damaged tire, and some minor scratches. David was my claims handler. The time took about 3 weeks mostly because of the shipping of materials. The taillights and tire were still not working properly when I was given my truck back. I returned and within a day I was given a new tire and the taillights just needed new batteries. David was very patient, got another guy to take care of the issue and they also took the time to take me home and deliver my truck back to me. Thank you very much! Awesome job, completed the repair quicker than expected, and Shawn did an excellent job adjusting the repairs at no hassle and minimal wait. Also, Miranda and the front team are very good and I appreciate the driver and taxi service as well.

I had originally used the classic collision on the north side but for some reason all state didn t have them in the system so I had to choose another classic collision center and this was a close one to my house. What should have been a weeks job took almost a month. They did finish the first round in a week but the work they wanted me to take home was not up to par. Paint job was incorrect, chips were found, small debri under the paint job, trunk handle was wobbly/loose. Took it back, was told it would take 15min then a day a week went by and I was told it was ready went to pick up and the painter just tried painting over the chips which was just awful left it again. Was told cat would be ready the next day no call. I was patient and understanding. Friday came by and had been busy and no call whatsoever so I called and was told the tech was busy ( nice guy btw ) but I mean nice wasn t getting my car back so I asked to speak to the manager. Manager called me and was apologetic but at this point it was already going on 4 weeks that the car was in their shop. I was told that in this business these things happen it happened every time to me apparently. Thankfully the call got them moving and they had the car ready by Saturday. Moral of the story check the detail work and don t take anything less than the right work. I don t know why it was so hard to get the job done right. But do y all s research and make sure you review these places. It happened to me in the past where I was talked into taking not so good work home and I still kick myself for it. Had my son's car fixed here. They were very efficient in many ways, from staying in communication with us to the repair being done in a very timely manner. The car was done when they said it would be. That rarely happens these days with any kind of company. In addition, the quality of their work was excellent and everyone that we encountered there was very professional and very friendly. When you first walk in, the lady that greets you and first assists you is super friendly and very helpful. Jim was excellent to work with. Highly recommend AMM Collision.

Stephanie and Drew were both very helpful. Stephanie did a great job communicating with me and providing timely updates, which were a relief. I was also pleased with everyone else who helped me whenever I called and visited, a professional friendly staff all around. Office kept me up to date on all repairs to my car. When I picked up my car, Jim went over all repairs completed and warranty information. Super nice office and staff. My car looks amazing. I am very happy with the results. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing car repair services. Five stars!!!

Today I left incredibly satisfied from my second visit to AMM Collision. My first visit was as a Geico customer, and this visit was as someone hit by a progressive customer. In both situations, dropping and picking up my vehicles was effortless. Their association with a nearby car rental company makes getting and leaving your rental a breeze. Their work is top notch and my vehicle looked perfect when the repairs were complete--a day early! The staff were very kind and accommodating to the fact that I could not be contacted via phone during my repairs. Very highly recommend!

Mechanic and body work was beautifully done . The office employees are extremely professional.The reason for the one star is someone took the car for a joy ride using a significant amount of fuel as well as VOMITING IN THE CAR and down the paneling and window.A semi attempt was made to clean it but honestly it was so extremely violating..completely over shadowed the work done.Stephanie was kind enough to send a mobile cleaner out and he fixed up the car extremely well. You decide what you will with this experience. Thank you Stephanie and thank you mechanic who did flawless body work.

Good service and quality work. Intake process takes a while, but everyone is very pleasant. Has a convenient rental car counter inside. They also have complimentary Keurig coffee and bottled water for customers. Work was done a day earlier than expected. However they didn't call until just before closing on Friday, so my vehicle still stayed in the shop all weekend. Quality of work done was good.
