In town from Chicago to pick up a trailer. We needed to have the existing ball on our truck cut off since it was welded on. They told us bring it in and they would do it right away. They cut off the old ball, welded a receiver on, sold us an adjustable 2 ball hitch and a light adapter in about an hour! Super friendly people! Great service! And they most definitely could have taken advantage of us given that we were from out of town and needed it taken care of right away, but they DID NOT! All this was done professionally at a fair price!!! Thanks guys and gal!!! Be sure to check them out for all your trailer rental, repair and hitch needs. You won t be disappointed!!!

I took my truck there to get worked on left it with the son's owner and he put 1100 miles using it for his personal use they never worked on it and didnt get my money i left them for parts and had to hunt him down for 2 weeks and finaly found him at his house and picked up my truck.

Went to have front stand on my trailer reattached that broke from tack spot.$50 for a crooked weld, burn hole in frame AND wiring. I figured $20/$25 tops retack to original spot. Even I know rods were too hot. Lousy job. I used to trust these guys, but now. :(. Some workers are good...others are just plain "wanna be". Customer beware. Second time for a different issue with same results. Mr. Ciello you need quality control mgr.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Cielo saved the day! After waiting over an hour at takev5 for them to tell e they couldn't do inspections because their system had been down for days, I pulled into the closed Cielo and explained and they took care of it right then. And I was able to get my tags after all. Awesome people and service!

Check better business bureau they have changed names of the owner many times to avoid being sued. Took my car there one time for a clutch and they refused to give me back my car the owners son was driving my car around town. Mr. Cielo told me it would be $500.00 then he changed his mind and said I had to pay $1,200.00 to get my car or trade him for a truck he had. The son showed up at my house with a 24 ounce beer in hand asking if I can just let him keep the car, I had to call the cops. I ended up paying to get my car back. I had a 1995 Honda Civic. This place needs to be shut down.

Low prices and they have a lot of trailers. They do everything here. They do state inspections, welding, trailer repair- they do it all. Im sure if I ask the owner i need a fence, he will come thru- these are hard working people. & they have the equipment you need.

Best to go get a rim welded or to do a state inspection. Both of these I have done and let me just say that they have saved me alot of worrying because I couldn't find no one to fix what I was needing help with. Thank you guys for everything.

Used to love this place. Fast forward new management & literally got $800 of things I didn't need! Took for suspension ck, got everything but. Just paid an HONEST shop $1000 to fix a bent frame. DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE, THEY ARE NO LONGER HONEST

Rented a trailer Dolly from cielo and blew a tire out by pearsall with no vehicle on it on the way to pick it up. Went to the nearest tractor supply to buy a 2 set bc the other was bald on the inside part of the tire and didn t want to risk another blowout. After returning the trailer they only paid for one tire and not the other. Did not like how one of the workers was trying to argue with me about the blown out tire. First and last time renting from them. Cielo is supposed to Inspect the trailer tires before being rented and used by others since that s y all s profession.

Trailer equipment rental was in decent condition. We rented the trailer for 2 days cause we weren't sure if we would make it back by end of day to turn in, but we were able to return same day. Front desk person did not want to refund for second day rental they said they don't do refund for services paid for and not used. After speaking with front desk cashier they finally gave refund but only of partial of sub total amount did not refund full amount. Now I know that it is only a few dollars difference but still doesn't make it okay. Beware of this place and be careful when doing business with people like this.

Bad Experience! Won't be Doing Business There Again!Buyer Beware!I did not have a very positive experience with a trailer hitch install at Cielo Trailers. Prior to this install, I had a trailer hitch install done by them back in 2008 with no problems. They quoted me $200 back then and my install included the hitch and wiring harness. With my latest install, which was on December of 2016 , I called ahead of time and was quoted $200 for the install. I was told it generally takes about an hour for the install but depending on how busy they were, but could take up to 3 hours but no more than that. I took my vehicle in and was prepared to wait for the install, I went across the street and ate at the hamburger place. Well, after 4 hours I finally walked over to find out what was taking so long. I was told they were just about done . After another 30 minutes I could see they were still working on the install. When it was finally done I was tired and ready to pay and leave. I took a quick look at the hitch when they brought my SUV out and then left. When I got home I did a closer inspection and to my surprise, there was no wiring harness! I immediately called and talked to a man (unfortunately I did not get his name) and he seemed to be aware of what had happened, he was actually very apologetic and said they would do the wiring harness install, he even offered to send someone to my house to install. Unfortunate for me, I did not take him up on his offer. I told him I would just return the next day. Next day, I decided to call in before I took my SUV in. This time I spoke to a different guy who also seemed to know about this install and this time it was a completely different story. Now I got the story that it was too costly for the wiring harness and install and that I d have to pay an additional $175. I explained that I was quoted $200 for the hitch and wiring harness and also explained that the man yesterday was going to do it as part of the original quoted price. My complaint was to no avail. They did not budge. I will not be doing business with place again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I had actually just recommended this place to one of my friends a few days before the install, but I quickly contacted them and told they my about my latest incident. My friend will not be going there either.

VERY disappointed and actually angry. Went in to ensure no problem with front axle and assembly only for them to pull the wheel and take.off the tire after I'd said it was not the tire. I already knew I had a nail which I would get fixed free with Discount Tire. They charged me $50 to just patch a tire!

I ve gone twice. Each time our company goes to pick up the trailer, something isn t working. Finally this time Pu mechanic said screw it hell just fix it. Specifically paid $350 to re wire trailer, only to have the same wires and be fixing it our selves. They got paid

This place is awesome..as I waited I was entertained by the receptionist Theresa...shes great and Mike is great he fixed my horn for me fixed whatever I needed I was recommended this place and I'm telling you if u need work done this is the spot they are very reasonable these other reviews must be wrong cuz im picky about my spots and I got the BEST customer service EVER from all of these guys and lady that work there...O...O...AND NO SIGN OF ALCOHOL WAS PRESENT!! that's for u for saying they was Mexicans and drinking beer...idiot

Very Friendly, they also do all types of worm, not just rent trailers, which is what I thought. They helped me out fixing a job, a not to be named, Muffler Shop screwed up, for ALOT cheaper then the original shop cost. I would recommned this place to anyone needing vehicle service if they want honest and proper work. Thanks Guys

My Van began thunking and jerking a few weeks after a different "repair" shop fixed a problem in the engine. I took it back to that same shop, and they told me "Well, ma'am, you need new struts." - to the tune of $800.I then took my van to Cielo Service Center for a second opinion/price comparison. John Jr. took it for a test drive and in less than 2 minutes diagnosed the real problem. It was the Engine Mounts, (which incidentally the previous company had installed incorrectly.) Within a day John had my van repaired and gave me an excellent price.Some time later my van freaked me out with a dangerous gas-spewing horror problem. John had it towed in and had it repaired the same day for yet another excellent price.The people at Cielo are the most down-to-earth genuine staff I've ever been relieved by and happy to do business with.If you want your vehicle to be DIAGNOSED CORRECTLY and REPAIRED ACCURATELY - go to CIELO because this is what they are AWESOME at. Speak with John Jr and he will get you back safely on the road with a smile.Chrysler Town & Country owner

Place is packed and parking lot makes it hard to move around. Definitely worth it if you need a trailer. Cheapest rates I've found and I rent a lot. Also does some car work and inspections but have never used them before for anything besides trailers. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly which is why I always go back.

I needed some work done on a van carpet cleaning unit. The mechanics took the unit out and welded the bottom of it. They did a great job, and were able to stay within my budget. I would recommend them to anyone needing mechanic or welding service.Thanks Mr. Cielo and crew!

Very pleased. I am from WA and passing by. I knew that something was wrong with my trailer brakes. Cielo offered to see what was wrong without charging me. I had a loose brake wire & magnet and other broken parts. They fixed it all and made sure both sides were working right for a great price acording to my son who owns trailers. Thank you Cielo!

Needed to rent a trailer. These individuals were not only rude on the phone but also rude in person. The first time I called, I was hung up on. I took my business to Affordable Trailers; they ended up being much more helpful and more friendly than these guys...I DO NOT recommend them if you need to rent a trailer. Plus they're overpriced.

My brother left his trailer there for work to be done on. He got incarcerated a short time after. My father went back in March to see what the status was and was told it wasn't ready yet. But when I called back in March whom Amanda was the first to pick up the phone, then passed to a gentleman, then lastly Kerry who took down my information who was to call me back, because apparently nobody knew where this trailer was nor who my brother was! According to them they had no record of him or the trailer or the description of the trailer on their lot! I had to wait to hear from my brother to tell him what was going on who then told me there was a receipt in his old truck which I found. We are now in May and never was given a call, yes I could have easily went up to the place and started commotion but how is there too if I have no proof, now that there was they want to charge US storage fees? Y'all claimed this trailer didn't exist, and the owner saying "I'm here to help people not rip them off" well you just did that you shiesty!... I was even willing to provide proof of phone records and times and dates of when I called stemming back since March and yet you continued to claim we never came to pick up the trailer when in reality y'all gave us a run around and claim it never existed! Y'all are dirty and need everyone to know of places like this because I know how it is to feel ripped off! Because that is exactly what y'all just did!

Amazing staff who knows what they're doing. I came in with a cracked exhaust and spoke to the owner (Mr.Cielo himself) he apologized and said there is no room available at the time amd to come back at 5:00 and he will definitely help me. I came back at 5 andwas told they we still packed and didn't have time for me by another staff member. Mr.cielo then pointed me out and said he made a deal with me and proceeded to move the current car the were working on to make room for mine. Then he and another worker began working on my car and. I was out in 20 minutes with a quiet exhaust and a smile on my face.You can't beat the cheap prices and service that you'll get at Cielos

They fixed the bent rim I m pretty sure if I was a guy though they wouldn t have tried to keep raising the price on me. Other than that they got it done can t be to mad at that thanks..

They where super busy trying to get to everyone what I liked is they are really nice with the customers but also with each other even as hectic as it was. I can truly say even though they took a little long I did not mind they are all real nice and always letting you know what is going on super great atmosphere and some good prices just wish there was one closer to south side.
