Hi so I have been to this location two time the first time I got an alignment they did good. They recommended I get aftermarket adjustable upper control arms for my Lexus GX470. So I got them and then returned to the same location and did the alignment again and they called me saying they couldn t do they alignment without the upper control arms, which I told them were already replaced. Their response was Oh! . I got a quote for more work to be done, dropped off the vehicle for suspension work. When I picked it up, I was charged almost $300 more than quoted and after getting my vehicle home, noticed parts were loose because of broken off bolts. After all of this, my alignment is still off. I would recommend you take your vehicle anywhere but here. If I could I would give 0 stars.Pictured are my rear shock reservoir mounts. The center bolt, which is the bolt that applies pressure to hold it in place, is broken off, so the reservoir just slides up and down.

They provide a comprehensive vehicle inspection with repair costs for each recommendation. It s all sent to your phone via text followed up with a phone call to explain anything you don t understand. You can choose what you want done to your car from your phone. It s very easy. Super friendly and are extremely professional. I had no question in my mind that I was paying for quality work that was done quickly.

Christian Brothers were supposed to service what we felt was a need to replace front brakes on our Palisade. They not only conducted an inspection of the brakes, but also explained and showed how there was no need to change the brakes yet. Simply very honest and reliable. Highly recommend

I can t even express how lucky I am to have found Christian brothers. I have never been to any other shop that has the service they gave. I also understand owning a car is very expensive but yall did everything to comfort and help me personally. It really felt like family. Very professional outstanding and very clean.

Appreciate the kindness of the staff, and how they are eager to work with you. Love the rides back and forth to get/ return car rental. Clean and upfront about it all. Great to find a trustworthy place to care for my car. :)

Chris Rivas made taking our vehicle in for diagnostics easy and effortless. Price for the work was upfront and straight forward. My car was in the Christian Brothers' shop in less than 12 hours from my initial phone call. Chris was thorough and precise with taking notes during our phone conversation when I described my vehicles issue. Chris and the CB auto-techs kept me updated during the diagnostic process and up to the point that my vehicle was returned. My car was returned fully functional and on schedule at the quoted price. This is what all automotive shop service should be, five-star!

The staff welcomed you like family and there attention was focus on you the customer. They did a very fine job listening to the issues on your vehicle and did not rush you during the whole process. They posted messages on the parts and when every thing was completed and when you could pick it up.I recommend them to anyone who wants a good fair price and great service!!

Great customer service. Got the car towed in about noon and they were able to get it on the computer and programmed way before closing. Super appreciative of this!The price was a littlemore than quoted but was due to a token needed from dealership.

From the moment Brighten* answered to phone I knew this was going to be a positive experience. From timely communication, in depth explanation of concerns, upfront pricing and a clear approval process before work begins, I couldn't have more pleased with my first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. They had the vehicle diagnosed and repairs began within the following hour. I hope I don't have to use a mechanic for a while but if I do, I'll be headed to see Christian Brothers Automotive. Top notch customer service, clean and welcoming waiting area. No complaints.

I m amazed with Christian Brothers Automotive; from the moment I called to when I received my vehicle, my rep was very communicative, patient and caring! The customer service was excellent and having my car back in two days was just the cherry on top! Will be going back for any car issues. This is a top tier mechanic shop. It can be very intimidating walking into a mechanic shop as a female, but I have never had this feeling coming here. I greatly appreciate the courtesy inspection, this has saved me hundreds of dollars. Even though I can get my oil change somewhere else, for cheaper, I rather have quality over a cheaper price. When I come here I know my car is in good hands and I don t feel like I have been taken advantage of.

Shop looks nice inside and out, employees are personable and professional, and the service was swift. They addressed all of my concerns and were able to fix them and return my car within 2 business days. So happy to have my car driving smoothly again!

I am so impressed with Christian Brothers Automotive! My first impression was that they are a very clean and nice facility. Then also everyone inside the office was super welcoming and kind; excellent customer service. Next I noticed that they had Christian music playing in the background. They offered me something to drink, and it was a very comfortable place to relax while I waited. The environment was very peaceful. I went for a vehicle inspection and was told it would take 30 minutes or better. I was very impressed the service was very fast. I felt at peace that my vehicle was well taken care of, and I would be safe on the road, that this is a trustworthy place to take our vehicles, and oh my goodness, the inspection was SO affordable too! I was blown away, and I brought our truck back the next day for an inspection as well and had the exact same experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone. You can feel at peace knowing they are trustworthy and do excellent work plus it is a safe and clean place you can feel comfortable being in with wonderful people working there. Very friendly place. I moved into the potranco area and needed an oil change. Been going to them ever since. They communicate well and always very helpful. Love that they have a shuttle to drive me home when they need my vehicle longer. Everyone I ve worked with has been so helpful. Shout out to Nate for dealing with all my questions.

I have been to this shop on 3 separate occasions and each visit gets even better than the last. They have some of the kindest staff I ve ever experienced anywhere and they make what could easily be an annoying or upsetting process as smooth as possible. Chris, Nate, Rose, and Toby are phenomenal at what they do and I appreciate it every time. They diagnosed a coolant leak in my truck and replaced my water pump in less than 24 hours and provided me free transportation to and from the shop. I cannot recommend this place more.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

They took care of me. The shuttle service is amazing and a life saver. Thank you to my service advisor. He worked with me and kept me informed. And the inspection . I have never had one so well done. Pictures of everything included. That was awesome. Not the cheapest, but worth it. I will return.

Excellent customer service. Antonio was very helpful and kept me up to date on my vehicle repair. Received my vehicle back sooner than expected and Antonio delivered it to a location closer to my home making it more convenient for me to pick up. Would recommend to anyone looking for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Well, I thought with the name like Christian Brothers I would give them a second chance to redeem themselves from the last time I was there. Unfortunately it did not work out. My representative was Antonio. He called me to discuss that my truck needed a new thermostat and suggested I use a GMAC part, when I told him no, just use aftermarket because my truck has too many miles and it's not under warranty. At that time he discussed no cost for diagnostic or to do the work. In fact, he never told me how much it was going to cost until the job was done, at that time I got sticker shock at $750 to change a thermostat a $15.He called back to reduce the price to $550 I complained that he never discussed costs and he deliberately went and used a part I asked him not to so no I'm not very happy

I needed my truck fixed really quick, Called Christian Brothers Automotive, Steven Ranch and explained my situation and asked if I could drop off my truck to get checked and repaired. I dropped it off about 7:45am and about two hours later had a diagnosis and proceeded with repairs. My truck was upAnd running by days end. The service was amazing. Thank you

These guys are super honest and super fast. The owner of this location personally drove me home and was super accurate with his price estimation. my service advisor let me know there are cases where I might be charged extra if my brakes have been neglected too long, and instead of trying to squeeze extra money out of me, they said rotors looked great and only replaced my pads with a badass warranty. I'm only going here from now on 100%.

The word that comes to mind for this auto shop - "trust." From the point that I contacted them through completion of the job they were very transparent. No hidden charges or fees, just a trustworthy and transparent experience. I've only had bad experiences with mechanics. But I will now only be using them for as long as I live in San Antonio.P. S. I really appreciate them being an open about their core beliefs. That matters to me.

Everyone at Christian Automotive was very courteous, attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about how to fix our car problem. We were traveling through Texas when our car broke down and we were very grateful that our car was towed to Christian Automotive for repair. I would highly recommend Christian Automotive to anyone looking for a wonderful, Christian business to help them with their car maintenance/repair needs.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Service was great! Had me in and out quickly. Waiting area was clean and the staff was super nice and accommodating. As a body shop owner (JV Collision) that strives to provide unmatched customer service and quality repairs, Christian Brothers met that expectation I have for other businesses. The cherry on top, the oil change was FREE! My neighborhood was gifted free oil changes today. Great marketing tactic to get their name out there!

first time customer and now my only one when it comes to all thing automotive.was needing to go to a auto shop bad and would ask around at autozone, oreillys, and napa with workers. i heard christian brothers come up a couple times with all great reviews by the workers and customers who also recommended them.when i arrived i was very nervous and felt very encouraged but i was greeted by bryant and from start to finished he told me the process and made me feel comfortable all while putting my mind at ease that im in great care.the process: bring car in, they send you diagnosis with explanation, pictures and even videos explaining why/how the part functions, order parts, and quality check.literally would check the status of my car any second i got and they updated it and even me with every step with a text message which most definitely helped with my anxiety.they offer complimentary shuttle to and from the shop when you drop off and when your car is ready and dont even get me started on the lady who gave me a ride, she was the best!just overall a great experience and just moving from cali having my go to auto shop and people im happy i was able to find one now out here in texas and recommend to everyone.thank you bryant and everyone who made worked and helped throughout the process. my car barely drove and when i got it back it was as if i got it new again.if youre looking for a legit place who you can trust and wont take advantage of you i 100% recommend christian brothers and this location specifically.

Christian Brothers Automotive Company (CBAC as I know them to be) is one of the best car shops ever. They know everything about cars. They fix everything (don't quote me on that, but I can't imagine there is anything they don't know how to do). They are honest. They are quick. They are thorough. Their timing was excellent, I had an oil change, tire rotation, and a transmission serviced. I was in and out in no time. Nate the man behind the counter is a very nice and very nice very courteous person, makes you want come in for that alone. Service people are not the same anymore, if you know what I mean. Thank you very much I m making Christian Brother Automotive my permanent place to have car serviced.
