Restrooms are always closed, beer throughs are not iced consitantly. Speaking to a asstiant manager who claims to be owners son tell me that this is how buisness is done and it dosent affect sales for this location. He doesnt appear to care about his family buisness as he stated to me. He says cold beer and restroom available to coustomers are not his priority. What i got from this person he is just hear to make a check and cares less about the coustomer expierence. If you dont believe visit and see for your self. You leave disapponted and not wanting to come back but being loyal to this Chevron for years you would expect change for better but instead leave disapppointed every single time I visit. From here on out i write a review everytime i come and visit to report if there is any change on how buisness is run.

There are two entrances to this chevron, one of which is apparently closed and locked. Mentioning my husband and I have never been to this location, but my husband's first time here was terrible. We were stopping to get an energy drink and my husband tried to use the doors that were locked mentioning again this is our first time here, so we didn't know. When my husband walked inside, he stopped for a moment to look to see where the energy drinks are and the "the manager" asked him if he's good? He said yes and she proceeds to say we never use that door in which my husband says okay I'm sorry I've never been here, and she said okay, well I'm the manager and I know we never use that door. Worst customer service, you don't talk to a customer this way, she needs to be fired if this is the attitude, she throws at everyone. Turns out they didn't even have the energy drinks we wanted. We will never go back to this location due to someone who thinks they are entitled to speak to customers however they want just because they're a "manager."

Went in there to buy lottery tickets. I asked if it was mega million or Powerball tonight that old lady shrugged. Her shoulders moved her head not offering to check for me typical west side lady with no customer service etiquette Ghetto

Had my car repaired there last fall within 6 months I had to have the repair done again because they did NOT repair it correctly also replaced my battery with new one for 148$ and I just had to buy a new battery again today do not trust them to correctly repair your car or have them repair it at your risk!

Great Customer Service, Great Automotive Service Management & Technicians;Very much experienced in knowledge of & work ethics.I know no other professional experience place to get my Vehicle's serviced.I bring all my vehicle's to this Chevron Because of the Excellent service.And the best attraction at this Chevron is the posted sign behind the counter inside which reads!(It's cheaper to buy a condom than to buy Diapers.)

Worst customer service. I went in for a inspection on my truck. I was told my window tint is illegal and so are my tail lights. I checked also spoke to the DMV I was told that both are perfectly legal to have on my truck. I will never be going back there

I've been going to the store for years. Had all my vehicles inspected there. Never once had bad service. Or argue with any customers. Highly recommended.

THEY PASSED MY TRUCK TINT BEFORE IN THE PAST BUT NOW THEY DIDNT WANT TO BECAUSE ITS ILLEGAL OKAY YET YALL BEEN PASSING ALL THESE ILLEGAL INSPECTIONS ALL THE OTHER YEARS BEFORE

Rude staff, rough customers, but will quench your ghetto experience thirst. Plenty of beggars and homeless panhandlers outside too. Its like the meeting place for all the section 8 ppl in the area.

Due to mistakes of cashier at another store given fake bill I was in situation were I lost $20 plus another $9 that was to be returned from the $20 dollars after putting $11 gas the cshucas at this store stolen extra money out of my pocket
