Popped in on my way to the airport and the young man working was far more interested in his phone conversation than helping me. He refused to cash a lottery ticket even though they clearly sell tickets. Go elsewhere

Not Only do they have slow gas pumps, but you cannot release the pump. You have to stand there holding the pump. Luckily I paid with a temporary debit card. I pumped 10 dollars which took forever to reach and it didn t make much of a difference. I m wondering if their pumps have been messed with and they are not actually giving you what you pay for. I ha r up and went to the QT on Fredericksburg. Later in the day, I received a notification that my card had been declined for $60 at this exact Chevron. I checked my card details and say the initial charge of $10.00 had gone through, but later in the day, someone tried to charge my card $60 at this location. I was in a hurry to get gas, but have definitely learned to read the reviews even at a gas station. Stay away from this one. It s run by Shady Crooks.

I Had to step over what looked like dog food to get to the pump and the place was filthy. The entrance door was broken. One of the marquee signs was broken and the diesel price was missing. Many of pumps were out of service and the ones that worked I couldn't use my card. Attendant wasn't able to understand English very well as I had to ask six or seven times if he could turn the pump on for me to fill up. He kept responding "card work inside, not outside". He finally seemed to understand my request and nodded his head, but the pump never got past "please wait." The owner needs to check on this store and get another manager. I got my $50 of gas at the Valero a half block away.

Store used to be good. Hired a new help at night who is not good at all. Good luck trying to go in between 11:30 and 12 because the guy is constantly in the restroom.Youll be waiting out side more then the 5 minutes the sign says on the door.At this point I cant wait for this store to shut down.

The overnight Asian employee never wants to go find product. He likes to tell customers that the store is out of whatever you ask for. He also pretends not to understand English either. He likes to put up the sign will be back in 15 minutes and he was gone for 37 minutes. He spends most of his time in the restroom. This Chevron loses a lot of business because of him.

My friends car overheated on monday night around 930 so i told her to leave the car there and we would come back tomorrow. Well we went back yeaterday evening (not even 24 hours later) and they had already towed it. When we called the tow truck company they said it was towed for sitting there unattended for more than 48 hours. Even right now as i type this it hasn't been 48 hours so that was completely ILLEGAL. And mind you my friend is homeless with 4 children and all of her possesions are inside that car. And just so you know in the state of texas you cannot tow a car (even on private property) if it hasn't been abandoned for more than 48 hours. We even have pictures for proof that we put her car there 9:30 on monday.

My favorite place to get gas,and there are usually plenty of pumps available to choose from. Service inside is friendly, quick, and clean lots of snacks to consider from, and the ever addictive scratch off lottery tickets.

I paid for a car wash after being charged I realized it was not working. 2 employees refused to refund me. There was not a "car wash not working sign. AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND ME.

Dont put gas here the machines are. Broken or something I just put 10 dollars and my gas still stayed at low fuel didn't move at all

Don t come here for gas because they have the slowest gas pumps in the world.
