I recently had my truck repaired at Changes Customs and these guys are PROFESSIONALS. Both driver side doors needed to be replaced along with some work on the rear panel. After some horrible experiences in the past at the larger chain collision repair shops I did a lot of research before coming here and I am glad I did. Taylor and Rex have been great through this whole process by keeping me updated and making sure my truck was repaired the right way without cutting any corners. These are car guys that took care of my truck like it was their own. I also got a full front PPF done and it looks great! I highly recommend them.

Took my Audi to Taylor for some extensive work. The parts we needed were really hard to find, but he managed to source everything. He handled all communication between all the vendors; when the parts finally arrived I had my car back really quick which to me is the most important part. A week after I got my car back I even had a real minor issue with car, called up Taylor and he told me to pull up right then . I did and his team took care of the issue on the spot . That was a few weeks ago and the car has been flawless since . Will be coming back to them so they can bag it and wrap it .

The shop off the bat took me in and the owner and staff cared for and looked after my car. They took the time to explain what was going on and most importantly to me, were the middle men for the insurance company. Taylor legitimately went to bat for me and my car and ensured that I was getting everything needed for my vehicle. He and his staff were polite, genuine, and above all, PROFESSIONAL to a T. There was no missed calls or ignoring from this shop and their staff. I couldn t have asked for a better person and owner to have crossed paths with. They are the gold standard with car care and the team strategy. Whenever a problem arose, they were quick to spearhead and tackle the problem headfirst. If you truly want a change and to have your vehicle the best it can be. Come to this place and leave your worries behind.

Brought my vehicle in for a collision claim and full vinyl wrap, they took care of my car as if it were their own and they even got me the parts I wanted with my oem parts being on back order. Couldn t thank them enough and I d highly suggest them for both collision and vehicle customization s. The wrap turnaround time was as promised and they were honest about the whole process and timeframe.

No doubt in my mind the only people i would trust to touch my car, From the start of the quote to the end pickup exceeded my expectations. I feel like they went above and beyond with everything they did, the wrap, body work, even the communication was on point. They brought every single one my ideas to life and the pricing was beyond fair. Once again the only place i will bring my car, I will be coming back in the future for sure!

Couldn t be happier with Changes Customs. Got rear ended and they got my car looking better than before the accident! They even fixed a broken bracket on my front bumper completely unrelated to the insurance claim free of charge. Will always go back here

I was looking for a shop in San Antonio that could help me with modifications to my Mclaren. Having made multiple calls to shops in the area that apparently specialized in this, I was far from impressed by the lack of information, returned calls and overall follow up. I sent a message around 8:00 at night to Changes and at 8:30 my phone was ringing and Taylor (the Owner) was telling me all about how he could help and could get me in right away.Fast forward 4 days later and the carbon fiber, brake calipers and overall ideas were captured by Taylor and his crew. Super happy and ready for the next modification, the next vehicle and the next big thing.

I ve took my vehicle twice to this shop for repairs and they are the best in the business. They take good care of your vehicle while it s getting repaired and always comes back in top quality. I would highly recommend people to come here for any type of work. They are also good at keeping you up to date on the car s status.

Took my 2021 Toyota GR Supra in for a front lip, rear spats along with a roof wrap and partial wrap on the rear installation and it came out absolutely marvelous. Very good pricing, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better shop. These guys will take care of you every step of the way and make sure every little thing they do, they will make sure you love it before moving forward. 5/5 recommend to anyone that's a car enthusiast looking for a shop in San Antonio.

This is probably the best place to get wraps or anything with your car done. They truly care about people and offer amazing work. I ve got my Lamborghini wrapped twice already over there as well as installing a wing and hood. Came out amazing. Best place in SA without a doubt

I need more stars! Took an old Honda Civic that had been in a front end oopsy that crunched the hood and radiator. Looks new, and Taylor went way above and beyond for an unbelievably reasonable price. He also replaced the old buckled window tint. He answered my texts promptly and delivered on time. Not that I want to visit again for that reason but maybe to pet his lovely doggies.
