My wife took my car to get a tire replacement at 10 in the morning she didn t leave till 4 in the afternoon all the wait for 1 tire to get replaced and for it to come out the way it did! I could ve went to a personal mechanic and would ve been done by 30 min and much cleaner I m not happy my wife had to go through this she is also pregnant I hope next time we go through we have a better experience

The place does thorough work, on par for a Toyota dealership. But please read the next paragraphs.Avoid service tech Josh. At 7am (with an appointment), I was told my AC recharge would take a couple of hours. 4 hours went by with no update. I chose to wait at the dealership, hindsight 20/20. I found Josh and he had no clue what was happening with my vehicle. I made a point that I was waiting at the dealership (Josh was previously aware) and should have been notified earlier of any delays. Josh loves to argue :).After 5 hours, Josh called and told me my truck would be out in a couple of minutes, but my name wasn't called after 15. The keys were at Josh's desk, service done, but he took lunch instead of finishing up, possibly delaying me another hour. Maybe to make me wait longer? Who knows.I brought the situation to Customer Relations Manager Richard Robertson, who took care of the issue on my invoice. He's the reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1.I have a couple of issues with the glass on my Tacoma that I might get done at this location, but only because I'm satisfied with the mechanical work. I'm definitely taking the shuttle right out the gate. Be prepared to wait if you're doing anything other than an oil change, or you'll end up spending 6 hours like I did.

My service advisor Rafael was awesome. Kept in touch with me throughout the whole time my vehicle was in for service. Had a minor issue at time of pick up but he went the extra mile to make sure it got resolved. Thank you

Wanted to give a shout out to Austin, who helped me get my vehicle back up to spec. Never received a survey email, but wanted to emphasize how he was friendly, professional, honest and didn't try to sell me multiple things that weren't needed like at Alamo Toyota. Will definitely come back here in the future.

Good service although they forgot to inflate my tires one time. Had a TPMS sign turn on so asked them to get it checked. They did all the servicing on the vehicle but completely forgot the sign.Otherwise, they are great! Spacious waiting lounges with lots of seating. I go here for all my servicing.

Pleasantly surprised to have fast service for both our Tacoma & 4Runner this weekend. We didn't have an appointment but we did drop off both vehicles by 0830 on a Saturday. It used to take 4+ hours for a simple tire rotation and oil change but Cavender has stepped it up. Had both vehicles done in less than 2 hours. Friendly, fast service. I plan to keep returning for both our Toyotas.

First time taking my vehicle for service and had a great experience. Service advisor Ignacio was very kind and helpful. Service was quick and the waiting area has a kid section and a coffee shop where you can purchase different items not just coffee. They offer free coffee in waiting area as well. Definitely wish I would ve bought at Cavender. Great experience and customer service.

FINAL REVIEW:I am satisfied with this business in their resolution. They paid for a full detailed clean. Very professional over phone.(Read below for full details)Came in to have my rearview mirror fixed. The service guy I worked with was good, professional. The fix was expensive, and service/parts seemed to be up-charged.However, my main concern is that I left my car with them overnight, and they left my moon roof open on my van, and there was a torrential downpour that night. So now my ceiling has bad water damage. Yet to hear from the service manager. I'm hoping for some full-service resolution to the problem, and I will update this if and when that happens...UPDATE:The service manager did call about 2 hours after posting this review. He was cordial and worked on a resolution. Yet to have firm details regarding the resolution, but I do appreciate they reached out and are trying to resolve my issue.

I brought my car in for an Oil change/Tire rotation and everything was great. Until I drove on the highway and my car started shaking. I talked to a manager and he helped me the entire process. It may have taken them 2 tries, but the second time everything was perfectly fixed. I was put in a rental until the car was ready. Which was amazing since I had to work. A brief headache was quickly resolved and I was left Happy! All thanks to Manager Richard Robertson, I will be returning for future services!! Thank you!

I just had my Camry s 10k mile service done at Cavender Toyota Service Department and had the best experience ever. My service manager was Ignacio Ortega and he treated me with respect and kindness. Ignacio kept me updated throughout the whole time my vehicle was getting service. As long as Cavender Toyota continues to hire personnel like Ignacio I will continue to take my vehicles to Cavender Toyota Service Department.

It seemed pretty dicey there for a minute, but it all worked out (mostly) OK in the end...I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for the 10k miles service & oil change on our RAV4.Everyone seemed a little lost when I showed up, first advising me that they were no longer taking walk-ins at that hour of the afternoon (this, after I had already told a couple people that I was there for a scheduled appointment ) and then, as referring to me by my FULL name, including middle name (which I don't believe I've ever given to anyone w Toyota, period) like I was about to be grounded by my parents lol, they asked if a *completely* wrong street address and email address were my correct info (yikes! ).Service Advisor was supernice though.When we finally get all the check-in details squared away, I go into the lounge where no less than 3 different people are venting amongst themselves that they too had appointments but were still waiting for their vehicles to even be taken into bays like 5 hours later... eeeeee 45 minutes later though, I had an inspection video text, my vehicle was ready, and I was on my way. I'm a little bit miffed that after spending a bazillion dollars on the car and Toyota Care, they don't vacuum it during service, or at least wipe greasy handprints off the doors & windows (I'd *much* rather have that than free CheezIts and bad coffee!) AND...now, less than 12 hours after service, there's a big DEEP scratch in the paint that wasn't there prior. I don't know *for sure* that the scratch happened during the appointment, but...coincidence.

I went to get my car maintenance and I was greeted by Charisse. She was very nice and helpful. She made sure me and my child were comfortable and out of there under an hour. She went above and beyond. Thank you Charisse! You re the best!

I took my 2023 Hylander hybrid platinum to Cavender Toyota because the big screen was blinking and showing blank screen. After 2 days they said it was fixed. They did not! A week later the same issue happened, so I took it in. They wanted to keep it overnight. I asked for a loaner and I was told I had to pay for a rental. I told them I bought the extended warranty and the car is only a few months old. I payed over 60K, but they wouldn t budge. One of the managers told me he would look into it, after seeing me waiting in the lobby for a couple of hours. I never heard back, so I texted the service writer, he called me and said NO, that I could get a ride home. I told him I would give Cavender a bad review and he said do what you have to do and hung up.There was a really nice young man in the cashiers desk, his Name is Fernando Gonzales, I really appreciated his curtesy and customer service.

I arrived at 9:15 for my 9:45 service appointment. I went to breakfast and returned to the dealership at 11:10. I inquired about the status of my car and was told it would be about another 30 minutes and that oil was being drained. The tire rotation has not happened. When I asked the hold up, I was told that the manager held a meeting with the team. Poor judgement on manager's part. I have to go to work. No communication! Not too happy with Cavender and their service department!!!!.

I ve had my cars serviced here for years and never had issues but as of late the service center has been terrible! I took my car in to get my battery replaced ( I made an appointment) and was told it would take 3+ hours. What is the point of making an appointment if it s gonna take that long?! I was fine with it though because it needs to be done. After the 3 hours I was called and was informed that they were not able to replace my battery because they don t have it in stock. So I go to pick my car up and they had told me they had no record of my car being there at the service center and that Matthew my advisor who helped me was on lunch. Finally they found it and my paperwork, but I was told they could not find my keys. Then everyone that was in line after me got their cars right away while I was just waiting there and all the workers were just standing outside ignoring me. I waited 30 minutes and I probably would have been standing out there for an hour or longer if I hadn t asked someone where my car was. I ve had a bad experience with sales too. The customer service for cavender Toyota as a whole has gone downhill and I will no longer take my cars to be serviced there nor buy cars from them.Service: Battery

All these people and no one can answer a phone call. When I called in to make the appointment the woman told me to come in a 2 pm because it was the slowest time of the day. When I arrived I was told I'd wait about 2 hours for two tire changes, tire rotation and an alignment... I WAITED 3 HOURS. discounts were not applied as discussed, I had to go back to get them applied. When my car was finally ready I went to cash out and the cashier was on her phone laughing while I was swiping my card. NEW BUILDING SAME SHITY CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

To anyone considering using this car service, I urge you to read my experience closely:I went in with a Hybrid vehicle needing a battery replacement. I was informed that the replacement would be a refurbished unit, despite being charged a price similar to a brand new one. When I learned that they'd take my old battery (the "core") and possibly make a profit from it, I inquired about a discount. Initially, they denied any profit from the core, even stating they "throw it away."However, when I suggested taking my old battery myself, they suddenly wanted to charge me a $2,000 core charge. This contradicted their earlier statement, revealing that they indeed saw value in the part. They even attempted to make me pay this fee to reclaim what was originally my property.Further, when I decided to decline the service and retrieve my car, I faced reluctance. They were hesitant to release both my car and the paperwork with the detailed quotes.I left feeling like the service center prioritized profit over honest customer service. If you still choose to use this service, I strongly advise:Do your research thoroughly.Always ask to retain your old parts.Based on my experience, their actions speak volumes about their transparency and business ethics.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish and there's so many people to thank but the guy who really made it all happen was James Valdez. He walked me through every step of the buying process and made me feel comfortable in my new truck. If you want a great experience I'm sure anyone can help but I KNOW James will take care of you. Disappointed, my car needs a new battery and they don t stock any batteries, they didn t reset the Maintainance signal on dashboard so have to go find a battery somewhere else and have to go back to get my car reset. Also I think service video should be taking a little more seriously so we can understand it, speaking technicians should slow down when they speak and turn their regat�n music down so client can understand what s going on with the vehicle

Needed an oil filter housing for 2014 tundra after trying to get the original off it cracked! Called other Toyota dealerships to get quotes. Cavendar had the original price listed on toyotaparts.com! $78 for oil filter housing. And needed a oil filter wrench to remove the cracked one. They had the part in stock ready for pick up.Definitely come here for oem parts that I need asap.

I get that some repairs can take all day but I left my car here and it needed multiple service items done and none of them were for 8+ hours. Nobody communicates with me and I have to scramble making phone calls to get my car back before it closes so I can have it the next day! My car is here literally all day every time I bring it here with zero communication! Why do I have to chase after you to get my car back? Isn't that your job?

Oil change was quick but no one ever told the porters that I paid and could pick up my vehicle. Sat there for 50 minutes looking at my car wondering when I d get my keys. Pretty sure they would have let me sit there all night if I didn t say something.

Getting work done here is a nightmare. You call to schedule an appointment just to wait 3 hours. Our appointment was to get our tire fixed under warranty. Diego said it would be 2 hours. At the 2 hour mark, he came out and told us they didn't have the tire. It then took another hour to mount and balance 1 tire. What is the point of wasting your time to call and make an appointment when it will still take 3 hours to get anything done here.Service: Tires
