Carlos and his team are the best at what they do to get you on the road again. Carlos and the Service team were great! This was my first routine oil change and they were efficient and did not take long. I did hope to get a loaner vehicle but unfortunately their loaner vehicle program is limited so will have to book out a few weeks/month in advance to get other items on my vehicle serviced or checked.

Ray and everyone else at Cavender is GREAT. I had an appointment for an oil change I was in and out quite quickly. Ray even replaced my battery in my key remote. Good snacks in the new luxury waiting area. Good job Cavender Cadillac I will always bring my car here for ANY services.

I had a wonderful experience with Ray. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He genuinely cared about my concerns and needs with my Cadillac service. He even checked on me a couple days later to make sure that I was satisfied with my service. Amazing for beginning to drive off

My recent maintenance service at Cavender was a good experience in that they did a good job on my car and returned it to me looking very nice and clean. I recently texted the service manager to tell him the only complaint I had was the length of time that it takes to get your car serviced. And in my experience of working with Cavender for nearly 12 years, that I have recently noticed the last couple of years that it takes longer and longer to get service done. That is the only reason I gave them four stars instead of five. Not sure what that reason is but not the fault of course of my service rep. But I was very happy with the Service that was completed on my car.

Carlos told us from the beginning that they may need to keep ny car for weeks due to parts not being in stock. He was true to his word. My car was in the shop for three n half weeks. Carlos kept us up to date weekly. Great follow up. Ty Carlos for taking care of us. Truly appreciate you.

I chose not to complete the service with Cavender Cadillac. I had some some jumping and squeaking with my brakes and wanted an assessment. I also had a sensor on the right front bumper that was going off.I moved from Ohio last year and always took my Caddy to the dealership and had amazing service.It was a different story here! It took an entire week for them to give me a long list of what needed repaired. I had a loaner car and assumed it would be a couple days. I can say the young ladies maintained great communications with me, but a week?Then the price to repair the front and back brakes and rotors was way too expensive. I decided I would take it to a mechanic that had been referred by a client.After their assessment I only needed one set of brakes/rotors, not both the front and back. I can say that the staff was very polite, respectful, but I d say that the service department is mismanaged. Both managers were out when I picked up my car, but the assessment charge was waived ..didn t even know there was a fee! I did receive a call, but just felt things aren t run that well!I probably wouldn t have left this, but they sent me the link 3 times.
