Brought my car in today after work to get a new set of tires. They had it in and done in a half hour for set of 4 at a great, fair and upfront price. If you re looking for tires in San Antonio, don t hesitate. Convenient to Poteet and Somerset too I highly recommend them. Shop small, shop local.

I had came for a tire patch. Being a first time-car owner and being my first time at a mechanic shop they made the experience easy to do and talked to me about what they were doing and did it pretty quick so I could get to school on time. Thanks again! Definitely saving this spot on my phone :)

Honestly a very reliable tire/mechanic shop. We don t know many mechanic shops out there but this one saved us a bunch of headaches, plus saved us time and money. These people sure do know what they re doing

I had boo-boo driving on a wet slippery street. Lost control of my car. Impacted against the curb. Broke the ball joint, spindle arm and ruined the rim. The towing guy suggested Casias and he towed a lot vehicles there with same issue.Casias took me in on short notice. They acquired the parts. Repaired my vehicle in reasonable time despite being busy. I paid a fair price which saved hundreds of dollars that otherwise a dealership would have charged.Casias staff and technicians are knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Having Casias service my car made a bad day into a great day. Thanks.

Went to this shop to have my exhaust installed and have been back to get it fixed every 2 weeks. I get charged every time and they just keep messing it up. I wouldn t recommend going to these people. They do really bad work.

This place is excellent and very honest. I have not found a good mechanic in the nearly four years since I moved from Houston until now and I wish I had found Casia's upon first moving here.Definitely skip Firestone and do business at Casia's instead. In a city where it's difficult to locate honest help from hard-working people who appreciate you as a customer, this shop is a diamond in the rough to me.

I literally witnessed the technician strip the threads to my vehicle .....Your supposed to hand tighten the lug nut FIRST....Not blast away with the lugnut on the gun......

Great service at a very reasonable price. They are very professional and friendly and get you in and out- unlike that big national chain that makes you wait 2+ hours and constantly trying to upsell.Great job- keep up the good work!

So I had brand new Yokohama tires these guys damaged the beads on the tires ruining my tire air would leak out not to mention they scratched my wheels all around the rims. They are really bad at mounting tires and dont seem to care about damages done to the wheels. I will never be going here again!!

If, could give a less review I definitely would for one they lie and cover up for each other I had called early on 4/4/23 and ask the Hispanic lady who spoke broken English hard to understand if their was someone there that can check my Freon. She told me yes I then asked here what did the closed she told me 6:00pm. I arrived just a little before 5:00om and noticed a mechanic working on a car. Another worker came and asked me what I wanted and I told him. He said to go ask arma. Or I believe it was Pete to help me. I ask the mechanic working he stop and got the other mechanic. I met with him and told him what I needed.he said that he couldn t do it because there wasn t enough time. He told still he couldn t do it even when I asked him what he closed he said 6:00 I guess he saw my expression and then said ok, ok I ll do it I declined because if he was working so hard not trying to do it why take the chance. I called the office and the same lady giving wrong information put the manager on well bottom line he told me the guy had an emergency and couldn t help me then why is still at work the emergency happened before I got there. He just apologized and kept making excuses now, let me very clear conversations were pleasant but the lying is what really got me mad and that lady has no courtesy every time I go there same attitude seems she doesn t want to be there but not my business. I ve met the owner when they first opened that shop and he s a legit man it s a-shame be he will not see this post. They probably get rid of it bottom line beside there word the work is good i know he would have cost me at least $100.00 oh wellI should have waited until Monday to go to Nestor s up on 16 n

Good work and good people, they have muffler and alignment shop and the tire shop. Was using another tire shop and stopped immediately due to them not doing their job.Casias tire shop has been consistent and courteous, and they do the job right the first time

Terrible service I paid for a exhaust job which included me having all my catalytic converters replaced along with my O2 sensors. When I went to take my car in I had 4 codes for my check engine light when they gave me my car back I had 8 codes and my car overheated sometimes. I then took it back in hopes they would fix it they told me they would, but when I went to check on my car there was no work done only a diagnostic and they said if it wanted them to fix it I would have to pay additional labor costs, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS DON'T GO HERE!

Very nice place. Got in, got out. They use sophisticated equipment to ensure quality service. Only nitpick I had was that they told me they would call when the car was ready, but never did. Other than that, time will tell if the job - in my case, it was an alignment - was done properly and the computer wasn t just a mock up.

Was very satisfied they were quick and I was told by Nissan I needed a new tire Jose said a lot of times they will tell u that but Jose was able to fix it for 7 dollars will I go back yes and I would recommend people yes exactly it wasn't Jose that fix my my tire it was one of his employees my husband and I were satisfied. Great job
